The location was great for us. This is a new property and there were several issues with the fit and finish. The caulking everywhere was a mess, the walls were very thin and every noise was heard. The shower was good and the a/c worked well. The black out shades were very nice. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which we liked and used. There were construction crews staying there and every day there was mud tracked throughout the facility and they were noisy and disrespected the quiet time hours. I felt bad for the cleaning staff having to deal with it every day. The breakfast and coffee were good. There was a washer and dryer available to do laundry. I think it could be a lot nicer if they address the noise and finish issues. The staff were friendly and nice. I think someone from corporate should come review the way the brand new place was finished and require some changes.

Great Continental Breakfast with lots of variety. The queen bed was very comfortable and great pillows. Loved the big window in our room and view overlooking the water feature and walking path area. Will definitely be staying there again!

Room was dirty , gum behind toilet , black hair in bed and shower , bathroom . Bed felt damp . Desk person said it was from the fan but it felt like damp sheets were put on . I’m blonde so the hair was not mine . Beautiful facility and check in lady was beyond friendly and recommended somewhere to eat .

Showed up to check in, once we got to the room there was a sign on there door that stated the room needed to be cleaned. Proceed to enter the room and it wasn’t clean. Let front desk know as he argued with the housekeepers while they were all confused. Housekeepers left, it sounded like there were multiple rooms that should’ve been cleaned but weren’t. No other rooms available, we had to cancel and book elsewhere. A cancellation number was given that’s the same as my confirmation number. The charge has been pending for a week. Won’t book her again.

After a somewhat difficult check-in, the hotel was good. Beds were comfortable. Facility was clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was that there is a very poor internet signal and the WiFi wasn't working until the day we left. If they'd told us at check-in that the WiFi wasn't working, we might have chosen to stay somewhere else as I needed to do some work. Instead we had already gotten settled and didn't want to go through the hassle of relocating so I had to leave the hotel and work at an alternate location.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Austin but didn't want to stay in Austin, so we stayed here. It was only 15 minutes away. We were very pleased with our stay here. The place is very clean, even smells clean. The bed was very comfortable. We also loved the room darkening shade for the window. The breakfast was on point as well. There was a lot to choose from. If I ever come back, I'll definitely stay here again.

New property opened NOV 2023, with modern attempt. Very pleasant check-in. Surprised that they did not build the toilet/bath room separate from the sink area, which we really like, but maybe that is a Holiday Inn thing. We got into our requested King room and found the bathroom lights not working, despite flipping the various switches. Desk clerk tried, also. She immediately changed us to another room, but only had a double-queen available. Regardless, the bed and limens and pillows were very comfortable. I thought the new construction place would be extremely quiet, and was surprised by the sound of the mid- construction crews... not terrible, but just surprising to me. The black-out shade over tge large window was very nice. Breakfast was more than adequate, for that we were grateful (always appreciate that Bran Flakes option!) Overall a comfortable stay! A lovely place, still working out some mechanical kinks.

I was advised of a $50 charge on my card even though the paper I was asked to sign said $25. While I was still at the hotel I was charged an additional $55.51. When I brought up the issue the front desk personnel stated that it was due to a power outage and would only stay in a pending status. The next day I was fully charged &105.51. When I tried to get my issue resolved no one could assist me and I was told they would try to figure it out and call me back which never did. This is not okay and I will not be staying at another holiday inn. I will also not have to dispute this charge with my bank since no one at the holiday inn is able to help me or reimburse my money.

I booked a 2 queen suite and was given a 2 queen standard. We needed the suite for the extra bed space. We had to make it work using a roll away cot because the hotel was completely booked. I can’t seem to get a refund for the difference in cost of the suite vs standard despite contacting hotels.com and the property manager.

Booked this room months ago for 2 queen beds since we are a family of 4. Arrived at check in to be told they only had a room with a king bed and no couch. What is the point of booking what you need ahead of time if they can't give it to you. The girl at the front desk was the only employee in the whole hotel and her manager would not answer his phone. There was a line of upset people. This hotel is poorly run.

I checked into the hotel and was provided the key to someone else’s room. As a woman knowing the staff is this careless with their guests safety is extremely scary. It’s also been two days after my stay and no one has answered the phone for me or Expedia for my refund. I would not recommend.

The front desk ataff was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast was lacking. It was around 8 am and there was hardly any hot food left. A few other things which were appreciated since i had my young son with me. I've visited countless Holiday Inn Express hotels over the years and I've never seen the lack of food before.
