Frederico and staff were helpful. Breakfast was on time and was ok. Room was reasonable price because it has not been upgraded. Air conditioning was not robust and condenser leaked. Lighting was poor with only 2 fixtures. Bath is tiny. Did not realize we would have to carry suitcases to the interior of thd city over many bridges and steps to get there. Better to take a water taxi from train station. Bed was comfortable for two. Tub in middle of room does not work and there is a sign to not use it but it should be removed. Ok for young couple or 2 friends not counting on luxury.

Property is nicely appointed. Tub is very difficult to get in and out. Very tall sides. Anyone with less ability could be dangerous or impossible to navigate. 写真通りのとても素敵な部屋でした！ 朝ごはんも豪華で、新婚旅行にぴったりの思い出に残る素晴らしいホテルで大満足でした。 ホテルに入る際、電話連絡をして玄関の暗証番号番号を聞く必要がありましたが、英語が不慣れな私たちでも丁寧に対応してくれました。 また、不明な点はメールで質問すると、すぐに返信をしてくれるので助かりました。 エレベーターがないので重い荷物を持っていると階段を上がるのが少し大変かもしれません。 朝食を運んでくださった方や、清掃スタッフの方々もとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。 ベネチアでここのホテルを選択して本当に良かったです！ ありがとうございました😊

Ligger centralt. Ordningen med morgenmad på værelset fungerede godt. Pænt værelse. Vi var lidt uheldige med at A/C gik i stykker og der kom vand ned fra loftet. Personalet var dog meget hjælpsomme og fik hurtigt tilkaldt en reparatør.

This apartment was in a great location, but the room wasn’t taken care of very great. The air condition was leaking a lot so that we couldn’t put our clothes in the closet. The photos show a beautiful bathtub, I was disappointed to discover it was for decor only. Seems like an odd decor choice. Lastly, there was no iron and when I requested one they told me it was a safety measure to not have one. It is typical for a hotel to offer an iron so this seemed odd to me. The in-room breakfast was okay.

The hotel is centrally located, many restaurants, small shops, and churches, museums and other tourist attractions. What I missed inside the hotel was one room in which the luggage could be left, I was told to leave it at the entrance as they had no room for just luggage. The air conditioning inside the room did not work, making noise but no cold air. felt like i was sleeping in a sauna. very cozy and pleasant staff, good service. Cleaning of rooms every day as well as new towels and washing of bathrooms. got breakfast in the room as the hotel did not have a buffet, which I missed. it was very nice to have breakfast in bed/room, but I felt somewhat pressured to choose breakfast before midnight the day before. must also be very specific if you want small things such as butter, salt, extra drinks etc. I also wish there were some sockets by the bed so that you could charge your phone/tablet etc more easily. But the overall experience of the place was good. Would recommend as long as they have fixed the air conditioning.

Amazing location, fantastic breakfast that came on time every morning, really clean & comfortable beds. Good aircon to keep us cool during the July heat! Friendly cleaning & breakfast staff, good communication to check into the hotel. We was able to check into our room once we arrived which was a bit earlier than normal check in time. No negatives about this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here on your holiday to Venice!

The staff are friendly and good service. However the bed frame is dirty with a lot of dust, on the second day we asked for housekeeping, they just fixed rhe beddings and some stuff but the bathroom still dirty with hairs on bathtub. The toiletries were bot replenished. The most aweful thing is our room is beside the PANTRY/KITCHEN WHERE RHEY PREPARE THE BREAKFAST AND DO ROOM SERVICE FOR EACH ROOM WITH DIFFERENT TIMES. I WOKE UP 5 TO 6 TIMES FROM 7AM BECAUSE OF THE NOISE OF THE CUTTLERIES PLATE MICROWAVE. I had terrible headache for two days.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal ponte di Rialto, camera particolare con letto a baldacchino e scale in legno per raggiungere il bagno privato con colazione servita in camera. Molto silenziosa. La reception non c è ma si comunica facilmente tramite WhatsApp. Non amo personalmente tappezzerie moquette e colori così accesi anche se lo stile è tipico veneziano. Ahimè la grande pecca è che ho riscontrato tanta polvere(telecomando incrostato dalla polvere pulito solo nei tasti dove tutti ci passano le dita, sotto scala e lampadario pieno di polvere come anche sopra la testiera del letto in ecopelle, sui bordi laterali dei tubi del riscaldamento in bagno dove appoggiano gli asciugamani). La prima sera abbiamo trovato un capello scuro svoltato le lenzuola e noi siamo bionde quindi non poteva essere nostro. Per quello che si paga mi aspetto più attenzione.

Great location- walkable from the train station and also to St. Mark's Square. Breakfast was served in the room on time and as described. The room was clean and looked like the photo. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out.

La chambre est spacieuse mais mériterait un rafraîchissement surtout dans la salle de bain!! Hotel bien situé, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner servi en chambre copieux mais malheureusement souvent froid (oeufs et chocolat). Le ménage est correct même si à notre arrivée une poubelle des précédents occupants n'avait pas été vidée.

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked well and the water was hot. The only concern (and it was a small one) was that the shower was a little narrow, which made it difficult to reach down to wash your feet or shave your legs without bumping the water handle. The housekeeper was very nice / friendly and a huge asset to GKK Exclusive Private Suites. She helped us to be able to store our bags ahead of check in time after our very long flight. She was also there each morning to greet us on our way out after bringing in breakfast.

A perfectly situated room to explore Venice. We booked 2 rooms. One on the ground floor, one on the first floor. Check in simple. Very warm rooms so needed the window open all night so slightly noisy. Good facilities - water in fridge, shampoo in shower! The first floor room was more spacious and airy. Comfortable beds.

Standard room we got really looked nothing like the picture. They upgraded us for an additional $30 Euro. At least the bed was comfy. Decent location, but would probably pay the extra next time and find somewhere closer to St Marks Square. Host was friendly and helpful though.

GKK Exclusive Private Suites is like an Air-bnb, but actually with the breakfast. We stayed in the deluxe room, which was lovely, as pictures show. The bathroom (en-suite) was perfectly practical despite needing some work, therefore if a bathroom is super important to you, you may wish to look elsewhere, but if you just want a shower, basin, toilet and bday it’ll suit you fine. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows and there was good storage available, including a safe. The view from the window was nice, overlooking the street towards the Grand Canal. Breakfast was pleasant, not amazing, but it caters for everyone and there was a lot of choice. It’s also quite cute how you place your order and leave it on the door to be collected and delivered the next morning. There’s air conditioning, allowing a comfortable room temperature despite the warmer weather. There is some general noise, as the door to the room isn’t that thick, but it’s not too bad. All communication is done via email/WhatsApp, as there’s no one at the front desk, which I found worked really well. Kudos to the brilliant staff. I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and would definitely recommend. Do yourself a favor and make sure to complete the check-in instructions before you arrive. Especially if you don't have international calling or data. Otherwise the staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good, and it's in a great area.

We enjoyed our stay at GKK. Communication was really smooth considering there was no reception. Staff responded to emails within an hour and gave instructions to check in over the phone. We really liked the homely feel to the property. It was quiet inside and was nice to come back to after the business of the Venice streets! The breakfast was also lovely. No complaints at all.

GKK Exclusive Private Suites is like an Air-bnb, but actually with the breakfast. We stayed in the deluxe room, which was lovely, as pictures show. The bathroom (en-suite) was perfectly practical despite needing some work, therefore if a bathroom is super important to you, you may wish to look elsewhere, but if you just want a shower, basin, toilet and bday it’ll suit you fine. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows and there was good storage available, including a safe. The view from the window was nice, overlooking the street towards the Grand Canal. Breakfast was pleasant, not amazing, but it caters for everyone and there was a lot of choice. It’s also quite cute how you place your order and leave it on the door to be collected and delivered the next morning. There’s air conditioning, allowing a comfortable room temperature despite the warmer weather. There is some general noise, as the door to the room isn’t that thick, but it’s not too bad. All communication is done via email/WhatsApp, as there’s no one at the front desk, which I found worked really well. Kudos to the brilliant staff. I would stay here again.

Location was good. All goes down from there. There was no human contact at the property, not even voice call, everything is done by WhatsApp messages. Pictures are a lot better than the real thing. Room was simply four walls with a bed and a cupboard in it. Bathroom was a tiny room with sink shower and toilet. All very dated stuff. Safe was too small to fit a iPad. The door to the rooms are tough to open, there’s no noise insulation between rooms so you hear everything. Lighting is very poor and our bathroom light barely came on. Breakfast was offered in room, but nowhere to sit and eat it - so we had to sit on our beds to eat it. I wanted to leave after the first day, but I was told the general manager would be around the next morning. He/she wasn’t, they again contacted only by WhatsApp. Offered me a room in another hotel, but no assistance to move (we’re 2 adults and 2 young children with luggage, it’s not that easy to move around !), and also gave no warning about the time limit to which the room offer was available (only an hour or so). I was very close to leaving the last night to go to our next destination a day early, but the space was not available. I’m sure the management will reply with an explanation to everything, which I will not be allowed to respond to, but I promise this was a very poor accommodation and suggest that you look elsewhere. We paid approximately £250 per night, I don’t expect anything amazing for this, but I expected more than this place.

Great location- walkable from the train station and also to St. Mark's Square. Breakfast was served in the room on time and as described. The room was clean and looked like the photo. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out.

Amazing location, fantastic breakfast that came on time every morning, really clean & comfortable beds. Good aircon to keep us cool during the July heat! Friendly cleaning & breakfast staff, good communication to check into the hotel. We was able to check into our room once we arrived which was a bit earlier than normal check in time. No negatives about this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here on your holiday to Venice!

The accommodations are well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Was located fairly close to the San Salvestro Vaporetto stop. Breakfast was abundant and served on time to your room. Had a common sitting room outside our room which was great as we were travelling with another couple. As the rooms are small we opted not to get daily cleaning/bed making service.

The communication was excellent. We greatly appreciated GKK arranging our transportation both from the airport to Venice & Venice to Port. Our private water taxi literally dropped us off at a private dock about 80 meters from GKK. It was a smooth experience. Our room was very clean and we were fortunate to have a view of a canal! The homemade breakfast delivered to our room (included with our stay) was delicious and quite bountiful. GKK is a very quiet, intimate boutique hotel. The location could not be beat! Centrally located in San Polo, we were a 15-20 minute walk (max) from all the districts within Venice. A delightful first experience in Venice and we hope to return.

Perfect place to stay! Close to attractions, but it’s own quite little corner. Gorgeous room with a view from the balcony to the Grand canal. Great communication and amazing breakfast brought right to our room. They even packed us breakfast to go on our last day since we had to leave early. Plus, they made sure I had gluten free options, since I have celiac disease. Thank you!
