Easy parking near room. Room was clean and neat..everything ie...air conditioning, heat, tv, lights and fan worked perfectly. Room code was provided prior to check in which made it easy to enter our room when we were ready. It was close enough to the Elk viewing areas that we could stay til late in the evening and be out early in the morning. Very nice place to stay

We stayed overnight, pool was beautiful and clean, room was very nice, took forever to get hot water in the sink and shower. The only thing is; it should have a mini fidge and microwave in the rooms , who wants to share one.And if you get up in the middle of the night and want a cold drink you gotta walk down to the office area to get it..Other then that the owners where very friendly, the bar across the street was nice and food was ok

Mattress is very worn. No ice! Towels were nice and soft. Spotty wi-fi. Tiny shower. Nice water pressure. Broken blade on ceiling fan. Overall, as expected for the money.

Perfect place to stay, there is a coffee machine, a mini fridge, and a microwave in the lobby for your convenience. I didn't have any problems with the TV like others have mentioned. The room was clean and the overall experience was great. I would stay there again.

I heard the guy next to my room snoring all night. Place was tiny and had no ice machine on property not even a cup in my room! The road in front was loud early am with trucks! Horrible insulation. No property manager on site! Never again would I stay there! Mattress was moving off a horrible box spring that was grossly dirty! No closet door and shabby plastic slider for bathroom.

I like that the room is very clean and close to the Elk visitors center. They have a common microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. They were prompt to respond to my questions. The bathroom is a bit small and the toilet is so close to the wall that your knees hit the wall. Nice room if you plan on just sleeping here a night or 2. Would be nice in the summer with the pool open.

I like to try older 1960's motels. This one was excellent and it was the CLEANEST small room motel I have ever stayed in! Also had good wifi a modern TV and super clean bed sheets and comforter. The bed was comfortable and the door locks were very safe and modern. Perfect small motel!!!

Room was very clean, but very small. If you are a larger than norm person or have mobility issues, maybe not a good choice.There were only 3 outlets in the room, two were used for tv, lamps and a/c.3rd was in bathroom w/ nowhere to set a phone to charge other than the floor. Walls very thin, could hear way too much of conversation plus street noise. Could not open the window due to a/c in widow. Bathroom window didnt help cool room off. Shower was tiny and water got all over floor. We ended up not even staying the second night, even though it was paid for.

Very Very clean. I love going to a place that allows dogs that doesn’t smell like dogs. Staff and owner very friendly. Owner answers texts almost immediately. If you are visiting the Benezette area, this is a great option for a room. It’s very small, but cozy. This property is on a main highway, but we were planning to sleep there, not hang out. Our intent was to be outdoors looking at elk and sight seeing. My only suggestions to the owner would be either a larger Fridge in the “lobby” or small dorm fridges in each room. Possibly some coffee creamer with the sugar next to coffee maker, although there is a Family Dollar next door and a pharmacy across the street. And, there is a small space in the bathroom that could benefit from a couple shelves for toiletries and hair dryers. We were completely comfortable during our stay. Also, having Wi-Fi in this area was huge! We are already planning another trip with friends and intend to stay here again.

Room was extremely tiny. Shower was big enough for kids only. Sitting on toilet, even with small round bowl, knees hit the wall in front of you. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion samples, just one tiny bar of soap-- which was enough, as we didn't bother attempting to use the narrow shower stall. No mirror, other than an 8" one hanging on an arm OVER THE TOILET! Extremely noisy, with trucks barreling down the road all night long. Couldn't wait to leave! But the TV reception was amazing! Room might be okay for small children, as there was a door to the adjoining room.

The room was clean and adequate for a two night stay. The bathroom was very small and not very private. The sliding plastic accordion door on the bathroom is not sound proof. Everyone in the room can hear every little noise emanating from the toilet... If you know what I mean.

The rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. They are very small and my husband who needs a walker was unable to use it in the room because of close spaces. His mobility became worse so we needed to leave the next morning and not able to complete our stay. The facility is very close to the elk viewing area. Joanne, the owner, was very sweet and responded to my texts in a very timely manner. She actually allowed us to check in a little earlier. This is a cute little place but too small for our needs. Thank you, Joanne for being so kind.

Christa was prompt with code to enter room. The amenities are minimal but was perfect for what we needed. Room was neat and very clean. Building is older so it comes with older building expectations. Would stay again for quick overnighter to get to our destination.

The noise from the roadside and people next door to our room made sleep a challenge. We didn’t have hot water right away but the Property manager was fast and attentive to resolve for us. A nice spot for an over night stay. A pharmacy and Familu Dollar store walking distance so that was helpful.

Easy parking near room. Room was clean and neat..everything ie...air conditioning, heat, tv, lights and fan worked perfectly. Room code was provided prior to check in which made it easy to enter our room when we were ready. It was close enough to the Elk viewing areas that we could stay til late in the evening and be out early in the morning. Very nice place to stay

The location was great. We wanted to be somewhat close to the elk herd in Bennezette. Our room was small but very clean and appeared to be recently redone. Our room (#5) would not have been very handicapped accessible because of the bathroom set-up but other rooms may have been. There was some road noise but it wasn't too bad. We didn't have any problems with check-in/check-out. Unfortuately, if we did have problems, we were supposed to call or text for help. We would not have been able to because we didn't have cell service.

I like that the room is very clean and close to the Elk visitors center. They have a common microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. They were prompt to respond to my questions. The bathroom is a bit small and the toilet is so close to the wall that your knees hit the wall. Nice room if you plan on just sleeping here a night or 2. Would be nice in the summer with the pool open.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. It may have been a no frills room, but we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Also offered a fridge, microwave, and extra coffee maker in the office for our use. We would stay there again!!!

We stayed overnight, pool was beautiful and clean, room was very nice, took forever to get hot water in the sink and shower. The only thing is; it should have a mini fidge and microwave in the rooms , who wants to share one.And if you get up in the middle of the night and want a cold drink you gotta walk down to the office area to get it..Other then that the owners where very friendly, the bar across the street was nice and food was ok

Perfect place to stay, there is a coffee machine, a mini fridge, and a microwave in the lobby for your convenience. I didn't have any problems with the TV like others have mentioned. The room was clean and the overall experience was great. I would stay there again.

This is a classic you get what you pay for. The property is right on a busy road. The rooms are clean but small. There was no soap in the bathroom, I guess the bottle of shampoo was for all purposes. It was comfortable, but street noise will keep a light sleeper awake. Food options in easy walking distance. The Townhouse looks amazing. Try it for longer stays. Very no frills place.

Very clean, well maintained. Close to Benezzette and area restaurants. The room provides you with the basics, bed, bathroom with shower and TV. Coffee and fridge in lobby if you need those. I travel a ton for work and pleasure both, and I was beyond impressed with how clean and well kept this property was for such a small hotel in a rural area. Everything I needed was there, all of the important things. It was as clean can as in the hotel ever stayed in, if not cleaner! Very charming overall. I'd highly recommend it for anyone visiting Elk County.
