Be aware that walls and ceilings are incredibly thin. Unless you are on the top floor you will hear the people walking around above you. We were woken up during the night throughout the weekend to the people above us stomping around. The noise went on for hours every day. Good luck getting ahold of property management, the number to call only gets you customer service which will just forward your concerns to the property management when they are around the next day. Not sure what their plan is if there was ever an emergency and residents can't contact the management. For what we paid to stay here it was terrible accommodations for the noise. We were promised the issue would be addressed but it was a consistent problem all 3 nights we were there. Definitely not staying here again if we are ever back in the city for work.

This is more like an aprartment than hotel. My mistake, I didn't realize. But as long as you have no issues checking in, it's fine.

The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER

The room was very nice. But the check-in experience was terrible...a very complicated system! I would also say that there needs to be some signage outside the building to indicate it as a CozySuites location. The low visibility initials "MK" is not sufficient.

Great communication from staff and helpful when key did not work. Extremely helpful check in/ out directions. Felt at home Clean facilities very quiet Grateful for the amenities
