The property was exactly as advertised. It suited our needs. My daughter had had open heart surgery and needed an area to herself. She used the downstairs area. They moved a recliner down there for her, which was perfect. We had a washer and dryer which was a definite necessity. When we had questions, the manager answered them right away. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed 19 days.

This was a fantastic home to stay in for Christmas. The host was so accommodating and the communication was fast and positive. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect house for a large family. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals and the living room area was great for hanging out, watching tv or building puzzles. Location was also great; we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood—very clean with friendly neighbors.

This house was exactly what we needed. We needed a place to stay for a week after my daughter had surgery at Mayo. This house was perfect! It is in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to get to downtown Rochester. Everything about the house makes you feel at home. It is warm, inviting, and cozy.
