The front desk agent was very friendly and accommodating. Parking is easy with ability to see my car from my room. It's a very walkable area. I took a walk around foot trail that crosses the Clark Fork river. I love to go for a nice walk after driving several hundred miles.

We Pre booked room a week ago. . At first, upon arriving they gave us an already occupied room, then gave us a different room. TV didn’t work, light bulb missing from one bed side lamp, and sink Facet was hard to turn on. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No breakfast offered but not an issue. The office Attendant was friendly.

This might’ve been my worst night stay at any hotel. Our room had the TV standing on the buffet and was not mounted on the wall where it was supposed supposed to be. There was no coffee maker in our room. When I booked this hotel, it said that the location had a pool and offered a free breakfast. It did not have either of these. The power went out at 9:00 PM and did not come on until the next morning at 5:30 AM. Absolutely terrible experience.

Had to cancel after first night due to lack of handicap facilities. There is no way a handicap person could use the toilet or bathroom area in general, no handrails no Grab bars. Otherwise, comfortable bed, but very Spartan amenities. Good location.

The jacuzzi tub was not functional. Property was clean but really tired. Staff was great. Construction outside my room also really sucked. Wish we’d been put in a room somewhere further away from the construction.

It's quaint that Missoula still has freight trains that run through town. What isn't quaint is this hotel is right next to the train tracks and every train that runs through town has to blow it's air horn while going through town. Prepare to be woken up at least once an hour if you stay here. Also, the property is very run down. They've tried to dress it up a little, but haven't done a very good job. Don't recommend going barefoot on the laminate floors either, it's very clear that they don't clean them between guests. There were hairs all over my floor and the bottoms of my feet got black from walking barefoot in the room.

Forgot what staying in a motel was like. The floors and tub could have been a lot cleaner. Door to room the safety lock was busted too. It was quiet and slept well it was just a bit strange (ceiling light fixtures on the wall).

This hotel/motel is right next to the train tracks. Just a note if you are a light sleeper. It is convenient to downtown. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was somewhat updated; Tub, lights & door are old. Floors were not mopped as evidenced by our feet and socks.

Bathroom was especially not very clean. Mold above the shower. Corners of the floors in the bathroom had built up dirt. Needs to be painted. Floors in the hallway were never vacuumed. Very loud people above us.

There were finger nail clippings. Filthy furnishing. I had to sit on bed. Looks like who ever did this work didnt care. Look how dirty the ironing board is. Who would use it? Wheres the furniture? Look at the drapes. It was aweful. There was no sound barriers so i was up most of the night. I felt jipped. I was counting on the name WYNDHAM to mean quality. Shame on them. The friendly staff didn’t make up for the filthy room and hotel as a whole. Dog hair in and on the bed, “personal body” hair in the bathroom and tub/shower, dirty floors, soap marks on the sink. Interesting as there was no soap in the room at all. Asked for some and did receive it without an issue. The non-carpeted room floor explained the loud foot traffic upstairs which was all night. Not that it matters much, but there was no decor, just a bare room with bed and tv. Not at all inviting. It wasn’t worth half of what I paid, hardly a quarter. Definitely not recommended. We are easy to please folks but this place didn’t come close.

The worse thing was there was NO outlets near the bed, you can't charge your phone and relax in the bed without a 15 foot cable. Also everything is very old and the ac some what works. The bathroom tiles for the shower were cracked and flooring is done poorly around the walls..

It was my first time coming to Missoula, and I was checking in, and the clerk named Chris was OK in the beginning of our conversation until he said the amount of your room will be what you pay today unless you destroy it. And I say excuse me, do I look like someone who’s going to destroy your room? I’m in my nursing uniform. He said he didn’t care what profession I was or who I was or where I was going or coming he says he’s seen it all and he asked if his honest bothered me. I said all you had to do is use some common courtesy with me. If that is the policy when checking in, then I write this a terrible place due to the front desk clerk named Chris.

Do not stay here. After a month of camping I decided to take a break and get a hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist asked for a credit card. After trying several times, she said she couldn’t get it to work. I was really tired and explained that I already paid for the room. She gave a key. When I got to my room, I realized she charged me twice for the room. I brought this to her attention. She tried for 15 min to correct it she couldn’t fix it. I tried calling the Travel Lodge but could never get through. Then called hotels.com. After spending 30min on the phone with them. They refunded me the amount I paid hotels.com for the room. This was a lot less that what a travel lodge charged me. I am traveling on a very small budget, and did not want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room. Because of the mistake, I ended up spending way more than I could afford for a cheap hotel room. I also ended up spending an hour amount of time trying to fix this problem, when I really needed to get food and rest!!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s been years since we stayed in a travel lodge. Our stay here exceeded our expectations. Ariana was very pleasant and helpful. The manager amber was very helpful too. We were surprised by the noise of the trains. But this was out of their control. We’d stay here again.

Decent budget property. Large but fairly spartan room, but with mini-fridge and microwave and lights that all worked (unlike many hotels). Close to downtown Missoula, although road construction makes traffic pretty heavy around the hotel. Clean room, decent bed. Good choice if you want to save money.

This is an old hotel; there was a significant gap under the door which allowed in noise and probably insects. There is also a train track that runs right beside and behind the hotel, so be prepared to get woken up several times a night from the trains. Would not stay here again.

Great location and for the price, the towels and bed were super soft! Better than some 5 star hotels I’ve been in. Very simple room but clean and what more do you need? Several restaurants, fast food, gas stations, and even a hardware store within a couple blocks each way.
