The little house on the lot is an oasis!! Plenty of room and space for a family. Beautiful design and details around every corner. We will definitely be back!

Stayed 4 nights

We had a wonderful and all-too-brief stay in Dryden visiting with family during the 4th of July weekend. Situated in 'downtown' Dryden, the house provided easy access to the Dryden Rail Trail for dog-walks and quick trips for conveniences while also being a short drive to Freeville and Ithaca for family events. Stylish but comfortable, and with a few key amenities already prepared by hosts to enable visitors to have a stress-free visit, we definitely felt welcomed on our stay.

We could not have been more delighted to return to The Little House on the Lot! It is a lovely sanctuary of peace and relaxation away from home. Our host Sari is always so welcoming and helpful! We look forward to many more visits to The Little House on the Lot! Cathy & Joe, RI

Brad and Sari were very accommodating during our stay quick to respond with any questions we had. We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament which was about 10 minutes from Dryden. Family loved the comfortable beds and sitting out on the porch.Dog loved lounging on the couch. Excellent weekend!

We had a wonderful time. This was a great location during a Cornell graduation. House was beautifully decorated and furnished, including a kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, honey and spices. We even had an elaborate grilled dinner one night . Thank you!
