Very big property in a small bay not too far from Ibiza. Good facilities (3 pools, great gym, excellent breakfast, nice (small room) with balcony. Staff very friendly, they do their best to make it a great stay. Some minors though, this is old hotel that has been revamped in a way that looks fancy but is at minimal expenses. Some areas not renovated, new paint has many chipped bits, the piping has issues, the layout of the hotel takes some getting used too etc. That together with the fact they take deposit in the beginning of stay (although it was well communicated upfront) gives you feel making money is a very big goal here. So although I enjoyed my stay and got a great rate (ouf 😅) I won’t be returning. Normal rates are a few hundred per night and that’s just not worth it.

Very good breakfast. Nice view. Easy to get to formentera with the ferry near the hotel. Nice and fresh rooms. Very nice restaurants by the beach. Helpful staff. No problem getting a free sunbed at the hotel during our stay. Not so much to do around the hotel.

Really nice hotel in a quiet part of town away from the crowds. Property itself was a little confusing with three buildings that are connecting in different way making it difficult to get around. We also noticed that a couple of pools had a minimum spend of €150 per day which we thought was excessive.

Die Lage war für einen Urlaub zum entspannen perfekt, der Ausblick aus dem Hotel atemberaubend. Die Bucht, die Berge einfach wunderschön! Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesengroß und hatte eine hervorragende Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön, es gab drei Pools und man hat die Möglichkeit in 4 Restaurants des Hotels zu essen. Es gibt noch viele weitere Pluspunkte, auf die man sich freuen kann. Wir würden wieder kommen!

The location was very good. The refurbishment of the hotel was not finished yet. The hotel only had two small elevators of which one was only available for the guests. Waiting time could be quite long. On two occasions the warm and cold water supply was not good. One time there was no warm water and the last evening extremely hot water came out of the tap and the shower. And no cold water at all. The staff around the swimming pool was very friendly as well as the staff at the reception. The parking facilities are not sufficient. Valet parking was offered but for a price of 20 euros per day I feel is a bit steep.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price The hotel looks beautiful, but our experience was underwhelming. We stayed nearly two weeks, and rules kept changing (e.g., towel policy), which was frustrating. Cleanliness was below average. Staff were friendly, though not all spoke English – not a big issue. However, access to hotel facilities was limited. Only 2 of 4 pools were usable, and guests had to pay €50 for Bali beds, even in high season. Hotel bars were often closed due to private events. We’ve stayed at other Ibiza hotels that offered better value. This one needs to improve – especially given the high prices. The area around Cala Llonga is lovely, but we wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a longer stay or for groups.

Het hotel was heel schoon, wij verbleven 12 dagen en de kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Vriendelijk personeel. Ook was er mogelijkheid voor valetparking, dat was goed geregeld. (€20,- per dag) De enige minpunten, de douche niet altijd heel warm was en de kamer heeft weinig kastruimte.

This was one of the worst stays I've ever had in a hotel. No working hot water. The entire property reeked of sewage. The bedding was so so so bad and the hotel wasn't clean. The bedding on the pool beds was absolutely filthy. I could also hear every single conversation in the hallway and other rooms. There was absolutely no noise insulation. I cannot believe how awful this hotel was.

Unterkunft nur halbherzig renoviert. Teilweise alte Gebäudestruktur (Böden und Geländer). Das schlimmste jedoch: Housekeeping, dass die Kaffeetassen auf den Zimmer nicht tauscht, sondern nur im Badezimmer ohne Spülmittel mit den Fingern auswäscht. Nach Beschwerde bei der Rezeption am nächsten Tag sogar noch Kaffee Ränder in den Tassen gefunden. Mobiliar teilweise sehr schön. Frühstück ist ganz schlimm. Kein Geschirr ohne Macken, warme Speisen durchgängig kalt… Personal ist eher kühl und hat eine egal-Haltung. Liegen am Pool teilweise mit Stock- und Wasserflecken. Auf den Zimmern in den Duschen Spuren von Stock und Schimmel. Es gibt weitaus bessere Alternativen. Hier muss mehr Struktur und Durchgriff vom Management erfolgen.

You have a minimum spend to use the beds even though you paid for the hotel. The extra pool in the pictures is for the Mondrian. Our AC didn’t work (sweating every night) and our bathroom had a major leak from the ceiling which had been there for awhile given there was a small flower growing out the ceiling.

We had to change rooms twice first because of a strong smell, then due to more issues. Still, things got worse: my wife and I both became violently ill just 1–2 hours after eating only the hotel’s breakfast and room service. On top of that, there was no hot water in our room. After a technician’s visit, the only explanation given was that the hotel’s water system couldn’t handle guest demand. Completely unacceptable for a so‑called high‑end property. We travel year‑round and stay in luxury hotels worldwide we’ve never experienced anything like this. Definitely would not return.

Exactly what we expected - great location, great room - friendly guests Only snall issue was the fact the lovely double beds advertised on the website at an additional spend and all reserved. But we made the most of the gorgeous beach which was just down some steps from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel in itself is very nice. It’s nice location - quiet, nice surroundings, easy to take bus/taxi, not too far away from the town and right next to the beach. The breakfast is very good. The downsides are that if you travel as a couple and pick a standard room you only have space for one. At the bathroom there is only one hook for hanging up towels. There is only one drawer for clothes and some hangers for jackets. The room did not have a «closet» so half of me and my boyfriends wardrobe had to be at the little couch/sofa standing in the room. I would maybe expect a little bit more convenience when it comes to space in the room when paying 300 euros per night. Another thing that lowered our satisfaction of the room is that the shower does not have warm water. Even when we didn’t use the shower and then turned it on the warmest we would only have cold water. We talked to the reception but nothing happened. Sometimes when you shower you will feel the switch between some warm water and cold water. You are lucky to have warm water, we had that some times. Last I would not buy drinks when they offer happy hour. You have to pay 20 euros for two drinks. In total the hotel is nice and has nice facilities but is has a lot of potential too, especially for the price you are paying. That’s why I would rate it OK in stead of Good.

Hotel was nice enough, however, the air con is terrible. It isn't even that hot when we stayed (around 25 degree, early June) but the air con was rubbish. They came three times to look at it and supposedly fix it. But it never really felt like it was cooling the room so we were always hot, especially when sleeping so had a bad sleep. Rooms are small and the bathroom also felt cramped.Pillows weren't great so had to request more. I wouldn't stay here again on account of the air con not being great.

Worst customer service of any hotel ever. I spend about 150 nights a year in hotels. This was the worst. From valet to reception to cleaning people. Everything. Complete incompetence through and through. Stay anywhere but here or Mondrian. They’re adjoining and half of the services are there. Absolutely awful. Ibiza has plenty of other hotels to choose from.

The property was beautiful and a perfect place to relax being nearby the beach and restaurants, secluded by a beautiful cove. However with service issues being consistent throughout our stay, we ran into a lot of issues with Hyde Hotel. Nobody answering the phone, waiting an hour for our food and drinks by the pool, NIKO restaurant took long time to apply our discount and hesitated to even give it. Also the ATM on the property will still process your transaction even if you click cancel, this happened twice during our stay. Although there were cons with Hyde, a special shoutout is deserved to the bartender at the bar by the lobby. He modified the drink to my liking too! Very sweet of him.

This was one of our best stays in Ibiza. The hotel is new so everything is in great shape and clean rooms, staff in breakfast restaurant are going above and beyond to help. The reception staff was also top notch - especially Shymena who was very attentive and helpful. We will def return!

Wir hatten im Vorfeld per Nachricht mitgeteilt, dass wir früher anreisen werden. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass ein früher Check-in möglich sei, wenn das Zimmer verfügbar ist. Vor Ort sollten wir dafür jedoch plötzlich 50 Euro zahlen – und das Frühstück war nicht einmal enthalten. Im Zimmer angekommen, stellten wir fest, dass eine Verbindungstür direkt ins Nachbarzimmer führte. Diese war zunächst offen, sodass ein Zugang zum anderen Zimmer problemlos möglich war. Die Hotelstruktur ist insgesamt verwirrend. Es gibt zwei Fahrstühle, von denen einer defekt war. Dadurch mussten alle Gäste denselben Fahrstuhl nutzen, was teils zu Wartezeiten von über 10 Minuten führte. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, dunkel und schlecht beleuchtet. Tageslicht kam kaum hinein, und da das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss lag, wollten wir die Gardinen auch ungern öffnen – man fühlt sich schnell beobachtet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet roch das Besteck sehr unangenehm nach Ei. Ich habe mir schließlich Pappteller gekauft, um es umgehen zu können. Ein weiteres Ärgernis: Die Liegen am Pool mit Blick auf die Bucht – wie auf den Hotelbildern beworben – erfordern einen Mindestverzehr von 70 Euro pro Person. Das ist aus unserer Sicht absolut unangemessen und wurde im Vorfeld nicht klar kommuniziert. Beim Check-out wurde dann zusätzlich noch automatisch ein Trinkgeld („Tip“) für unsere Poolbestellung abgezogen – ohne jegliche Ankündigung oder Rückfrage. Das ist nicht transparent und absolut nicht in Ordnung.

Amazing location right next to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars in the area. Hyde Ibiza has everything you could ask for a relaxing beach holiday and loved the dj by the main pool that plays everyday! Rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily and staff very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended this hotel!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man benötigt mit dem Auto 15-20min in die Innenstadt Eivissa. Vallet Parking kostet extra 25€ pro Tag, wir haben meistens in der Umgebung einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Ohne Auto sieht man nicht viel von der Insel. Das Hyde ist in Ordnung, sieht auf den Fotos etwas besser aus als erwartet. Sauberkeit war sehr gut und auch das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! Direkter Strand Zugang zu Calla Longa, auch direkte Fähre vor Ort nach formentera. Wir haben uns entschlossen, von Ibiza Stadt zu fahren da die Zeiten hier flexibler war. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt, Zimmer sind sehr klein aber schön eingerichtet. Meckern auf hohem Niveau 😉 das Mondrian ist auch angeschlossen und ein wunderschönes Hotel. Super Kaffee im coffeshop „the Perq“

The pools that sell the property on the ads have a min spend of 80 euros a day, so we reserved one as it also has a DJ. We were asked to choose which specific bed we'd like. We came down the next day to find it had gone so we took another, then around 3/4 we asked where the DJ was. Then we asked again, and again, and again. Three members of staff who all said they'd find out and be right back and they looked blank when we asked again, finally we got an answer...apparently sick, they should have been there at 12. Had we been told we'd have spent our day and money elsewhere but to his credit the manager knocked something off our bill. Chips that came were hard and cold but were replaced. it is expensive, 12 euros for a mocktail (I am pregnant). We were delivered drinks for another bed and found them on our bill and had to ask for them to be removed. Shambles, but hopefully just a bad day for them. Ordered room service one night, one burger was fab, the other had obviously been microwaved to oblivion and was a greasy, disintegrating mess and inedible. TV casting didn't work. The rooms are small but nicely decorated, the shower is great if you enjoy hot and cold therapy but not much good for anything else. Taxis came promptly every time we ordered and the valets were very good. Style over function in a beautiful setting but there isn't much to Cala Llonga (Nun on the beach is a must visit though), we would stay in Santa Eularia or the old town if we came again.

A very enjoyable venue to celebrate our daughter completing her exams. Whilst the standard rooms were on the smaller side and service was slow, the interior design, breakfast and pools were terrific. Super convenient gated access to the beautiful Cala Llonga beach and efficient concierge service when requesting taxi transfers. Would recommend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man benötigt mit dem Auto 15-20min in die Innenstadt Eivissa. Vallet Parking kostet extra 25€ pro Tag, wir haben meistens in der Umgebung einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Ohne Auto sieht man nicht viel von der Insel. Das Hyde ist in Ordnung, sieht auf den Fotos etwas besser aus als erwartet. Sauberkeit war sehr gut und auch das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! Direkter Strand Zugang zu Calla Longa, auch direkte Fähre vor Ort nach formentera. Wir haben uns entschlossen, von Ibiza Stadt zu fahren da die Zeiten hier flexibler war. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt, Zimmer sind sehr klein aber schön eingerichtet. Meckern auf hohem Niveau 😉 das Mondrian ist auch angeschlossen und ein wunderschönes Hotel. The hotel is lovely and on the sandy beautiful beach front. The surround area of the hotel is also beautiful with many restaurants option and things to do. Definitely recommend and would go again. Breakfast is also good and dinning options are great. Rooms are clean and stylish, love the hotel deco.
