The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. However, the room we were in (120) should never have been rented out . The room was freezing when we arrived...like 50°!! It took forever to warm up. We had to ask for extra blankets! The floor was buckled up because of water damage and there was a leak in the toilet that flooded the bathroom!! Worst room I have ever stayed in. One plus... the bed was clean and very comfortable!! Price was cheap so you get what you pay for.

The only negatives for my group were 1) a group of 4 adults on reservation only 2 towel sets provided 2) only 1 room key provided.
