Ke Rensia Private Pool Villas Gili Air

The staff and reception was very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was clean and bathroom very nice and we enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable sleep. The pool is so refreshing and private made us feel safe and happy to extend our atay two more nights. Thank you

Staff is very friendly, professional and humble. Villas and rooms need a little bit more maintenance as most of the wood parts are damage by humidity of the island. Also, cafeteria should improve as it's quite dirty...the rest is okay. Good place for one or two nights but not more.

The room and location was good. The restaurant which only provided breakfast was slow and they had to get the coffee from another location resulting in cold coffee. One day they forgot we had booked our breakfast and we had to wait for the cook to arrive and make our breakfast.

A clean, calm, and comfortable oasis at the island’s center — my five days here were thoroughly enjoyable.

A private bungalow with plunge pool in the centre of the island. Good location and 10-15 minutes walk from anywhere on Gili Air. Staff in the hotel were very friendly, considerate to provide earplugs for the Muslim prayers which were on and off pretty much all day and at 04.30 every morning. Room was fairly clean but there could have been more attention to detail especially the bathroom. Some of the furniture and fittings are old and need to be replaced. Breakfast when we booked via Hotels.com was stated to be included in the price, we were charged at the end of our stay and tbh it was pretty inedible. Unfortunately the manager failed to understand me when I tried to explain due to language barriers.
