Our stay at Hotel Mediterraneo was beyond spectacular. We had a large family room, which was perfect for our family of 5, spacious and well designed. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi area, and we found it was a perfect place to relax and have a spritz in the sun after long days of sightseeing in Sorrento. While not in the city center, we took advantage of the convenient shuttle and found it to be a pleasant walk. We preferred our location to being in the busier center of town. The included breakfast was incredible, both the food and the views. But it was the staff that really made our stay truly special - the entire concierge team was warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast and pool staff were friendly and accommodating. I would give this hotel ten stars if I could. Especially traveling with 3 young children, we never felt they were a bother or a disruption - they were treated with the utmost kindness. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. We will certainly be back!
