This place is well taken care of. Rooms big, plenty of space. Pool is a plus with a jacuzzi open until late at night. FYI.. jacuzzi only on after 6pm. Reception very attentive to your needs and concerns.

Todo excelente. PROS: ubicación, tranquilidad, alberca, jacuzzi, estacionamiento, habitaciones amplias, aire acondicionado. CONS: no hay servicio de alimentos, aunque a un lado hay un restaurante o te pueden proporcionar números telefónicos para pedir comida.

Beautiful property with friendly staff, located in a charming, pueblo-style community. I loved the pool and jacuzzi while the pool isn’t heated, it was always at a comfortable temperature, even on chilly nights. A great bonus is that the pool stays open until 11:30 p.m., which we really appreciated. The location is convenient to many popular wineries and dining spots, though you’ll need to drive to reach them, as none are within walking distance. That said, driving wasn’t an issue for me. Sfety was never a concern during our stay I felt completely safe being out, even late at night. We ended most nights with delicious tacos from Los Originales around 11 p.m., and they were amazing every time! We missed out on the fire pit but the wood is available for sale if you would like to spend a nice night by the fire under the stars.

Best part no doubt is the staff. They were all friendly, professional, efficient, and very service oriented. The parking is safe since its gated. The towels smell amazing. This place is simple and great. I had a wondeful stay.

Everyone on the property was super friendly and accommodating. The property was super safe and had a night security guard and closed the gates to the property which was nice. They did have 2 events in the property while we were there but they ended early and didn’t bother us. The bathroom door didn’t lock and the front door didn’t stay shut unless we locked the deadbolt. Other than that it was a great stay.

The hotel was nice - very clean and comfortable. It is a bit remote and would be a challenge if you don’t have a vehicle. There is no restaurant or bar on site. However, the property is set up beautifully with a pool and hot tub and gathering area with tables and fire pits. You’ll get to meet the other guests for sure which we really enjoyed. Overall we were very pleased….the value we received was great for the price we paid and we would definitely consider staying at Hacienda Los Olivos on our next visit to Valle de Guadalupe.

We had a delightful stay here. The grounds were impeccable, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and open until midnight. We stayed in a suite with one bedroom and 3 beds. Sleeps 6 and perfect for our group. The kitchenette was update with an electric stove and a refrigerator. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a great 2-night stay and recommend without a doubt.

El hotel es nuevo esta muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy cómodas pero tienen un gran problema y es el desperdicio de agua en la regadera ya que para que salga el agua caliente tiene uno que esperar cerca de 20 minutos con la llave abierta y ademàs sale hirviendo y para regularla tarda otro tiempo similar en salir agua fria y sale muy fria, es un verdadero problema bañarse y en una zona donde el agua es un problema serio, este desperdicio es grave. Deberían advertir al llegar que la opción es bañarse solo con agua helada para no desperdiciar.

It was very comfortable and nice recently updated place. Rooms are very spacious and customer service was great. Only thing was the dogs inside the hotel and they wouldn't stop barking in the middle of the night as well as some other customers with kids staying on the second floor. I will definitely stay here again but strongly suggest to place customers with toddlers in the first level since it was almost impossible to sleep due to the kids running all night. And to keep the dogs a bit far from the rooms. Everything else was great

Lo único malo es que las personas hospedadas en la planta de arriba eran muy ruidosas al caminar. La ubicación fue muy conveniente a mi evento. Check in rápido y amable. Lugar limpio, amplio, coqueto, tranquilo a pesar de los niños en la alberca. 2 perritos de seguridad super lindos y tranquilos.

I used this property for a weekend getaway with my closest friends. We got the suite with two bedrooms, both had king sized bed. The rooms were large and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were super soft and smelled clean. It was really relaxing to sleep on them. The suite had a small sitting room with a small fridge and microwave. We had mini split units and hot water. We used the jacuzzi at night which took some time to heat up. Let them know to hear it up as it does take about 35 minutes. I really enjoyed this spot and would definitely come back. Some of the guests were noisy into the wee hours of the night, but we were able to stay asleep. The staff was really helpful. Only note will be for the ladies, but this is in general to the area. Lots of dirt roads so just wipe your heels before entering the room.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and a good size! We stayed in the Master Suite which has 2 rooms within it with King beds, which was so nice. My only complaint is there wasn’t much of a joint space to gather in inside our room, but we didn’t end up needing that. The pool was great and really helped for the heat wave. The A/C worked well and there were TVs with apps (Netflix, etc.) that you can log into. The shower was nice as well. And having a mini fridge and microwave was helpful! Really enjoyed our stay!

En el baño de la habitación tienen un espejo sobrepuesto el cual se cayó encima de mi cuando me estaba arreglando y el hotel no se molesto en disculparse ni hacer un comentario al respecto cuando les comentamos la situación, a lo contrario querían cobrarme el el espejo aún viendo que estaba lastimada.

This property was a gem! It was beautifully designed and had everything you need. The staff was great, we loved our security guard the first two nights he was kind, helpful and made us feel safe. We traveled with our kids and it was fun for them too. Would come back here again.

We have stayed here last year and we enjoyed it so much that we booked the same hotel. There was an issue with our room because of Expedia and they quickly handled it and gave us an upgrade to a suite. The office is for attentive and the night watchman was very professional and kind.

Beautiful property with friendly staff, located in a charming, pueblo-style community. I loved the pool and jacuzzi while the pool isn’t heated, it was always at a comfortable temperature, even on chilly nights. A great bonus is that the pool stays open until 11:30 p.m., which we really appreciated. The location is convenient to many popular wineries and dining spots, though you’ll need to drive to reach them, as none are within walking distance. That said, driving wasn’t an issue for me. Sfety was never a concern during our stay I felt completely safe being out, even late at night. We ended most nights with delicious tacos from Los Originales around 11 p.m., and they were amazing every time! We missed out on the fire pit but the wood is available for sale if you would like to spend a nice night by the fire under the stars.

The hotel was nice - very clean and comfortable. It is a bit remote and would be a challenge if you don’t have a vehicle. There is no restaurant or bar on site. However, the property is set up beautifully with a pool and hot tub and gathering area with tables and fire pits. You’ll get to meet the other guests for sure which we really enjoyed. Overall we were very pleased….the value we received was great for the price we paid and we would definitely consider staying at Hacienda Los Olivos on our next visit to Valle de Guadalupe.

Todo excelente. PROS: ubicación, tranquilidad, alberca, jacuzzi, estacionamiento, habitaciones amplias, aire acondicionado. CONS: no hay servicio de alimentos, aunque a un lado hay un restaurante o te pueden proporcionar números telefónicos para pedir comida.

This property is a nice, wonderful, peaceful place to stay. There a nice place to eat called The Gemini Food Truck that you can walk to that also quite tasty. You are in Valle de Guadalupe Wine Country which is simply marvelous. Just make a study and pick your wineries as most of them require reservations enjoy & we will definitely be back

My biggest complain is that there were some really imprudent guests listen to vulgar songs pretty loudly at the pool shared area it was 5:30 pm there were several kids there an they didn’t care, they continued listening until 10 pm and just decreased the volume when my husband have gotten off bed to asked them to turn down the volume

Excelente instalaciones, ubicación perfecta para las actividades que yo requería, lo único fue la limpieza, ya que no estaba tal cual se esperaba encontramos cabellos en la zona de la regadera al igual en la parte exterior del baño había una liga con cabellos por lo que si fue de mal gusto encontrar eso, la verdad las instalaciones son buenas pero si tendrían que mejorar la limpieza
