Everything was wonderful! Neat, clean, in a natural setting. Very close to hiking trails. Loved the tap room and gift shop along with the pickle ball, cornhole, and variety of family games available to play indoors or outdoors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The live music on the patio on Saturday evening added to our enjoyment of our stay. We definitely plan to return!

Nice property. Well maintained. Easy to locate. Our room was very clean. Self check in instructions were convenient especially because we were arriving late. They offer many different types of accommodations: regular rooms, cabins, glamping, camping, tiny houses, etc. There is a nice deck with comfy seats and small fire rings along with 3 pickleball courts. If we ever find ourselves near Pineola again we would definitely stay here.

I love staying here. It is in a pretty country setting, yet convenient to where we want to be. They have easy, no fuss, check-in and out. Just go to your room when you get there and it's ready. Leave when you're ready. The little store and bar are nice.

Beautiful place!! Very charming room. Outside common areas are beautiful!! Lovely deck to rest on, surrounded by flower boxes. Even a hammock and porch swing in the yard! Convenient check in that does not require going to front desk if you pay online.

We really enjoyed this property. It had some real character, the staff was great, there was live music outside on the patio, and there was a bar serving beer and wine. It's not a new motel so it's a little dated. It's well cared for though. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in the area

After a long day on the road, we were delighted to find such a lovely, clean and comfortable cabin awaiting. The high ceilings and knotty pine paneling and pine furniture provide a rustic charm. The large front porch is a real bonus!

Easy check in, some of the towels had stains, floor was sandy, shower adjustment for hot water hard to get to an appropriate temperature. Bar on site was cool. Overall ok for the area

Simple motel type location near Newland. Basic room with two full beds, two chairs, credenza. Good A/C. Spotlessly clean room. Abundent towels and washcloths. Nice to have the "taproom" on site - wifi worked very well. Perhaps not as fancy as some new places, but did I mentioned spotlessly clean and quiet! Would stay here again.

I’m a 60-year-old woman who has traveled a lot in my lifetime. This cabin was literally THE CLEANEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED! It was seriously IMMACULATE! And sooooo beautiful! Can’t thank you enough!!

The hotel was very luxurious and comfortable. I loved the hot tub and the fact that the tv can swing to face the hot tub. Overall I rate this stay for couples a 10/10. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There was dust accumulation in the corners and some of the silverware was not clean. In general I would rate it a 9.8/10 it’s a great get away spot for couples.

I stayed at the Pineola for 4 nights for work. It was very clean and comfortable. The property was pretty and I would love to try one of the cabins sometime. It was convenient to not have to check in, since the property just provides an access code to get into your room, but I sometimes had trouble getting the door to lock appropriately. I didn't see or interact with any staff, but found the room to be clean every time I returned in the evening and when I let them know about my trouble with the door, they did make sure it got locked. But the next time I left, I still couldn't get it to lock. That was a bit of a frustration. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Room was clean but pillows were flat and the A/C wasn’t working well. I’d prefer the cabins over main bldg bc you hear everything outside when people walk by talking or when cars start up etc. it’s not as quiet as the cabins are. I noticed the beds aren’t a as comfortable either. Wont stay in main blade again if cabins aren’t a availble.

I love the property and the nostalgic feel. There was absolutely no soundproofing between rooms though and when a couple with two small children checked in to the room beside us we heard every conversation and every running footstep! Also, no breakfast option on site. It was fun but we won’t be back at that price point.

Easy access to the falls, little bit noisy from upstair thudding noise from walking, must be a heavy person...or thin floor. Other than that everything are great.

WiFi at the property sucked. Kept going in and out and could not watch streaming services like a Netflix, Hulu etc because of it. Loved the location , it was close to good restaurants in the area like Puerto Taqueria which I recommend for some authentic Mexican food! I give it a 7/10 overall experience at this place. May come back again if they fix their wifi

It was a nice place. Room was never checked on after the first night. Had to stand in line at a food truck to get coffee. Asked for more coffee for the room and was told they had the truck. Could have made coffee on our room if they would have brought some.

All was good. Staff was way too busy serving beer at the tap house than checking in hotel customers. It was confusing where to checkin. Staff did not explain any amenities during checkin. There was too much ice on the property, nit salted or cleaned, which was a fall hazard.

We didn’t stay long but the stay was pleasant. We arrived late due to it being new years and a long drive and couldn’t find the room. The on call staff answered at 2:30 AM and was still pleasant. I can’t say enough positive about the staff at this place. We will definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

Rating the staff and service is hard because I had zero interactions with anyone - just got a text message with instructions on how to unlock the room door. Very easy to find, clean property, and easy to access. The coffee truck onsite in the morning was nice.

We stayed here for a couple of days to see the Brown Mtn lights and this place was very convenient to all 3 overlooks that you can see the lights from. It's very clean and quiet. The grounds are really neat, they have fairy lights and tiki torches that adds a very unique touch. They have a tap room that serves wine and beer and pickleball if you feel like getting active. We didn't get to meet the staff but because we had a clean and well stocked room we didn't need to see them for anything. We'll definitely visit again.

Cozy room and hassle free check in / out. Less than 20 min to Sugar Mnt Ski Resort, easy drive. Great Italian restaurant less than one mile. Will stay here again next time we go skiing at Sugar.

Loved everything about this little mountain gem! Clean, charming room, beautiful grounds, nostalgia in Tap Room facility, great merchandise in gift shop, pleasant staff. No dinner available onsite, but convenient food truck for coffee and hot breakfast sandwich for the road in a.m. Only passing through this time, but would love to return!
