Nous avons résidé dans cet hôtel 3 nuits. Il ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles pour les raisons suivante : - les personnes au service parlent pas anglais, un peu une honte pour ce standing - on entend la rue dans la chambre et ne parlons pas des gens qui parlent dans le call qui résonnent - les prix pratiqués au restaurant c’est du n’importe quoi. Même dans un vrai 5 étoiles à Ho Chi Minh ou Hanoi, nous avions mieux mangé pour mon cher. 2 cocktails, 2 entrées et 2 plats = 2 300 000 dongs, un peu abusé et au restaurant de la plage, le soir, il y avait un problème avec chaque table. Service à revoir et notamment les serveurs

Fint hotell, med det meste av fasiliteter. Manglet litt diverse ved både bordene og i frokost bufeeten (salt, pepper, servietter, bestikk, kopper, glass, fat, etc.), men veldig god frokost og god mat. For øvrig en god del dyrere å spise på hotellet enn ved de nærliggende resturantene og restaurantene i gamlebyen. Samme var det inne ved An Bang beachen i forhold til hotellstranden (mye billigere). Alt i alt veldig bra hotell!

This was my husband's and my first trip to Vietnam, and we stayed at this hotel for three days. In our opinion, this hotel is ok for families with children, but not for couples looking for a peaceful vacation. We were surprised that there is no pool for adults or quiet area. Every pool full of children playing with balls constantly flying over your head, making it difficult to swim or sit in the pool. We ended up moving to another hotel after three days because we were looking for a quieter atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the food was average, so we preferred eating in the city. The facilities feel much outdated, and the soundproofing is very poor—you can clearly hear traffic if your room faces the street. The beach water is also quite dark. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for families, but we don't think it meets the standards of a 5-star hotel. The photos are more flattering than the reality, and we believe the hotel should clearly state that it is a family-oriented resort. Will do a much better research next time! I wish someone had written a review like this before I booked. Hopefully, mine will help someone.

Amazing resort. The staff was very helpful specially Brian, Linh and Luan. Luan made sure we got vegetarian Pho every morning at breakfast time. Property is amazing.

The housekeeping service was inconsistent. One evening, one out of our 3-bedroom villa was missed. No body lotion was provided in any of the 3 bedrooms. No towel was provided in the powder room in the living /dining area and there was no phone there. However the beachfront villa was very nicely located in front of the pristine sandy beach. The service personnel were all very friendly and hospitable. The segregated breakfast room for villa residents was nice. Special menu was provided.
