Hotel Cristal Praia Resort & SPA

The rooms were clean and breakfast buffet was good. That’s about it for positives. Had a few encounters with rude staff, especially in the restaurant. Photos of the resort are incredibly misleading. It looks like sauna and hot tub are part of accessible facilities in photos however in reality you have to pay to access sauna and we couldn’t find the hot tub at all. The pool required swimming caps??? That was baffling. Of course that’s not something we had with us so the hotel offered to sell us some. Very weird and I haven’t not seen anything like this in my entire life. Overall, would not recommend.

Air conditioner broken in both rooms entire stay. Couldn't sleep!! Front desk kept promising would be fixed that day but entire stay we suffered

룸은 너무나 청결했고 3층서도 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다. 조식은 깔끔하고 맛있었다. 직원들은 친절했다. 다만, 수영장과 헬스은 리뉴얼로 이용하지 못했 아쉬웠다.

Un resort muy bueno si se viaja con niños. El personal es muy amable y el servicio de animación es Está todo impecable desde las habitaciones hasta los baños de los restaurantes. El servicio de buffet en general está bastante bien en general y el servicio en el mismo es impecable, bien atendido desde el inicio hasta el final. Aunque es verdad que la comida se hace un poco repetitiva y el menú infantil es muy corto. Siendo un hotel para niños creo que tendrian que tener mas variedad por ejemplo incluir un menu con pizza alguna pasta un poco mas elaborada. Ya que siempre era en blanco. Deberían de cambiar también la ubicación de los bares. Ya que el que esta mas cerca de la piscina abre cuando esta ya esta cerrada. Algunas zonas necesitan también un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo de pintura. En general muy bien
