We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive! The views from the lounge are breathtaking. The back patio area is quiet and peaceful with views of the mountains. It’s also close to the trails, shopping and restaurants!

Not having WiFi in room was inconvenient. However, the common space area, which had WiFi was beautiful. The issue was, for making calls, using WiFi meant hearing phone conversations. Loved staff and location and spacious rooms.

호텔 시설이 최소한 수 십년이 지난 아주 낡은 호텔이다. 객실 문과 화장실 문은 너무 낡았고 수리가 전혀 이루어지지 않았다. 그래서 문을 열 때마다 삐거덕 거리는 소리가 복도 끝까지 크게 들렸다. 뿐만 아니라 방음 시설이 전혀 되어 있지 않아서 밤에는 10미터 이상 떨어진 객실에서 대화하는 소리가 들릴 정도였다. 인터넷 속도는 한국인이라면 너무 느려서 속이 터질 지경이다. 인터넷은 로비에서만 가능하고 객실에서는 거의 연결이 안된다. 차를 렌트했을 경우 도로에서 호텔 입구로 들어가는 길은 도로 턱이 높았으며 매우 좋지 않다. 다만 이 호텔의 좋은 접은 침대가 안락하고 편안했으며 온수가 잘 나오고, 로비가 넓어서 좋았다는 것이다. Este es un hotel muy antiguo con instalaciones que tienen al menos varias décadas de antigüedad. La puerta de la habitación y del baño eran muy viejas y no habían sido reparadas en absoluto. Entonces, cada vez que abría la puerta, se escuchaba un fuerte crujido hasta el final del pasillo. Además, no había ningún tipo de insonorización, por lo que por la noche se podían escuchar conversaciones desde habitaciones a más de 10 metros de distancia. La velocidad de Internet es tan lenta que los coreanos se sentirán mareados. Internet sólo está disponible en el vestíbulo y rara vez está disponible en las habitaciones. Si alquila un coche, el camino desde la carretera hasta la entrada del hotel es muy alto y no muy bueno. Apesar de ter ovo, não achei legal ele ser esmigalhado. Preferia ovo tradicional mexido ou cozido, mas não cozido e esmigalhado. Salada de frutas boa, tomates e etc. não gostei do hotel não fornecer água fria e água quente (em todos os hotéis que passei na patogenia tinham). Quarto com bom tamanho, hotel bem localizado, estacionamento amplo. Horário de check out inadequado (10h).

Breakfast was very good, loved the fruit salad. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Common area was a nice space to gather, especially as the weather was really challenging. Good wifi in the common areas but none in the rooms. Would have liked wifi in the room for video calls to family at home, but, otherwise it was fine. They offer box lunches for hikers. Lots of good restaurants close by. Close to hiking trails.

The hotel was ok. The staff were really nice and friendly , particularly the guy who was very helpful. Marked down as i was concinved by the cleanliness and the bathroom door in our room didnt properly close. The heating was almost always on full blast making the room a sauna. We turned radiator down but it remained too hot unless we opened the window - but then it would become too cold. Breakfast was ok but lacking non diary or meat options. Good locations close to the starts of the main hikes in the town.

Outside looked so so ,inside was suitable The room had no wi fi ,television,with a toilet that ran most of the time and a hard bed. The main problem is the hallway to the rooms was acoustical horrible,all sounds traveled to the inside of room ,extremely noisy.It reminded me of a dormitory. I considered it a bad stay.

Good location. The building was heat insulated but the noise coming from other rooms and the corridor is bad. We stayed at the very end of the building but we can hear the banging of the corridor door and other rooms even at very late in the evening.

Service was top notch. Breakfast was appropriate and plentiful. Very close to center of town restaurants/bars/shops and walking distance to all hiking. Didn’t stay in the room much but water was hot, pressure good, bed comfortable. Not super fancy but a definite step up from basic.

The staff were lovely, facilities very clean and at a desirable location only about a 10 min walk from a main entrance to Los Glaciares national park. The beds and pillows were not super comfortable. Another nice addition might be adding televisions to the rooms or at least lobby to feel like more appropriate value for price paid.

Lovely hotel, very conveniently located, especially for the Laguna de los tres and good bars and restaurants. Great very hot showers, perfect after a trek, and nice breakfast. Staff were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time!

This basically a hostel priced like a hotel. It’s shocking the get away with charging such prices but I guess that is supply and demand in Chalten. For a hostel it was fine - no problems and basic adequate breakfast (although coffee was awful) if I had paid £25 instead of the £133 I was charged then I’d be rating it much higher.
