The room was awesome and very conveniently located to the subway and bus stops. The owner gave us lots of great tips to local food spots and we went to a few and they were all amazing. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Busan! Affordable and the room was big and comfortable. A plus is there is a self laundry service you can reserve and that’s a must for long trips! 10/10

部屋はオシャレでとても綺麗でした。 フロントで確認すれば良かったのですが、テレビの音が出なかったです。それから浴槽にお湯が張れないのか？栓を塞ぐものがありませんでした。すぐ隣に併設されているチャガルチ海水浴場(温泉)の無料利用付プランだったので困ることはありませんでした。部屋の清掃は毎日外出する時に、受付にハウスキーピング(無料)を依頼する必要があります。アメニティが欲しい時もです。受付スタッフはほぼ男性でしたが、みなさんにこやかで親切でした。ホテルから海が一望できて綺麗でした。またチャガルチ駅から徒歩3分くらいでバスや地下鉄の利用に便利でBIFF広場、市場や屋台、ロッテマートのある南浦洞エリアは徒歩圏内で楽しめました。楽しかったです。

2回目の利用。ナンポエリアにあるスパ付きホテルです。オーシャンビューは朝晩最高で、お部屋もキレイ、バスタブ大きめ、スパも隣接。何よりもあたたかいおもてなしは★５星以上です。タクシーやレストラン予約、わからないことにも丁寧にサポートしてくださいます。80代の歩行困難な両親との旅行を、サポートくださり、楽しい思い出をつくることができました。心温まる時間をありがとうございました。

チャガルチ駅6番出口からすぐ 市場の目の前です 南浦からも徒歩圏内ｄす 日本語は通じませんが、フロントの方は分かりやすい英語や翻訳機を使ってとても親切に対応してくれます。 日本語での案内文もあり、instagramでわかりやすく施設やおすすめのレストランのナビをしてあります。 何よりも足をのばして入る事のできる大きなバスタブがついており、とても清潔でリッチな室内です。 サウナのついた公共スパ施設も併設されており宿泊客がはフロントでクーポンをもらえば無料で利用できます。 スパの受付の方も親切で、夜には市場の仕事を終えたマダムたちが挨拶を交わしながらくつろいでおられます。一人でも居心地の悪さなどは感じなかったです。 とても良いホテルを見つけてうれしく思います。 このホテルを利用するために、また釜山に行きたいと思います。

위치가 자갈치역에서 가까워서 그 근방을 구경하기 너무 편리하고 주변에 맛집도 많아요. 숙소가 엄청 깔끔하고, 안락해요. 사장님이 매우 친절하세요. 호텔과 목욕탕 건물이 이어져 있어서 아침 일찍 목욕탕 이용에 편리했어요. 숙소 안에 욕조가 있어서 숙소안에서도 충분히 힐링이 가능하고 뷰가 있어서 더 만족스러웠어요. 매우 추천합니다!

While the immediate area around the hotel is a little raw, the room itself was very modern, clean and comfortable. I think I had the best sleep here of the 4 hotels I stayed in in South Korea. Reception staff was very helpful

スタンダードルームを利用しました。 ベッドと布団は問題なし。 オンドル効いていて温かい部屋です。 バスタブも大きく問題なし。 ただ、スタンダードルームにはソファーが無いので部屋でくつろげません。肘掛けのないチェアーが2つあるだけ… ホテル全体が下水の臭いがします。 部屋も入ったときに気になりました。 5階にサウナ風呂があるのでその臭いだと思います。 5階のサウナは朝4時から夜10時まで営業してます。館内にフィットネスクラブがありますので、そこのお客がたくさん入浴しにきます。くつろげる風呂ではありません。8,000₩ですが宿泊者は無料クーポン券がもらえます。アカスリは30,000₩です。ホテルと入場口が違うので一回外に出なくてはいけません。 建物リニューアルして綺麗ですが、建物自体は古いので仕方ないと思います。

The hotel was very clean and the beds and bath were nice. Robes and slippers were provided as was free bottled water and the view from our room was an added plus. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and always looking to make sure our stay was good and that we didn’t need anything. Would definitely recommend.

老闆人很好，介紹了很多附近的好食肆，食了令人驚喜的海鮮餐及韓牛。 酒店在民生區內，附近有類似日本的業務超市，方便買手信。去景點也10分方便，10分鐘車程去金川洞文化村，20至25分鐘去西面，走幾步就是地鐵站，去哪裏都方便。 房間寬大，整潔整齊，網速穩定，廿四小時接待處，需要什麼隨時都可以問工作人員。

I think it's the boss himself that is at the reception. He is super helpful and recommended many places to eat. Also assisted us in direction and greeted us with a smile when we return to the hotel. Bed was super comfortable, warm flooring, great air circulation. Nice toilet! And Spacious! Hope he can increase the washer and dryer :) Overall highly recommended and will definitely return if I'm in Busan!

The manager/receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. He speaks very good English and is very friendly to tourists. He even booked a taxi for us and gave us a map around the hotel area to check out. And he booked a spa for us too. This hotel is a gem close by the shopping market and street foods. Close to gamcheon village and busan tower as well.

Nampo is an old area which will give you a true feel for Busan. But there are nicer areas to stay like Songdo. The staff tried to charge for everything extra possible. Early check in (per hour rate) when they said it would be free, a Korean bed (which is just bedding) , no extra pillows. The front desk had a lot of information to provide on where to go but lacked true hospitality to guest

スタッフの方が親切でとても優しい‼︎ 子連れでお邪魔して チェックアウトの際 子供が、部屋に携帯電話を忘れてしまい 気付かず 空港に向かって 搭乗してしまったのですが、急いでメールをくださってて 帰国後も 丁寧に対応して頂き お忙しい業務の合間に EMSで郵送の手続きをして頂いたり 本当 申し訳ない事をしてしまい 子供共々 反省して それに対して 早くお子さんの元に 無事携帯が戻ります様にと 優しいメールまで頂いて 感謝しかありません 神対応でした。 また 是非 リピートさせて頂いて 直接お礼を伝えたいと思える 素敵なスタッフさんがいらっしゃるホテルでした。

We chose this hotel because the size and location but the service exceeds our expectations. We wanted a strategic and somewhat local area that we can walk to food, preferably locally owned too. The view is definitely a great bonus. We also need a big room since we are in the mid of long travel and need to reorganize. That means a space to deal with 3 full size luggages and 3 carry-on. From experience, space in hotel room in East Asia is premium. So I'm very happy to find a family size room here and you can see how spacious it really is. At one point, we can open all luggages at once and still have plenty space to get around!!! Service also exceeded our expectations. We dropped off our 7 luggages at 9 am in the morning, did not check in until 7 pm. No problem at all. Reception is available 24 hrs so you can always go and get help with anything. Convini next door is also 24 hrs. David was especially helpful when we tried to book our way to Inchoen airport. He helped us by booking through his phone and we simply reimbursed him the cash. Did we mention that bank with international ATM is next door?Should have done this before wasting almost 2 hrs trying to book ourselves. Only regret is we didn't get a chance to use the traditional spa in the hotel. Would love to come back and stay longer.

The owner was very warm and helpful. When my friend lost their wallet during the trip, the owner kept helping us communicate with the police and translated to help recover the lost item. We are very grateful. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and have great soundproofing.

The room was awesome and very conveniently located to the subway and bus stops. The owner gave us lots of great tips to local food spots and we went to a few and they were all amazing. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Busan! Affordable and the room was big and comfortable. A plus is there is a self laundry service you can reserve and that’s a must for long trips! 10/10

I had a lovely stay at this hotel for 4 days. It's just a couple of minutes from a main metro line and right by Korea's largest fish market, Jalgalchi Market. I liked that the room was well-designed, had heated floors, and was very comfortable! The staff is also great as the person checking me in gave me a thorough overview of the area and what there was to see. The only downside of the hotel is the area around the hotel can be a bit smelly, likely because of the port/fish. But, other than that, I really enjoyed my stay as the hotel was eco-conscious, comfortable, and had a convenient location!

The room was very clean, large and convenient. The location was central, literally next to the (amazing!) fish market. I was expecting a hotel entrance/lobby while the place felt more like a furnished apartment instead. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment.

The hotel is family owned but provides very good service, clean and tidy. The location is close to Jagalchi fish market where you can have fresh seafood at a good price, it’s also close to Jagalchi station, BIFF square, Lotte mall and more; however, the downside point is the area around is quite dirty but safe. Still highly recommend.

部屋はオシャレでとても綺麗でした。 フロントで確認すれば良かったのですが、テレビの音が出なかったです。それから浴槽にお湯が張れないのか？栓を塞ぐものがありませんでした。すぐ隣に併設されているチャガルチ海水浴場(温泉)の無料利用付プランだったので困ることはありませんでした。部屋の清掃は毎日外出する時に、受付にハウスキーピング(無料)を依頼する必要があります。アメニティが欲しい時もです。受付スタッフはほぼ男性でしたが、みなさんにこやかで親切でした。ホテルから海が一望できて綺麗でした。またチャガルチ駅から徒歩3分くらいでバスや地下鉄の利用に便利でBIFF広場、市場や屋台、ロッテマートのある南浦洞エリアは徒歩圏内で楽しめました。楽しかったです。

While the immediate area around the hotel is a little raw, the room itself was very modern, clean and comfortable. I think I had the best sleep here of the 4 hotels I stayed in in South Korea. Reception staff was very helpful

위치가 자갈치역에서 가까워서 그 근방을 구경하기 너무 편리하고 주변에 맛집도 많아요. 숙소가 엄청 깔끔하고, 안락해요. 사장님이 매우 친절하세요. 호텔과 목욕탕 건물이 이어져 있어서 아침 일찍 목욕탕 이용에 편리했어요. 숙소 안에 욕조가 있어서 숙소안에서도 충분히 힐링이 가능하고 뷰가 있어서 더 만족스러웠어요. 매우 추천합니다!

Poor stay. The area is terrible, it's in the middle of the fish market, smells like fish all the time. The area outside is very gross. The "ocean view" is a view of the fishing boats, nothing special. Not worth it. The rooms are super small, loud noises can be heard from other guests, cleaning people and random loud noises. There are no real cups in the room for coffee, only paper cups. No breakfast option, nothing nice nearby, only smelly fish vendors.

The manager/receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. He speaks very good English and is very friendly to tourists. He even booked a taxi for us and gave us a map around the hotel area to check out. And he booked a spa for us too. This hotel is a gem close by the shopping market and street foods. Close to gamcheon village and busan tower as well.

Great location as its near subway, convenient stores and eateries. We booked an ocean view room and it was huge with great view. Hotel staff and owner spoke English, superb helpful and friendly! Staff assisted to book a taxi to airport one day in advance prior to our departure as our flight departs at 740am next day at a very reasonable price. Would love to stay at the same hotel should we visit Busan again. One comment - if theres a shower curtain installed in the toilet would be great as everytime someone showers, good grief, the bathroom is totally wet!!

非常良好的住宿體驗！住宿離地鐵站非常近，扎嘎其站四號或六號出口出來走一分鐘內就可以抵達住宿。一進大廳就有非常好聞的香氛味，整體裝潢也讓人覺得很舒服。早班的接待人員非常熱心，常常和我們聊天，晚上很晚回到住宿，晚班的大叔也很耐心地幫我們叫炸雞。房間也打掃得很乾淨，浴室很漂亮，唯一美中不足的是盥洗用品放在洗臉台上，因為沒有獨立的淋浴間，盥洗用品離浴缸很遠，洗的時候不太方便，不過這只是一個很小的問題，整體還是住得非常開心！對面也有一家便利商店，晚上肚子餓了下樓就可以去買點零食吃。

Staff was very nice and gave us a map for dining options around the hotel. Lots to see and eat around within walking distance including a busy late night food district, seafood market, a department store and more. Room itself is nice and spacious, very clean, and the view is great.
