The location is very good, very nice and helpful staff, and the condition is well maintained generally. The concern is lack of air conditioning. The room was very hot. You need to be sure they turn off under floor heating and ask for portable aircon unit. Otherwise even with a window it’s very hot.

The hotel has grown on me! I think I will always book it whenever I come to London. The staff are lovely and friendly. Specially, Mirela! Very dedicated and helpful. The amenities were generous. The fact that there was a washing machine was great! Some rooms didn’t have AC but they have provided me with a small AC which made a huge difference. London is pretty suffocating during summer sometimes you need to make sure that the room has AC in general. There is a small fridge, microwave and dishwasher. I just wish that the shower had a lower hand held one rather than just the rainshower only. The Tube is very close Chancery Lane is just 4mins walk. Farringdon tube is about 9mins walk. Holborn is not that far either. It’s about 15mins walk to Covent Garden. Many dining options around and multiple supermarkets as well like M&S, Tesco Express, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Amazon fresh. The room is spacious, modern and simple. I am not sure if I missed anything :D

Marina was amazing! She kept us informed about things going on in the area. She anwered questions I had. She always greeted us. If it wasn't for her we may have had a more difficult time getting to the airport OR missing our flight. I do wish I booked a little bit larger room. The gym is functional but creepy and old.

The Chronicle Apartment hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights Quiet location and cleverly designed studio apartment , clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. During summer there’s no AC, only two fans. but the night front desk staff who checked us in when we arrived was kind enough to provide us with a portable AC unit, which made a big difference. Service, however, was disappointing. The hotel Apartment stated that trash is collected daily from 2-4PM but in 5 nights no one once came. Even when left outside at the hallway on the 3rd days it wasn’t picked up. When I asked the daytime staff, I was told to take it myself to the back alley garbage area filty and full of flies which felt unprofessional for a hotel apartment. Overall, a good stay for the location and design, but service and housekeeping definitely need improvement. The Indian guy on duty is rude, unprofessional and unfriendly.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to London with our baby, and it was a great experience. The hotel was extremely clean — one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to in London. The staff were kind, helpful, and truly fantastic throughout our stay. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us as a family. It’s also close to both bus stops and the underground, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt very welcome traveling with a baby. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It was meticulously maintained. No any duct in the room. I saw the cleaning lady actually wiping the ceiling fan blade next door. Kitchen has all utilities. washer/dryer is helpful. Only the first night I heard next door people talking and made other noises, maybe they were moving out. It was very quiet at night afterwards.

The place is close to a sainsbury and also the Chancery and Holborn tube stations. We liked the location a lot. The amenities of the hotel were great and we used the laundry machine which did a great job. The only negative thing was the bathroom door is a pocket door and not soundproof at all so you could hear everything when someone was in there. If alone 10/10, if with a friend 7/10.

What you don't see is that this is right next to a very busy and noisy pub, and that there is no air conditioning, so you have a choice of opening a tiny window for a slim breeze and being kept awake half the night by noisy drunkards and the other half of the night by noisy bin lorries, or closing the window and boiling whilst being kept awake by inefficient ceiling fans - will definitely not be staying again & left early

She even asked about any limitations for emergencies before I mentioned my recent surgery and created a personal evacuation plan for me — something no other hotel has ever done. All staff were polite, caring, and quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the apartment had modern décor, beautiful artwork, high-tech lighting, floor heating, and a very useful washing-dryer. Pros: convenient location, very nice and friendly staff. Cons: there was no blackout curtain in the living room and office windows are like 5 feet away looking directly across and in. No privacy when in that living area wasnt my favorite.

Excellent rooms with central location to all sites. Staff super nice and helpful. Room was ready and clean on time and provided all the amenities we required. Would stay again.

Nice quiet aparthotel, with all the bells and whistles. Washer/dryer, automatic blackout curtains, close enough to walk to the Thames, Covent Garden, the Theatres, etc.. Ayaan at the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had, and made us feel welcome.

Marina was amazing! She kept us informed about things going on in the area. She anwered questions I had. She always greeted us. If it wasn't for her we may have had a more difficult time getting to the airport OR missing our flight. I do wish I booked a little bit larger room. The gym is functional but creepy and old.

The Chronicle Apartment hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights Quiet location and cleverly designed studio apartment , clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. During summer there’s no AC, only two fans. but the night front desk staff who checked us in when we arrived was kind enough to provide us with a portable AC unit, which made a big difference. Service, however, was disappointing. The hotel Apartment stated that trash is collected daily from 2-4PM but in 5 nights no one once came. Even when left outside at the hallway on the 3rd days it wasn’t picked up. When I asked the daytime staff, I was told to take it myself to the back alley garbage area filty and full of flies which felt unprofessional for a hotel apartment. Overall, a good stay for the location and design, but service and housekeeping definitely need improvement. The Indian guy on duty is rude, unprofessional and unfriendly.

Exactly as pictured. Several groceries and restaurants near by. About a 20 min walk to Oxford and Regent street. About 25 min to Leicester Square and the West End. Room well appointed, hotel was quiet.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to London with our baby, and it was a great experience. The hotel was extremely clean — one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to in London. The staff were kind, helpful, and truly fantastic throughout our stay. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us as a family. It’s also close to both bus stops and the underground, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt very welcome traveling with a baby. The hotel has grown on me! I think I will always book it whenever I come to London. The staff are lovely and friendly. Specially, Mirela! Very dedicated and helpful. The amenities were generous. The fact that there was a washing machine was great! Some rooms didn’t have AC but they have provided me with a small AC which made a huge difference. London is pretty suffocating during summer sometimes you need to make sure that the room has AC in general. There is a small fridge, microwave and dishwasher. I just wish that the shower had a lower hand held one rather than just the rainshower only. The Tube is very close Chancery Lane is just 4mins walk. Farringdon tube is about 9mins walk. Holborn is not that far either. It’s about 15mins walk to Covent Garden. Many dining options around and multiple supermarkets as well like M&S, Tesco Express, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Amazon fresh. The room is spacious, modern and simple. I am not sure if I missed anything :D

Lovely staff, clean and well equipped. It really is an apartment. Cutest little dishwasher. Far enough out that it very quiet. But pretty quick walk into most places. We walked down to the embankment, down to Westminster then back via Trafalgar Square then Covent Garden.

The Chronicle by SuperCity Aparthotel was a fantastic place to stay in London. The room was spotless, quiet, modern, and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The location was also perfect for getting around the city. A special thank you to Marina at check-in — she was incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. Nous avions un studio au 2e étage pour une période de sept jours. Le style est moderne et l'appartement est propre et bien équipé. La salle de bain comprend une belle douche spacieuse. Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique. De plus. l'emplacement était juste parfait pour nous. C'est très central : dans un rayon de 30 minutes à pied, on a accès à pratiquement toutes les plus grandes attractions du centre-ville de Londres. Le quartier est chic et tranquille et l'hôtel se trouve tout près du magnifique square Lincoln Inn's Fields. Plein de commerces, de cafés et d'épicerie à cinq minutes de marche. Il convient de noter que certains des appartements (dont le nôtre) n'ont pas d'air climatisé, seulement des ventilateurs. On peut supposer que l'apparement risque d'être très chaud lors de canicules en juillet. Comme nous y étions en avril et que le temps était doux, nous y étions très confortables et nous n'avons pas eu besoin des ventilateurs. Il y a un pub sympathique juste en-dessous et certaines soirées, cela peut occasionner des bruits de conversation ou de musique, surtout si on laisse la fenêtre ouverte, mais nous n'en étions pas incommodés. Somme toute, nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel.
