The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth

Great night stay following amazing concert at Dickeys Arena. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Good valet parking area off street. Close to good dining and events. Hotel restaurant is nice and staff was great. Well appointed room and quiet!

The Crescent is a beautiful facility. Super clean, a very nice reception and bar area. The room was slightly small for a Premium room (and rate). However, wonderfully close to Dickies Arena where our event was taking place. They offered car service to and from our event and drivers were so helpful. In addition, the valet was prompt and courteous. A nice couple get a way weekend to Ft. Worth.

The hotel is beautiful and our suite was very nice and large. However, our room was pretty dirty at check in. We left for the night and asked if they could have it cleaned while we were out. They said they would, but 5 hours later they hadn’t. Wanted to order a late night desert but standard room service ends at 10:00pm…on a Saturday. The “late night” dining menu didn’t include any deserts (our in room mini-fridge/snack section was only half-stocked). I called room service and asked if they could send a piece of chocolate cake from the room service menu. They said they couldn’t b/c it was too late. The kitchen would make me burger, but couldn’t slice a piece of cake. Next, the bathroom vanity had a motion-sensor light underneath for when you walk in in the middle of the night. It was 6 ft from my face when I was in bed and VERY bright and sensitive. Every time I moved an inch while sleeping I got a spotlight in my face. There was no apparent way of turning this off. Next, when I was checking out and valet brought my car, there was a big blob of what looked like melted white styrofoam dripping down the side of my car. I had seen this on a car in front of us at check in but didn’t think it would have come from the hotel’s parking garage. The valet admitted it was something from the ceiling in the garage. So they know about it and still return guest’s cars covered in the stuff. None of this is a big deal, but not it is not on par with a luxury hotel.

Exceptional guest service. Greeted warmly upon arrival with friendly conversation and glass of bubbly. Management was noticeably around and friendly. Best service I’ve experienced in Texas. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very accommodating, great lighting and good shower. We chose to dine at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The meal was exceptional, they had a wine sommelier on staff that nailed the perfect wine pairing with our dinner. The hotel had a suv on staff to accommodate driving us to the concert venue nearby. (Dickies Arena). The weather was perfect so we opted to walk back after the show and it was a short pleasant walk. We plan to come back and bring family to dine with us. Highly recommended and appreciated our stay. It’s a good reflection on the management of this place.

Good location, not far from TCU. Love they have Canyon Ranch spa in the hotel.

I liked how the spa was connected to the hotel, so it made walking pretty much leisurely. Their tv had an hdmi port, so me and my spouse were able to connect out consoles and phone to the tv. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming as well as informative. Ill definitely book another stay here for a baecation.

Instructions for parking were not clear but once valet pointed us in the right direction it was easy and accessible.

We stayed overnight so we could be close to Dickies arena for a concert. It was just a short walk away (about 15 minutes) and we didn’t have to deal with the traffic after the concert. This new hotel is very upscale. The staff is always available to help and the rooms are very nice and quiet. We are at Emilia’s restaurant for breakfast and that was delicious. They have a private car to drive you where you need to go, free of charge, but a tip is a must. There’s no pool and we did not use the spa. There’s parking, but it costs $40 per night, which I knew about ahead of time. This place was definitely a pricey splurge for a fun anniversary weekend. I would highly recommend!

Was pleasantly surprised by the aura of this establishment. Will most certainly be staying with them again. Only criticism I have is that with the Texas heat we could’ve put a pool to great use. Other than that the stay was excellent! Staff was friendly and helped us with our every need:)

The hotel is very beautiful and the restaurant is also good. However, the parking is $40 a day and does not include tips for the valet. Most importantly no one ever came To clean my room.

Lovely newer (just over a year old) hotel in the museum district, great restaurants within walking distance, 3 world class museums across the street. Great bar, quiet hotel, clean, nicely appointed rooms with excellent room specific quiet hvac units.

Told several times at the front desk to do the room service and never happened.We didn’t have new towels or bathroom tissues on the next day

Really enjoyed this place, the hotel was quiet and very peaceful, very clean and the staff was very nice at all levels we came in contact with.

For the price we payed, the hotel was not at all worth it. Spa experience was not worth the daily pass of 60 dollars. Very small rooms with services offered. When we entered our room there was a wine glass outside of our room that wasn’t picked up and we found a bag of smelly food in our fridge which wasn’t cleaned out. When we told the front desk, they hardly apologized and offered anything in return. It looks like a fancy hotel but not at all luxurious. The toilets in a $500 dollar/day room was the cheapest money could buy. I’m sorry but 500 dollars per day is not at all worth this property. 3 stars at best.

My room had a dirty laundry bag left behind by housekeeping and the bedside alarm wasn’t checked to make sure it was turned off. My room was street facing on the 2nd floor. The exterior building lights shown through the top of the curtains. I found the water pressure in the shower to be weak & the water didn’t really get as hot as I wanted. A hotel of the quality that the Crescent is seeking to achieve can do better. I will definitely return because the hotel is lovely & I trust they will work through these opening details. You can’t beat the location.

Had to have the free drink taken off my bill. The phone fell off the table every time you picked it up. No one ever answered at the front desk. Lights on timers so you have to get up to turn them back on no light in the bar sofa very uncomfortable. The new hotel they have growing pains parking was horrendous. Staff walked in without even knocking even with tonight disturb sign

Had booked a deluxe king but received 2 doubles. They only had 1 room left with king and it had no drapes so had to take the 2 doubles. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, with a great lounge/bar area. The rooms are beautifully designed and have gorgeous and spacious bathrooms. The service is outstanding, especially the shuttle and their drivers.

Beautiful hotel in the museum district. Staff was top notch. Bed was so-so and pillows were flat. Curtains were off the rails so were unable to close to keep the sun out. No bags in room trash receptacles.

Loved everything about the hotel except the shower. Not sure why the wooden thing was in the shower as it wasn’t easy to move and made taking a shower impossible.

The front desk and all employees were friendly and customer service was outstanding.

Terrible customer service. Not understanding of my situation and took advantage of me. Will advice my entire firm to stay away from this hotel.

We asked well in advance for a delayed check-out time on a Sunday morning. The manager at the front desk let us know that he extended to 12:30pm. Sunday morning at 9am we get an abrupt wake up call by the maid service trying to open our room door. I had the secure lock on, and when I opened the door back up... I let her know that we requested an late checkout at 12:30pm. She seemed to understand, but 30 minutes later, she showed up again. There was no "Do Not Disturb" notification in the room that we could have put on the handle outside the door. For the amount we paid to stay 1 night, I expected unbelievable service. I will also mention, that something is going on with the valet crew. If valet means pulling your car into an alleyway, then I guess that's worth $40... It would be best in management looked into a few things for hotel guests rather than their ridiculous events.

The property is new, clean, and safe. The surrounding area is in transition, I walked over people sleeping on the street less than a block away.

Very nice hotel in downtown Fort Worth. Spacious room, comfy bed, nespresso coffee-maker, nice restaurant next to the lobby with delicious breakfast choices. Steps away from the museums: Kimble, modern art.

Celebrating my wife’s and my anniversary……The Crescent Hotel was the perfect choice! Beautifully decorated…..great location to the museums , zoo and restaurants! This is a must stay for someone visiting Ft. Worth.

Beautiful property in Fort Worth. The hotel is in a great location on Camp Bowie near the Kimbell Art Museum. Rooms were spacious and very clean.

The service, cleanliness of the hotel, atmosphere and decor, all exceeded my expectations. The restaurant on site was incredible!!!!!!!! Presentations were beautiful!

This hotel is brand new and right next to Fort Worth's museum district. So you can just walk to the Kimball, the Modern, and the Amon Carter museums. The restaurant, Emilia's was great both for breakfast and dinner. The bar was also very lively.

The only negative I have is the food. I ordered the steak and fries. I orderd a medium rare steak and the steak at the thickest part was under done and was tuff too cut trough while the thiner part was a good medium rare that was easy to cut. The fries lacked in flavor which i belive they knew about since they gave us a heaping pile of ketchup. For the price it was very lacking and not worth at all my suggestion is you pop ovwr to the ramen shop down the street in walking distance they have good food for a good peice All in all the room and staff were perfect while the dining could use some improvement. Thank you.

The breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful. Room was comfortable. Bar was nice. Valet service was great.

Everything was perfect except the in room dining. We ordered breakfast with extra creamer and honey neither of which came. I tipped the server an extra $10 to bring it back to me, never came!!! Other than that was a great stay!!! Highly recommend this place

Brand new hotel with spacious rooms and a contemporary vibe. The restaurant was delicious, with a cool atmosphere and many options to select on the menu, If you're staying there, it's a must.

Drinks in the bar were exceptional, especially the Black Manhattan!

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service and well appointed. Ate and drank at the restaurant, food was good but extremely expensive for what it was. Room service, again you are paying for the service in addition to the food which is good. ex: 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 slices of toast ( not warm) with carafe of coffee $65 You are paying $750 a night you expect the food to be outstanding. You expect everything to be outstanding.
