Great spot! Just a short walk from the beaches. The house is amazing. All bedrooms have ensuites and are large! The 3rd floor master suite makes you feel like the king of Tamarindo! Amazing view. Balcony. And a master bath bigger than most bedrooms. The entire team (owners, property manager, and concierge) were all great and very responsive.

We loved seeing the Monkeys every morning Other than the air-conditioning going out one evening, and the barbeque not having any propane, both of which was solved the very next day, The unit and our host was awesome.

From the get go, no one to let us in or give us a tour and keys as stated on their site. Eventually a code was texted as we were standing in the driveway with groceries that needed refrigeration.The refrigerator leaked water across the tile floor from the moment we arrived and for the next 7 days after numerous communication with the owners. A filter on the inside of the fridge dripped water on the top shelf immersing our groceries in water. The dishwasher was broken on the inside and dishes came out dirty and unwashed, even after 2 cycles. After day 2, we were washing dishes by hand. Over the course of our 10 day stay, we were asked to be available to let a technician or concierge in to try and resolve the issues with both appliances at least 3 times altering our vacation plans for that day. On day 8, the fridge stopped working altogether so food had to be thrown out.. It was reported to us that the fridge actually needed replacing. dishes by hand for 9 people.floor and from the
