La pasamos muy bien con mi esposa, lo que mas nos gustó fue la atención del personal desde que llegamos todos muy atentos a ayudarnos y explicarnos todo acerca del hotel y nuestra habitación, el gimnasio muy completo, por tiempo ya no logre probar el sauna pero me parecio excelente que tuvieran, la habitación donde nos quedamos era una suite muy bonita con una pequeña sala, cocineta, una cafetera con un café delicioso.

This is a small-ish, rather tone-y hotel in the heart of the Zona Rosa in Col. Cuauhtémoc. Stylish, hip, clean, modern. The rooms are a decent size, for the center of a busy city. There is a decent little gym and sauna. The location is a safe, 5-minute walk from Insurgentes metro station; there is a convenient Oxxo (sort of like a 7-11 or Lawson all-night type store) right next door. The staff is very friendly and helpful; their English is passable. The bar-restaurant attached to the hotel is pleasant; they serve a tasty efficient breakfast.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, solo que el estacionamiento tiene muchas limitantes, llegamos y nos dijeron que estaba lleno, luego que era muy bajo y la camioneta que llevábamos no cabía… sería bueno que especificaran que ese servicio es sujeto a disponibilidad y mencionar que no tiene altura adecuada

Very nice hotel. Refurbished in the last year to a very high standard. Great facilities. Staff were great, Sergio in reception was very friendly and helpful. Included continental breakfast was satisfactory, but you can order additional items like an omlette for a reasonable price. Excellent cocktails in the bar. Conveniently located for zona rosa, historical centre and attractions around Chapultepec. Bedroom was spacious, well appointed, and had a little kitchen area. Area was very safe for walking around. Great option for a stay in Mexico City.

The hotel was in a great location for us. The room and gym were well appointed. Staff provided excellent service. The room facing Amberes may be a bit loud for very sensitive sleepers, but at check in the front desk offered us ear plugs and/or to change rooms if it became a problem. However we didn’t have any issues.

Excellent choice for hotel in the area. Great staff and gym is well equipped. Room is spacious and in good condition. Noise from the streets can be a negative if you’re a light sleeper.

Super convenient location to stay if you’re going to be exploring the city by foot. Not the most quiet area since it’s across from bars and clubs, but still quite safe and clean. The hotel has a security guard on standby at all times. Small gym but enough equipment to keep you going. Free breakfast at their partner is convenient, although it doesn’t open until 7:30 am, which is somewhat late if you’re looking to start your day extra early.

The hotel was in a well guarded tourist zone. Close to many sites and was well maintained. Room was big and comfortable. Only complaint is that the gym doesnt open till 9am and a bit cramped but it has new equipment in bright conditioned space.

I was pretty pleased by the size of the room and the property however the water was turned off for a few hours. The staff was working on it but it was very inconvenient for the water to be turned off in the evening. In addition, on my last 24 hours no outlets were working. Even the television was not working. I was vert inconvenienced

Hotel was fantastic. Reception was very smooth and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean bed very comfortable. Bathroom shower was super. Location couldn’t be better. Close to Angel monument.

My room looked just like the web photo. Not exactly cosy but clean and comfortable. I arrived at 3 a.m. on October 16th, exhausted. The gentleman at the desk was so helpful and welcoming, the fact that I had spent 18 hours in transit seemed irrelevant. Throughout my stay, the doormen were fantastic, making me feel at home and very much a valued guest. Anything I asked about was addressed immediately. There were some minor issues such as a drippy shower and the amenity pumps not working. Breakfast was low key and peaceful even though my options were limited by dietary restrictions. Toward the end of my stay, a group moved in to the room next door and there was noise but I sleep with earplugs so it was not overly disruptive. Street noise was not an issue for me most days as my room was toward the back of the building. Lots of towels, comfortable bed, reliable wifi, adequate storage for clothes, decent counter space in the bathroom, full size blow dryer. Great location for walking or catching the metro, handy shop on the corner to grab bottles of water each day.

The hotel is great for the price. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Instead, there is a menu and breakfast is served for free, which was a really nice surprise. There is some construction around the hotel due to World Cup preparations, but otherwise the location is perfect.

I found the hotel in very good conditions, the rooms were very comfortable, large and spacious. Bathroom cleanness was remarkable, this was a big highlight, beds were in very good conditions and comfortable, while the pillows can improve a little bit to be honest, but in general OK.

Always a great place to stay, they had renovations outside of the hotel that makes it difficult for taxis to get to you. But the place is great. The staff is amazing and it’s very clean

My wife and I has a very good stay at Amberes 64. Clean, spacious, well-maintained room, very friendly staff. We liked the proximity of the place to great restaurants and boutique shopping. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit CDMX.

El desayuno es sencillo y bastante limitado , es un menu con pocas.opciones incluidas, incluye 2 vasos de jugo, cafe, si se pide algo mas cobran un extra. La ubicación es en plena zona rosa, por lo que si se quiere estar en una zona tranquila ahí no es. Lo bueno es que dentro del hotel no se escucha nada.

I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always great, super friendly and very welcoming. The room always feels clean, the bed is comfortable and the room offers all of the essentials. WiFi works great for those who need to work remotely. The area is also surrounded by many bars, restaurants and cafes and located close to reforma. Definitely recommend!

A localização é ótima, próxima de restaurantes e da estação Insurgentes do metrô. A equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa! Minha única ressalva, mas que não comprometeu a estadia, foi o café da manhã no estilo continental; às vezes o serviço era demorado. Foi minha segunda vez na CDMX, e o Amberes é, sem dúvida, o melhor custo benefício na Zona Rosa.

Good quality hotel, with spacious rooms and balconies. Very clean and nice overall. The only downside is that the hotel is next to a very loud and lively bar area, so you won’t get much peaceful time even during late hours.

I had a great room in the fourth floor with a balcony. I enjoyed the view from the room. The staff was helpful and I felt safe at night. If you wake up easily, the rooms with balconies facing the bars may not be the best option for you. Ask them to place you in a room that is facing away from the bars. I didn’t mind so I enjoyed my time there.

Property is awesome. Customer service excellent! The team at front desk helped us with photocopies needed and they went out of their way. Room is quiet and super confortable, equipped with kitchen, breakfast table and sofa. Bed and sheets Walter clean and felt soft. Please be aware of stairs if you’re on a wheelchair, thi might not be the best choice.

We had a balcony room and so glad we upgraded, the weather was perfect for it. We loved how spacious the room was and it had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The stay were all extremely helpful and kind whenever we interacted with them. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Mexico City hotel. I will say there is a club directly across the street so if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue but wasn't for us.

Room was great. Breakfast was delicious. Location was convenient to the metro, restaurants, and points of interest. But be warned, it is a party street full of clubs that are popping all night until 5am. Directly across is a cabaret that does karaoke and it goes on all night every night. I live in a city and can sleep through anything but if you are sound sensitive, this is not the place for you. Like I sleep through tropical storms and sirens, seriously sound isn't an issue. If you can't sleep in a night club go elsewhere.

My partner and I stayed here for one week when we were in town for a wedding. We chose this location due to its proximity to all the places we had planned to go. It was walking distance to many popular attractions/areas which was a big plus for us as we are big walkers. Uber had no problem finding the place for those late nights. Despite being in a nightlife zone, we felt perfectly safe day and night and enjoyed feeling more immersed with the locals. As for the noise some had pointed out, yes, there are noises from the bars when out walking around but once we were inside the hotel and in our room, we did not hear anything. Perhaps being on the top floor facing the back side also helped, however, having travelled to many big cities and living in one, the city noise was nothing out of ordinary. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch for days we wanted to start leisurely. Did not use the gym nor the sauna but they looked clean. So was our room upon arrival and after each cleaning. All the staff we encountered were kind and courteous. Aldair and David who happened to work the night shifts the week we were there were absolute gems to this establishment. Many pleasant conversations were had with them from them asking how our day in their lovely city went, us asking for recommendations, practising Spanish with us and more. They were a true highlight of our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in CDMX!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They always greeted us with a smile. Saul, the doorman, was so friendly and let us practice our Spanish with him. The room was nice and well equipped. Nice and dark at night. The street noise still made it way to us but didn’t bother us.

Property is awesome. Customer service excellent! The team at front desk helped us with photocopies needed and they went out of their way. Room is quiet and super confortable, equipped with kitchen, breakfast table and sofa. Bed and sheets Walter clean and felt soft. Please be aware of stairs if you’re on a wheelchair, thi might not be the best choice.

This property is outstanding! They were so helpful and accommodating to anything I asked or needed! I’m a solo traveler so I usually ask a lot of questions. They were all so helpful! Shout out to Eumir, Saul, Edgar, and Miguel. I hope I spelled them correctly! The room was super cozy and very clean. I loved it! Restaurant was very good too! Great location. So many things are around the neighborhood. Very safe! Thank you!

I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always great, super friendly and very welcoming. The room always feels clean, the bed is comfortable and the room offers all of the essentials. WiFi works great for those who need to work remotely. The area is also surrounded by many bars, restaurants and cafes and located close to reforma. Definitely recommend!

This is a small-ish, rather tone-y hotel in the heart of the Zona Rosa in Col. Cuauhtémoc. Stylish, hip, clean, modern. The rooms are a decent size, for the center of a busy city. There is a decent little gym and sauna. The location is a safe, 5-minute walk from Insurgentes metro station; there is a convenient Oxxo (sort of like a 7-11 or Lawson all-night type store) right next door. Had a great 7 night stay! Room was spacious and clean. Staff from lobby to restaurant were all friendly and helpful with recommendations. Loved that we had so many food and entertainment options within walking distance. The only complaint was the night time noise! There are two clubs right across the street and music was very loud. You will need ear plugs to get some sleep. Would definitely stay again!

It's a great room and great service . The beds wre very comfortable and the desk clerks were 5 star. the area around it is a little sketchy. The nightclub across the street please music until 2:00 a.m. at 100 decibels . As far as the noise book your room towards the back of the building and you'll be fine

We loved this hotel it was walkable to many locations there were many things around us like bars, restaurants, markets, and many tourist sites like the angle of dependence that only took us 6 minutes to walk to. We felt safe the entire time. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The only downsides are if you are a light sleeper this might not be the hotel for you, because you can hear the nightlife going on at night since there are bars all around you. The other thing is that compared to the rest of the city this area seemed a little bit more dirty but that’s not a big issue. Other than that I 100% recommend this hotel and location and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, good to have a gym, and breakfast included. This is a perfectly nice hotel. Could have been improved by quicke service at breakfast - the servers were always run off their feet. Also, not at all the hotel’s fault, but the road outside was being dug up which was noisy and super dusty.

Our room was large and quiet!!! Rm 503…. Large and at the back of the building so it was quiet. The staff were very friendly!!! The breakfast was included but for us we preferred to eat out. The breakfast was very mediocre!

Staff were amazing. Its in the middle of zona rosa and everything is walking distance. Might be a little noisy for other guests because its around bar and clubs but my room was quiet. Breakfast was great too and delicious but not buffet style which is not bad either. I will definitely come back to this place. Thank you!

We had an great stay at this amazing hotel. Clean, very friendly staff speaking English very well and great breakfast included. We had a balcony and had our coffee on there every morning. Gym new and clean enough equipment to keep you going. Very walkable to great bars and restaurants. About 40 min walk from Bella des Artes. Will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Refurbished in the last year to a very high standard. Great facilities. Staff were great, Sergio in reception was very friendly and helpful. Included continental breakfast was satisfactory, but you can order additional items like an omlette for a reasonable price. Excellent cocktails in the bar. Conveniently located for zona rosa, historical centre and attractions around Chapultepec. Bedroom was spacious, well appointed, and had a little kitchen area. Area was very safe for walking around. Great option for a stay in Mexico City.

Although the windows did reduce noise significantly, it is not enough for a light sleeper. Other than that, breakfast is served at the table and not a lot of options to choose from. Which is not my preference for Mexican breakfast. It was served beautifully but portions are small and not satisfying, and server was not happy to serve and looked at you funny if you asked for refill juice or extra piece of toast. Other than that, the hotel is very equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay. Including small Gym, small sauna, buisness lounge and attached Bar. If you don't mind the noise and crowd till 4 am, it's an excellent hotel, few min walk to Reforma and Plaza de Angel.
