Property was clean and the bed was comfy. I was very misled by the facilities at the property and the check in process. I booked this lodge because it said “ Pay at the hotel upon check-in “ that was not the case. A deposit for the first night was taken from my bank upon booking. The second deposit from my bank was for the balance of the trip including all taxes and fees. That occurred 6 days prior to check-in. Therefore, my bank charged me $32. for insufficient funds. This happened June 28 2024 and check in was July 3 2024. Being a retired person with a somewhat limited income, I booked thinking it will be July, the next month to pay the balance. So their statement of “pay at the hotel” is inaccurate. Upon arrival @ 4pm on 7/3 there is no person available. The hotel lobby door is locked. The restaurant is locked and no one around. I had no cell service on my iPhone and couldn’t contact anyone by phone or text. I find a cell number to call posted on the door by the black locked mailbox. My husband’s cell phone is working and I reach the phone service for the lodge. After going back and forth for 20 minutes with texts and instructions I go to the lockbox and put in my code. I get my envelope and keys for the room. I notice the sign on the door says Restaurant is open Thursday - Saturday 5 pm. This is misleading in your online advertisement. It only says Bar, Restaurant, Pool. Fire Pit, Garden etc. in does not say “”LIMITED SERVICE”. Nothing was open on 7/3.

What a cute, cozy lodge. Michael, Natasha and Kimberly were so nice. Breakfast included bagels, lox, yogurt and fresh fruit. Enjoyed a few cocktails on the chairs outside in the evening, before heading indoors for a lovely dinner. We couldn't leave without purchasing robes. We look forward to returning and using the pool.

Town center is 5 min drive away which is great if you need groceries etc Room : Stayed on the ground floor where the rooms have a little patio. Great amenities. The room is little dark though and AC is noisy. Restaurant: Pretty good. Veal schnitzel and ravioli were our favorites. Pool : Didn’t try as it looked a little dirty to me and there were many flies. Breakfast : Continental breakfast with Fruits, bagel, coffee, juice, yogurt etc. Enough to start the day right Staff : Very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, I’d go back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

Charming small hotel with an excellent restaurant, lounge, outdoor seating and location adjacent to the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires.

What a nice place to stay! The rooms were comfortable - cool design and great bedding. We had a great meal and cocktails at the restaurant. And their "continental" breakfast exceeded expectations with bagels, lox, yogurt and fresh fruit. Would love to return again!

Absolutely gorgeous property and beautiful views everywhere you look. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with just the right mixture of modern amenities, minimilist decor, and just a touch of kitschy-ness that makes the space feel perfectly cozy and warm. It all looks and feels exactly what you picture a berkshire ski lodge should be. Every room faces the ski mountain, so you'd have to actively try to not wake up to a beautiful view every day. The free breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was very impressive, and clearly very fresh, with a wide variety of options. Customer service was excellent, and their contact via text was quick, personal, and very helpful...at all times (the internet was not cooperating at all, and they quickly restarted the router so I could make a work deadline that night). And then, contactless check-in and room entry for the win! Finally! I love a hotel of any kind, but have always hated that no matter how and when you book a room, you always have to spend at least 20 minutes at the front desk signing in, giving the exact info you already filled out online, and I have never understood why more places haven't modernized the entire process at this point, but Little Cat sure has. That's just a minor thing that is personally thrilling to see. Overall, 10 out of 10, highly recommend, and will absolutely stay again.

The perfect summer mountain lodge getaway! We loved the thoughtful and creative design details of the hotel and rooms, and the amenities were so thoughtful- a great large pool to lounge by, a sauna with epic Mountain View’s, fire pits throughout the property + a pretty great continental breakfast, and stellar bar and dinner menu- all at the base of Catamount (definitely recommend the mile long epic zip line right across from the Lodge. Staff could not be more welcoming and we loved small touches like the DS Durga amenities. Little Cat exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again in the Fall and Winter. Perfect spot whether traveling with a partner, a group of friends, or if you have kids.

My family and I stayed at Little Cat Lodge in July. When we arrived there were no staff or seemingly other guests at the lodge. I wasn't aware that check-in was fully self-service at 350$ a night! Thankfully I was able to phone the emergency number--the cell phone service is none too good--and got a call back. I was then asked to upload an ID for check-in despite the terrible cell service. After failing to upload the ID, I was finally given the code for the lock box and was able to retrieve the key after some difficulty. The next morning, after being told by the person on the phone that breakfast started at 6:30, we went to the dining room only to be told there was no breakfast (included in the price of the room) available that morning. We had tours booked so had to find breakfast elsewhere. Also, there are no instructions for how to operate the sauna. As there was no staff when we arrived, we had to work this out for ourselves. I have no idea how this hotel maintains liability insurance. Additionally, the robes in our room had not been cleaned. We found sunglasses and candy wrappers in the pockets. Given the prices charged for the hotel, this really is unacceptable. I complained to one of the staff members and was assured that I would be given a credit for part of the stay. I was never called back despite leaving messages and sending emails. Abysmal service at an outrageous price.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Michael was an absolute gentleman and answer all my questions with professionalism and kindness. The room was spotless as was the bathroom and linens. The lodge is on Catamount resort property which was amazing. I did not realize exactly how close it was. You could literally walk to the mountain.

Very nice location across the mountain. It was clean. Things I didn’t like were , very soft mattress bothered my back, noisy heating unit, and paper thin walls.

Space was clean, fun and well designed. I especially appreciated the help of the Front Desk team, who was able to add a night to my reservation via text, patiently helped me w some paperwork, replenished breakfast my first morning when I came down and it was diminished and then waited for me to come down my second morning and kept the coffee out longer! Really nice

The property was charming and clean. Nice updates while retaining some of the original lodge feel. Staff were all great - I look forward to returning for anther visit !!

Booked a weekend stay at Little Cat Lodge for a girlfriends trip. The lodge was very cute and had just about everything we needed. Complimentary breakfast was also much appreciated. 3 women shared a 2-bed bedroom and it was great for size- we loved our little balcony. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Delightful stay at the Little Car Lodge - Kimberley was attentive to every little details to make our stay fantastic! We received a call to indicates s’mores packages were available, our table was dressed for 4, including dining set and chair for our daughter’s doll… a magical Holiday week 2 steps from the slopes!

I had a lovely stay just in time for the beginning of the fall! The property is surrounded by beautiful mountains, theres a sauna in the property and a zipline walking distance. Theres also a complimentary breakfast in the morning and a coffee machine in your room as well. The customer service was excellent! Mike was amazing and was there to answer any questions at any hour and checked to make sure I was having a nice stay which was greatly appreciated and it really made the stay so much more comfortable and delightful. I highly recommend booking a taxi service if you are coming from the city to the hudson train station as uber and lyft dont really work but there are taxi cabs outside the station that would gladly drive you to the property, is about a 25/30 min ride!

This is a very cute lodge, updated with a bit of vintage charm. Close to all the Berkshires must sees and nature hiking trails.

It was much better than originally expected. Service was excellent, the room was great (amazing view) and the restaurant had amazing food.

Everything looked pretty much exactly like the pictures online. The rooms are very minimal apre ski type, which me and my wife love. The food at the restaurant was ok but left a little bit to be desired. The service was always very good and attentive, the staff was always ready to help with any situation and were very accomodating with anything we needed. We definitely want to come back in the winter to experience the area with the snow all around since the backdrop of the hotel is right next to a mountain.
