Great place to stay to see the Thames out one window and the Tate Modern out the other! Balcony was nice to sit after a day of playing about London. Good restaurants within short walking distances. Great place to get onto public transportation. Easy to get to from Heathrow via public transportation. I’m a light sleeper so needed my white noise to “erase” the noise from the Thames walk and the riverside restaurant/pub, but not anything too bad. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient, well placed and very comfortable!

Great location with a beautiful view. Had everything we needed. Could have used a spare blanket but otherwise was a delightful stay. Would stay again.

We spent 5 nights at the property.It had it all, and whatever other reviewers say, it is still valid in May 2025.Location spot on, food and drinks 100 meter, shops 300meter, Underground up to 5 minutes walk, Piccadilly Circus 35 minutes. Walking along the river is possible as long as one gets tired. Its recreational area so vibe reflects that. Last but not least I need to high lite support of Peter, representing of owner, he was excellent in providing of advises. We would always come back if possible. Best place to see London from IMHO.
