First time visiting Côte D’Azur. This is lovely place - a renovated and quiet guest house that puts you steps from a train that gives you access to all of the tourist spots (Cannes and Antibes are one stop away) without the chaos of having to stay right in them. There’s also on site parking - and with a car you can easily access the many beautiful villages which is an incredible thing to do for a more authentic experience. Bonus: the property is owned and operated by a lovely French couple (who make you breakfast each morning!) so you’re supporting a small family owned business. Wonderful.

My Love! ❤️ and I visited this property for four nights and were pleasantly surprised by this little slice of heaven. Your 2 miles from CANNES and just a quick few steps down to the beachside town of Valerie’s. It’s a beautiful city with very friendly, beautiful people and we also enjoyed the tennis courts which are about three blocks away. The pool was quite refreshing the breakfast was over the top and most of all you will love the owners
