I would recommend this property to anyone. The room was large, had a full fridge, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen. The mattress was just right for us. Room was super clean and the bathroom very nice. The parking was great. I appreciate the extra large parking spots. We were just passing through for one night but this is a gem.

Parking was adequate, staff is friendly, room is comfortable and quiet and nicely stocked (could have been cleaner and needed a good vacuum), price was great and breakfast was wonderful!

Staff was very friendly, access was easy right off the highway, parking was plentiful and it was nice having many entry and exit doors on the first floor especially when you have a small dog. The room was also nice and quiet too!

Overall, a nice hotel. Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The room was large with plenty of room for our luggage (2 adults/ 2 kids). Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear music and very heavy footsteps from the room above us. Very simple breakfast items, continental not a buffet (no eggs/ meats). Musty smell in the hallways and only 1 elevator. Overall, a good hotel that we'd stay in again in traveling through the area.

Parking was very easy although it was a bit dark. Checking in was a breeze and staff was extremely polite and helpful. I could not rate the food I did not have breakfast, but it was offered the only disadvantage that I found was I had a handicap room and the lights would go on and off without anybody walking around or doing anything I rolled over in bed one time the lights came on, but I can see where that would be extremely helpful. It just was not for me and I did not know if there was a switch that I could’ve adjusted it.

Great size of the room - A pet-friendly/non-smoking double queen. Good price. The location of the room we stayed in is very close to where folks gather outside to smoke/lounge. There is a small seating area very close to the window of this room. It makes me feel uncomfortable. The deal breaker however is the cleanliness (or lack thereof). Everyone has different standards for clean, but I feel like at a hotel it is fair to have a minimum standard of cleanliness. This room far from meets that, and is very unfortunately the least clean hotel I've stayed in to date. Dirty floors, a partially scrubbed toilet bowl, plops of animal fur, dead bugs, one crusty appearing sock, and a used mouth guard to boot. This will be my first and last visit to this hotel.

Arrived and there was gray water in the toilet. Toilet was broken, wouldn’t flush. I HAD TO FIX THEIR TOILET. Disgusting and unreal. Clearly, not cleaned. TERRIBLE BREAKFAST or lack thereof. Pitiful.

Hotel looks like new. Spacious room. Have microwave, refrigerator, very convenient. Lot of parking. I didn’t like that that rooms are cleaned only once a week. I asked for towels and bed sheets and i changed myself. Breakfast didn’t have egg or sausages but overall experience was good . Staff in the front desk very pleasant and helpful.

This was our second time staying and while the front desk staff have always been great, the cleanliness of our rooms has been disappointing and not good. We bought wipes and had to wipe down counter tops etc. before using.

From early check in to a fire alarm forcing a building evacuation as I was checking out...all handled very smoothly. Other reviews about slippery shower floor and lack of kitchen supplies are accurate. Ice maker in fridge was a definite plus.

The price was very affordable, the beds and bedding felt luxurious, the towels were soft, the room was large and new looking and they had real creamer for the coffee at all hours. (My priorities. lol)

We loved this property. We had a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, everything we needed. Our only complaint was the noise level at night in our room. The fridge ran almost constantly and the compressor was extremely loud. Our Ac unit was very loud also, to the point where we could not sleep.

I’ve stayed here several times, because is one of few hotel brands that have full size fridge/freezer. I don’t have any problems with the hotels, but would suggest one requests a room on the top floor if you are sensitive to noises or stomping on the ceiling. Am noticing the hotels are moving away from carpeted floors. I totally get the practicality of this for cleaning, but can be horrible when there are people above you that are unaware of how hard they walk. Like a stampede going on upstairs. Will stay again, but only if can get a top floor room…happening too often lately.

I had a very nice stay however I witnessed a family traveling with small children being turned away because their room that was reserved months in advance be turn away. It was very sad. I would suggest calling the day before to insure they still have rooms available even if your room is reserved in advance.

Reserved a room online. When I went to check in there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign say they would be back in 10 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and no one showed. Now they won’t respond to emails or calls. Unable to get a refund. Very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel. Awful experience.

Despite having a reservation, the hotel did not have a room for me when I arrived from an 8 hour drive. Front desk stated that there was an email sent about the cancelation of my reservation. I never received any email regarding a cancelation. The only assistance the front desk provided, was suggesting that I check at the hotels around for a room. Very agitated and upset about this.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Very friendly and welcoming… and very patient with a customer who was irate because his dog friendly room was not yet ready when he arrived. They all did a great job at staying calm and apologetic and tried to reassure him that they were working on finishing the room and it would be ready shortly.

We had a prepaid reservation with the hotel and arrived at 10pm to try to get the children in bed. Upon check-in I was told that they cancelled our reservation because they overbooked the hotel that night. They handed me a curt letter from the manager saying that I would be refunded. We were not notified of the cancellation until we were in the lobby. It seems as those from the escort service were readily given rooms, and we suspect that we were bumped due to higher rate payout than what we had paid.

We had a prepaid reservation with the hotel and arrived at 10pm to try to get the children in bed. Upon check-in I was told that they cancelled our reservation because they overbooked the hotel that night. They handed me a curt letter from the manager saying that I would be refunded. We were not notified of the cancellation until we were in the lobby. I have stayed in 18 hotels in the past 21 nights. The Mainstay in Carlisle, PA was one of the least expensive, and by far the best experiences. The GM, Jessica should be managing a Ritz- Carlton next.

I’ve stayed here several times, because is one of few hotel brands that have full size fridge/freezer. I don’t have any problems with the hotels, but would suggest one requests a room on the top floor if you are sensitive to noises or stomping on the ceiling. Am noticing the hotels are moving away from carpeted floors. I totally get the practicality of this for cleaning, but can be horrible when there are people above you that are unaware of how hard they walk. Like a stampede going on upstairs. Will stay again, but only if can get a top floor room…happening too often lately.

First time staying here and I'll definitely be back, very clean rooms and area. Breakfast was by far excellent. Location is easy off, easy on the hwy. One bug was the noise from other rooms. I would recommend the front desk place a sign staying to lower all noise by 10p.m. as we were traveling and losing sleep is not fun.

The overall stay at the hotel was great! The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The hotel was close to the highway, shopping center and restaurants. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the beds were. Most likely will choose this hotel again when returning back to PA.

The building and room were very clean and the staff always greeted you. We were disappointed with the simple breakfast. Just expected a hot breakfast. Coffee cups were small compared to other hotels we have stayed at too.

Overall, a nice hotel. Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The room was large with plenty of room for our luggage (2 adults/ 2 kids). Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear music and very heavy footsteps from the room above us. Very simple breakfast items, continental not a buffet (no eggs/ meats). Musty smell in the hallways and only 1 elevator. Overall, a good hotel that we'd stay in again in traveling through the area.

I chose it due to its proximity to Hoss's, which I planned on going to for dinner. However, the choices for breakfast were slim to none, and even the coffee wasn't very good. Disappointing.

The room was clean, spacious, and had everything needed in a convenient location (like outlets and shelves). The hotel itself was in an easy-to-access area by car. My only suggestion would be to get rid of the automatic sensor for the bathroom light/fan.

Great hotel. Clean. Easy to park and right off the highway. My only complaint was staying there for over a week. I would think my linens and towels would’ve been changed and my room cleaned at least once. I even asked at the front desk. They wrote my room down and nothing happened. Everything else was great. Not perfect and not bad.

The room was very spacious and clean. I didn't realize that this was an extended stay, I didn't like that I had to make the bed and get fresh towels daily but that is my fault for not reading the fine print. But other than that it was ok.

Some lady coming into our room while we were sleeping. I personally believe she was trying to steal something, but that’s just my opinion. There was a sign explaining that the staff members needed access to the rooms on Wednesday and Thursday (June 24,25), not Sunday 28. Then she was really rude when I asked her why she was trying to get into the room. I don’t trust her.
