I requested the free shuttle transportation at 11:40pm and front desk told me they would be coming to the airport one more time before they stopped at midnight. I was assured one more round would be completed but they lied. I waited until 12:15am and when I call I was told I didnt listen to instructions properly. I then had to pay out of pocket to get there. This is after my flight was cancelled and I had to quickly book a overnight stay. Staff made this more stressful

I just needed a place to sleep before catching my re-scheduled flight. I chose Sleep Inn because it was close to the airport and the Hotels.com website said its free shuttle ran until midnight. Unfortunately, after I booked my room and called from the shuttle stop, I found out it doesn't run after 9pm and had to pay for a ride. The elevator carpet looks like it has never been vacuumed, and the window treatments are old, but the rest of the property and breakfast were okay. Caught shuttle to airport in the morning.

This was a short 6hr overnight layover between flights, hotel is dirty. The lift looked like it had never been vacuumed which is not a great first impression. The shower leaked and was mouldy, the beds were comfortable but felt damp. The windows were dirty and curtains ripped. The shuttle is pointless and doesnt turn up, we were ready at 5.20am for the 5.30 shuttle. We asked for confirmation that it was due on time to be looked at in a clueless way and told it shouldnt be long 15mins later i asked if its on its way i was told 2mins. I then book an Uber as i can't wait any longer its now 20mins late. A futher 10mins passed as im getting into our Uber and the shuttle arrives. Just avoid this hotel. There are many other airport hotels at simiar rates locally there is no need to use this one.

Well there was no early check in available for starters, couldn't check in until like 4 pm! Not the cleanest place by far!!! The exercise room or weight room was under construction and off limits! No pool! It was terrible!!!!

Will not stay again. The room was absolutely nasty. The bed linens seemed to be fine but the floor was dirty, and the bathroom had a horrible moldy smell. The TV didn’t work no matter how much I fumbled with it and the remote. I could have looked past all that but the worst part was that I was almost late to my flight because their shuttle was 30 mins late. I was informed at check in that shuttle starts at 5:00 am and I had a flight at 7:00 am. I came down at 4:50 am just like the night shift desk clerk told me to do. I waited until 5:25 before giving up and ordering an uber, but at the last second the shuttle did show and I had to pay my uber a cancellation fee because I needed to get to airport ASAP. 0/10. Avoid this dump

It was a quick overnight for early airport access. There were several holes in the walls that needed repair. Toilet was not secure, rocked when sat on. Shower needs safety mat in it. Curtains need to be replaced.

It has all of the basics: The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The ac was cool. the water was hot. The linens were white and clean. The tv worked. However, the property seems a little worn out. I thought the Ruby Tuesday next door was gonna be great. But, slow service and warm beer. Jeez!

If your breakfast expectations are high, this is not the place for you. Also if you require more than basic service, I would strongly suggest you go somewhere else. We need to reactivate our key cards and had to wait at the desk for almost 45 minutes for someone to come and service I need.

First before we even got there the guy called me and said they canceled my room and he was rude. So i called Expedia and rebooked the room at a hugger price. Before we get there he said we had to be there by midnight or theyd cancel again. I was like there is no way so he said well how late and i will put you down. He said just be sure to get here before 2am. We get there and it says we can check in up until 3am he just wanted to argue. The place was so dim lit and it smelled awful. Kept getting woke up around 5am with loud banging and talking. Every single morning. The place was just awful

The attention the front desk attendant gave us was above and beyond. Truly cared for us, our needs, and made sure to help us (like having the Togo breakfast ready for us as we had to leave earlier than normal). It really touched our hearts.

Excellent environment. They provided everything in the room. There was no issue about clineliness. The behavior of the front desk officer was so much friendly. They provided breakfast and they have shuttle bus service to the airport which was comfortable.

The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and often times distracted by his phone. He seemed to have an attitude any time he had to do anything to help. The property is old, run down, and dingy. I didn't even trust it enough to try the breakfast and that's usually a must for me. You're kind of in the middle of nowhere with nothing in walking distance, thankful I drove because when I went to do some laundry at night they had a coin laundry machine with no coins for it so I had to drive to a gas station. That was very inconvenient and unexpected. My first and last time staying there.

It was a convenient place to stay before a flight at the Atlanta airport, and then again after our late arrival back. It was nice that you could park here instead of airport parking (10/day). Staff were generally nice. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked alright but was a little noisy. Some wear in the rooms. Hallway carpet and carpet in room just felt somehow dampish? The hallway smelt strongly of pot. Breakfast was just adequate. For the price it was alright.

Was a quick and easy process checking in... Hotel Shuttle was a plus. $100 deposit (I'm sure will NOT be refunded) Front desk clerk told use has no access to towels if maintenance isn't there. No 24hr maintenance. Breakfast was Jimmy Dean Microwave sandwich or WAFFLE Simple stay for your budget. Ruby Tuesday's your only dining option Hit or Miss Bartender Aaliyah gave us Superior SERVICE

This hotel was fairly convenient, in the sense that it was very close to the airport. However, it seemed like maintenance wasn’t a big concern here, the breakfast was underwhelming and every morning I had come down, everything was mostly our. Making me wonder if they had even changed anything from days prior. Also, the guy working the counter made us pretty uncomfortable with the way he started at us any everyone. You’d look over your shoulder in the lobby and he’d be there, staring into your soul and wouldn’t even break eye contact when you noticed him. Elevator was kinda sketchy but overall, the place wasn’t super dirty. I’d only recommend for a non-luxurious, short stay. But anything else? There are much better places near by in the same price range.

The carpet smelled old. There was trash all around the building. The breakfast was horrible.? They served a lot of frozen microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Nothing was stocked when I came downstairs only 2 apples and sandwiches. If you just need to sleep and want to go cheap you will get what you pay for

This is a decent place to stay near the airport. The property is a bit run down in the public areas, but the rooms are quite nice. The interactions I had with the staff were a bit odd, including asking our room number when we walked in (even though the door was unlocked) and asking us 5 times if we smoked when we checked in. I was also disappointed that they wouldn't replace the waffle batter for breakfast even though there was an hour left of breakfast. The breakfast options were quite limited, so this was a disappointment.
