We loved this hotel. The suite was so roomy with a kitchen, living room area, and bedroom. We loved the amenities in the kitchen and actually used a lot of it to reheat the delicious Chinese food we’d had just down the street from the hotel. The mechanical shades in the bedroom felt upper class, and I loved sitting in the balcony and looking at the city. The pool and hot tub were a bonus…so much fun to sit out there and soak with the pool lights on and looking at the lights of the city. And the breakfast had so many options and was delicious. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to others!

my husband and I loved everything about it , very clean we booked the suite it had everything you needed even a washer and dryer in the room. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking garage it was very narrow and a bit unsafe .Otherwise this was a great experience and would highly recommend it and would definitely stay at this hotel in the future ,

Excelent long stay hotel. Newer, clean, good breakfast. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Near China Town, so good food. Avoid hotel's restaurant, it is expensive and mediocre.

Bel hôtel neuf, très beau, près du Vieux-Port, du quartier chinois et du Quartier des spectacles. On a bien aimé la terrasse au 6e. Stationnement avec bornes rapides Tesla très pratique!

The hotel breakfast time was extremely busy and it was hard to find a place to sit and get food we want. Pool area is very loud with two huge AC right next to pool. Pool constantly ran out of towels.

Very clean building and room. Housekeeping took a while and we had to wait. It was done around 3 pm. Apparently miscommunication. Close to transit, restaurants etc. Only complaint - need parking for trucks as stalls are very small.

Location was convenient to nearby attractions. Our room was not properly cleaned since the floor was dusty around the bathroom, kitchen and washing area. The patios definitely are not cleaned, too much dust and not well maintained. Although the view from the patios are nice.

Cleanliness: The room wasn't cleaned properly from the beginning of our stay to the end, I had a previous guest's toenail hanging around my bedside table that I waited daily to see when it would get cleaned up let alone with countless hair from previous female tenants Area: Conveniently located by the Old Port, however, feels unsafe to walk around late at night with the many homeless who do not appear very stable I wanted to voice my complaints at check out after having already done so already during our stay, however, the clerk didn't ask anything about our stay other than for the keys and said that if I dont want a physical receipt then I can go

We were unable to check in on time. Our room was not very clean; someone else's hair was on the bathroom floor. House keeping did not refresh our room at all. one of the balcony doors did not close properly making it very loud in our room all night.

The hotel itself is great, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable but it’s so noisy. You constantly hear the outside rubble, whether it’s music nearby or the traffic on the highway closeby. It’s a shame because the service is otherwise quite good, staff are friendly and the hotel’s great but I wouldn’t advise it for noise sensible people.

The room we stayed on PH level was so noisy with outside highway traffic. I went down to the front desk a couple of time to see if they can help. The front desk staff isbtrying to be helpful. They said it was becasue the door of balcony is not closed. We didnot use balcony, but we checked mutiple times and they suppose to send soembody to check it as well. But it was still noisy. So we decided to shorten our trip from 7 nights to 6 nights. I talked to the front desk manager 48bhours ahead. She was very nice and said it was ok for me to cancel the last nighr stay. But when I receivwd the bill, they added the cost to the 5th and 6th night, basically i paid the same price for 7 nights even we stayed for 6. It doesnot match the price expedia.com gave to me. I am certainly not very happy about this and plan to call expedia to resolve the issue. The location of the hotel is very convenient to go to neaby site seeings.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was located at the entrance of China town and we had so many dining options right by our hotel. We were also a 10 minute walk to Old Montreal, south of our hotel, and a 10 minute walk to St. Catherine's, north of our hotel. We loved that our room had 2 balconies and a washer and dryer in our suite! The service wasn't the greatest but we've spoken to the manager about our issue. We had 6 registered guests in our room and when it came time to replacing our dirty towels, the housekeeping attendant said she could only give me 4, and I would have to call the front desk to request the other 2 towels. We had to make multiple calls and waited all day for the other 2 towels. However we did enjoy the meal we had during the "social hour" Wednesday night. Front desk staff and managers were very friendly throughout our stay.

Nice hotel but it’s sits beside a main city artery and the traffic noise is terrible. Even with ear plugs sleep was difficult. Its location to attractions like the Notrel Dame Cathedral and Saint Pauls street is nice and walkable but the street noise all night… never stops

I loved the space in the 2 bedroom rooms, having a kitchen and separate room made it very convenient for our big family to stay. The pario was great, very clean, and even though we were over thr ooftop patio it was not super noisy. Would stay again

Love this hotel and its location. Very easy access to old town and sites. Our room was over the top beautiful and the balcony and view were amazing. Could not believe we had a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Only drawback was the underwhelming breakfast.

We were there for a week. 7days! During that time on like the 4th day our room had not been cleaned yet and we were running out of toilet paper. We called down and asked for some coffee and toilet paper and if someone could come up as we had not received a service in many days. When we got back to the hotel late that night we came to our room to no service no coffee and no toilet paper… we were tired and it was late so we waited till the morning. on our way out the next day I stopped at the front desk to complain and explain that we were literally out of toilet paper and had not received any coffee and only one room service on the first night. They apologized and promised it would get looked after. This is multiple times at this point. That evening we went back to the hotel a little earlier because my wife wasn’t feeling well. I stopped to ask if they had taken toilet paper and coffee up remembering my wife was having stomach issues. They said yes absolutely. We went up to the room wife needed to use the washroom!!! NO TOILET PAPER!! No coffee nothing they just came in and made the bed. I went downstairs and told the desk I need TP right now!! He said you can’t talk to me like that!! After a yelling match with him he accused me of being drunk and told me he was going to call the police. Took a water bottle and take me I needed to drink it. I wasn’t drinking fyi. 20 more minutes to get TP while my wife waited in the bathroom. Never felt so mistreated ever. Basic human needs..

I had a bad experience trying to get bedding for the pull out. Long story short, I requested bedding at 10pm to receive it at 12:40am after several calls, a visit to the front desk and an offer to pick up the bedding myself. I submitted a complaint, which was acknowledged by the supervisor the next day who told me he would follow up and did not. I emailed Hilton and received an auto reply that I would hear back in three days. It has now been five days. I followed up and still no response. The staff experience all around has been such a disappointment. I have been a longtime Hilton customer but will now think twice before booking with them again.
I had a bad experience trying to get bedding for the pull out. Long story short, I requested bedding at 10pm to receive it at 12:40am after several calls, a visit to the front desk and an offer to pick up the bedding myself. I submitted a complaint, which was acknowledged by the supervisor the next day who told me he would follow up and did not. I emailed Hilton and received an auto reply that I would hear back in three days. It has now been five days. I followed up and still no response. The staff experience all around has been such a disappointment. I have been a longtime Hilton customer but will now think twice before booking with them again.

Arrived at 1pm hoping for early check in. Not possible. I’m I’ll wait, no problem. Check in supposed to be 3pm. Gold card holder. Still no room available until 4.27pm. Come on guys you can do better. Especially for loyal Gold customers.

I would like to thank ORIANA at the frontdesk who has been so accomodating from start to finish. She has been so nice to me And my family. I really love hilton, their rooms and amenities. I dont mind paying extra especially if its comfort and cleanliness is at stake. Even when we got o alberta i always choose homewood coz i love its amenities. Most especially i really love the rooms i have booked here in montreal, walking distance to all the nice food, easy transpo, nice view, nice room, and most especially we have our own washer and dryer!!! All of the staff were very friendly and efficient from check in until we left. Our check in was great and the guy behind the desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The room had everything we needed. Being in Chinatown the area was very vibrant but very noisy at night. Nothing you wouldn’t expect with a city stay. We dinned downstairs at the Tiramisu restaurant our second night. The menu was limited but the food was excellent.

Had a five night stay first week of Sept 2024. The hotel's location was very good for walking to the Old Port, to Saint Catherine St, to the Metro subway. The hotel was very clean and the service was fine. Lots of places to eat close by. The Tiramisu restaurant off the lobby was very good. A special shout out to Raymond on the front desk who gave us great directions. The poor bits were: the Wi-Fi was horrible. I didn't pay for the higher speeds but used the basic free service, as I only wanted occasional email and no streaming. The Wi-Fi kept dropping ALL THE TIME. They appear to have the router set up to drop the connection if no activity within a few minutes. Every time I went to check my email I had to restart the laptop to get a connection. I was on vacation so not a killer but really unnecessary today. The connections shouldn't be dropped constantly. The breakfast was very average. I had the oatmeal one morning and it was cool/cold. The pans with the egg and sausages were often empty, as was the bread/croissant bin, and we were there within the first hour (6:30-7:30) before it got busy. Lastly, it was construction season in Montreal, so this wasn't the fault of the hotel, but the jackhammers were going at 6:30am every morning, so at least on the hotel side facing the front of the construction it was noisy all day long.

Front Desk staff Orianha played a crucial role in our successful stay and overall happiness. She checked us in quickly and efficiently then when we were running behind, called us a cab, waited for us for us inside the lobby, held the cab until we were ready then escorted us outside and visually assured we were in the cab safely heading to our evening event at Cirque Du Soleil. Everything happened so quickly that we didn't have time to thank her. So, Orianha please accept our many thanks and gratitude. We made it to our event just as the show started. Thanks for your help. I felt safe but it may concern some people. I would rebook this hotel again

I absolutely hated their breakfast. I have never been to a hotel or resort where breakfast had so much limited options. & the crazy part is, there wasn’t even one kind of vegetables or cheese. Main breakfast was eggs (scrambled or with a cheese like an omelette) that is honestly inedible, like I can’t comprehend how they can mess up cooking eggs like that. There was sausages & potatoe which weren’t nice as well. Then the usual bagels, bread, croissants & condiments. On the weekend we went for breakfast at 9:30am when breakfast suppoedly was open till 10, & there wasn’t even butter or croissants, they had run out. In terms of cleanliness, it was clean but not super clean. Pillows are uncomfortable, super flat & the quilt often comes out of the quilt cover & worst part is that the fitted sheet didn’t fit the mattress, I actally took photos of first day & showed it to reception so they can change/ fix it.. & even then it was barely fitting, it’s like u’re usinf a queen size fitted sheet for a king size mattress. Bottom line is, won’t be staying there again

Staff very accommodating. We stayed in the penthouse with stunning views. Breakfast was busy but delicious, especially the warn chocolate croissants! Location perfect walking distance to Old Port and downtown. I was a little concerned about the area after reading reviews mentioning the homeless encampment, but it was not an issue felt completely safe for a downtown area.

A great hotel, very clean, located beside China Town but located in amongst tent cities, homeless people & sheltel with busy traffic & noise. Breakfast was good,helpful staff as they kindly upgraded my room as it was my anniversary.

Great hotel! Within 10 minute walk to shopping mall, Notre Dame Basilica, old Montreal, Old port, china town, city bus/metro, and MANY restaurants. 20 minute walk from via rail station and mega bus station. We stayed 3 nights and our room was tidied once-although the front desk and housekeeping were prompt to the room when towels and extra bedding were requested. We stayed in homewood in a one bedroom suite. Very clean and modern. FYI, if using the pull out couch for sleep, there is no curtain/blinds for the balcony door-so at night you get that fishbowl feeling (as the building is surrounded by other high rises). A bit weird but certainly not a deal breaker. All the other windows have coverings. Breakfast buffet was included but can be chaotic-much quieter the earlier you go. Pool is small but heated. A great area to lounge or beat the heat in the summer. Will definitely stay here again!

Great suite with a nice view. In-room washer dryer was very useful when traveling with a baby. Walkable to tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet experience was a real negative. Completely understaffed. Long waits for food, plates, utensils to be replenished. Really poorly managed and not up to standards.

Excellent staff. Love the text communications to check in regarding the room, etc post-check in. Excellent location to access Old Montreal. Very clean. Loved having a patio and sliding door to let fresh air in. Bed very comfortable, room very quiet. Two concerns: breakfast items we had were very poor: egg omelets were likely not eggs but something artificial and had no taste and texture was flat; bite sized potatoes were cold; sausages tasted strange. So disappointed in breakfast. Second bit of feedback - bathtub water not quite hot enough for a truly good soaking bath. Also, a little more instruction on getting into the hotel via the parking garage, how to get to the hotel from the parking garage etc. a little more instruction would have been helpful. We were very happy about the security of the parking garage. Will consider staying again.

The hotel was amazing but the breakfast was horrible! They had so many people at the hotel that if you didn’t get downstairs early you didn’t get any food because they ran out of everything! That was horrible! No plates, no utensils, no food!! Everything was gone by 9 am!!! But the hotel and the room itself was amazing! We had a full kitchen with full refrigerator dishwasher and plates cups and utensils!

We had a great 6-night stay at this hotel! Wonderful location - steps from Chinatown, a 5 min walk from Old Montreal and the metro, and walking distance from downtown and McGill. I saw some reviews complaining about the noise of the highway and not feeling safe due to homeless people in the area, but these are to be excepted in Montreal, and we never felt unsafe walking around, even at 9:30 PM. The highway noise was not an issue because the hotel was well sound-proofed. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was a lack of towels - they only put 2 or 3 in the room depending on the day and we are a family of 4. The kitchen was small but enough for our purposes, and it was nice to be able to eat in our room and avoid going out every meal. The only area that we had an issue with was breakfast our first morning - it was chaos because we came down later (8:30) - they are not equipped to handle the amount of people coming through at that time, but things were much better when we came down at 7 AM the other mornings. The food at breakfast is a great mix, and there was something for everyone. Waffles, eggs and bacon, oatmeal, pastries, fruit.... Staff were friendly and helpful. We visit Montreal at least yearly and have found the hotel we will be coming back to every time.

Stayed here for a week for a conference. Location was great, just a block from the Montreal convention center (Palais de congres de Montreal) and the Place des Armes subway station. There were 5 of us, so we were on top of each other, but we had a stocked kitchen area with materials for 4 people. Kids loved the pool and were in it every day. It bordered on Chinatown with lots of food options around and was within walking distance of several sites and attractions. We parked our car in the garage, which was very tight for a minivan and just took public transport or walked everywhere. Breakfast was served every morning and it was decent fare, nice food diversity. Had our own washer/dryer that worked well enough - we had an issue with the dryer and maintenance came right up. Only real concern was the noise in the evening. It seemed like every other night or so there'd be considerable bass thumping outside. Not sure if there was a concert going on or what, but even with the soundproofed room (kept some of the traffic noise out), it was still pretty loud. Also being downtown, you'd hear ambulance & police sirens, horns, etc., but those were incremental compared to the music. The neighbourhood also isn't the best, but never had any issues and generally felt safe.

We parked our car in the garage, which was very tight for a minivan and just took public transport or walked everywhere. Breakfast was served every morning and it was decent fare, nice food diversity. Had our own washer/dryer that worked well enough - we had an issue with the dryer and maintenance came right up. Only real concern was the noise in the evening. It seemed like every other night or so there'd be considerable bass thumping outside. Not sure if there was a concert going on or what, but even with the soundproofed room (kept some of the traffic noise out), it was still pretty loud. Also being downtown, you'd hear ambulance & police sirens, horns, etc., but those were incremental compared to the music. The neighbourhood also isn't the best, but never had any issues and generally felt safe.

Recent stay. Rooms were small. Really small pool but hot tub is something to rav about. Breakfast was okay. There was no stress in parking. Staff was very helpful. Very quiet. No street noise.

The rooftop pool area was really underwhelming, there was not the multiple hot tubs that are pictured. There was one larger one. The pool was also much smaller than it seemed. There's a bar on the 6th floor of the hotel that plays club music until about 11pm each night. I was really excited about this hotel but left feeling underwhelmed by the amenities and the loud music being played by the hotels own bar.
