Mike was super responsive, kind and accommodating, easy to communicate with..The garden is large, beautiful and well kept. The property was super clean.It’s in a very quiet hamlet but only 10 minutes from Perigueux, with shops, restaurants etcWe highly recommend this host and property!

We spend four quiet nights here as we road-tripped through France and Spain. Mike was helpful and friendly from the moment we booked, providing fans when the temperature climbed, and the chickens and dog made the place feel homely. As we were here during the Olympics it was great to watch the BBC coverage! We were bothered by midges so don’t forget your bug spray!

Review from experienced VRBO travellers: Good location and facilities for our short stay. Supermarket and petrol station nearby (Vergt). General cleanliness OK but could be better and kitchen area could do with a deep clean as it is apparent that this has not been done for a while. Many crevices and cracks (which could be cured with some generous use of sealant) enabled an infestation of ants to hide out and regularly plague the kitchen area. Internet OK but uses old technology and needs updating.

Endroit TRES calme jolie maison bien aménagée avec tout ce qu'il faut y compris draps serviettes gants et électroménager complet .Magnifique jardin de près de 2000m2 parcouru par de splendides poules naines. Un vrai bonheur ce gîte. Accueil sympathique par MICHAEL l'hote Anglais de la maison Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir
