This is a 10/10 hotel! Easy, free parking. Kind staff and efficient check in. Clean rooms with everything you need. Great breakfast in restaurant with accommodating hours. Friendly service in the restaurant. Quiet hotel. Spacious room. Free coffee in lobby. I was so impressed with the hotel!

It was great to have a restaurant attached to the hotel so we didn't have to figure out where to eat after traveling all day. Also the free breakfast in the morning, also at the restaurant, was great. We had a pet friendly room which was first floor with a walkout to the parking lot, which was great when we need to take the dog out without having to get on an elevator or go through the hotel.

Les bornes de recharge pour VE ne fonctionnent pas. Selon la dame à la réception, c’est ainsi depuis quelques mois. Quand tu fais un voyage de plus de 1000km en auto électrique, les bornes accessibles sont ton seul critère de sélection. Je suis très déçu d’avoir tomber dans le piège de cet hôtel qui affiche ces dites bornes dans leurs services. Je n’aurais jamais réservé si j’avais eu les bonnes informations. La chambre était bien et propre. Le service était très ordinaire et aucunement empathique à ma requête de recharge de VE.

Our first stay at Amsterdam Inn was better than expected. Our room was super clean, most important thing for us.The bed was comfortable. Very happy to have a restaurant attached, so we didn't have to drive around looking for something to eat.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were super friendly. However, there was only one chair in the room and the TV had very few channels available. There is also a single elevator to serve this rather large hotel. We would not stay there again for the following reason: there is no sink in the bathroom. Instead, you have to leave the bathroom and come into the room to be able to wash your hands, touching the door handles in the meantime with soiled hands. The bathroom is gigantic with plenty of room to install a sink.

This was a great hotel along the Trans Canada. Looked pretty new. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable as was the room. The bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good! I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was good except no microwave . The restaurant food service was slow even though not busy . Food was overpriced and not great . Breakfast buffet might have been good but most of the chaffing dishes were empty and filled only as we left . Coffee wasn’t plentiful nor quick .

Convenient place to stay with decent restaurant on site. Like that breakfast is included Unfortunately the heater/air conditioning unit in the room we were in was not the greatest. It was noisy & kept coming on although the temperature was set low so it got hot through the night.

We rated this hotel as #1 on our vacation. It's the best hotel we have been at in New Brunswick! Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property is well taken care of. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thank you to Jay who made us feel welcome and at home. There is also a restaurant onsite, and the food is amazing. We are definitely going back to the Amsterdam Inn!

There were power outage at midnight at the hotel. We were not able use washroom, no electricity, no water, nothing. We were not offered any apology nor even any word from the staff. Eventually we had to walkout from the hotel earlier to go out and do regular works like brush teeth, washrooms etc. I am wondering how do they offer their services during winter if this happens. Hotel should have their own generator to keep minimum supplies of regular things.

Booked room 6 months in advised and still got stuff on one of the top floors. We arrived early enough to put us on a lower or first floor room but they refused to help in anyway. Many rooms had not been checked in yet and a switch could have been made.

This is a good hotel for a short stop! Clean and comfortable. Really not much to do around. So a good place to stop if you're traveling through NB. If you don't like Edmundston, then this is a good alternative for a night of sleep!

Very happy to stay at another Amsterdam Inn & Suites! The room again was clean, bed comfortable and the addition of a free buffet breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was excellent. Bonus of being close to Potato World museum for some added entertainment. My only complaint would be that there was no conditioner on the shower.

Disappointed with new Hot Buffet Breakfast. Always had the eggs and bacon breakfast before. Rather ironic, higher price, poorer breakfast. Will make me reconsider this choice in the future (which we do several times a year.

It was quiet. But the breakfast was not good. Eggs tasted like tin. Maybe powdered eggs? Potatoes were slimy and not cooked through. Said there is pastries but only croissants and toast you had to wait and then they only offered one piece and was barely toasted.

The hotel is close to the Trans-Canada Hwy so very convenient. It was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced so we ate dinner and breakfast there. The servers we had were excellent - Lolo for dinner and Rosemary for breakfast. In both cases, despite the restaurant being busy, Lolo and Rosemary were attentive and very friendly. The front desk staff were also friendly and efficient. Overall, we very happy with our stay and we will return.

We arrived for breakfast at 11 am and they wouldn’t serve us as they were closing breakfast. We were in room 211 and there was running and jumping upstairs till way past 11pm. Then started up again around 8am. Over all a good clean accommodation for that area.

Fabulous stay! Conveniently close to the highway, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices and best of all - a complimentary breakfast at the Exit 153 restaurant. Best restaurant breakfast we have ever had! We also had supper there and the food was delicious.
