This place is in a great location! You can walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. We played pickleball and sat by the pool! The on site restaurant had great food and drinks! The lanai was very nice and brand new with comfortable seating. Everything was nice and clean and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t really need to bring anything except our clothing! Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.

It was exactly as advertised and as the pictures depicted. It was very well stocked and had plenty of everything we needed. Great location. The community was beautiful and well kept. On sight restaurant was also really good.

Although the entire property is “old Florida” it is very well maintained. The condo itself is freshly redone and lovely. It is immaculate. The bathrooms are small but functional. We knew the condo was on the second floor (good for no one above) but we didn’t realize there are no elevators. This was not a problem for us, but may be for someone with limited mobility. We enjoyed our stay, the grounds are pretty, the pool looked nice and Hogwash Harry’s was delish.
Although the entire property is “old Florida” it is very well maintained. The condo itself is freshly redone and lovely. It is immaculate. The bathrooms are small but functional. Our stay was great . However my sister needed an elevator . We didn’t realize there wasn’t one. The place was clean and well supplied. We didn’t cook much but enjoyed the condo very much. Hogfish Harry’s was great. Beautiful pool area and great walking paths, and shops were all close! Very great spot!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Park Shore resort and this apartment. From the moment we walked in we were wowed by the modern look and even the lovely smell of the apartment. We thought the bottles of room and pillow spays were a really nice touch, as were the complimentary drinks left in the fridge. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for beach holiday. The beach chairs seemed like new and have an large umbrella to match. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The resort itself is lovely with very well looked after grounds and the pool is a good size. We really enjoyed the restaurant, Hogfish Harry’s, on the resort, great food and even better Mai Tai’s!! We would definitely return to this apartment and hopefully stay a bit longer than a week next time.

Accommodations were exactly as described in listing. This was a great place to stay while visiting Naples. The place was extremely clean and the facilities were nice. Very nice property that is well maintained, immaculately clean, close to beach, grocery and not far from 5th Street. Check in was very easy. We had a change in our schedule and we were graciously accommodated without any issues. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a perfect time in naples. The condo was clean and comfortable. Its located near the stores and about 3 minutes from the beach. The hole resort was very nice and the pool too. We shure be back again in the futur....thanks.

As a first time VRBO user, I was a bit apprehensive, but this condo did not disappoint. I just completed a 14-night stay in April 2025. Where to begin? For starters, the unit does not have any funky Florida mold or mildew smells, like so many hotel rooms and condos in Naples. The rooms match the pictures, so no surprises there either. Josh, Laura and team answered my questions about the unit very quickly. The unit has been remodeled and is very clean and nicely furnished. It was very nice to have a comfy sofa and two nicely upholstered swivel chairs in the living room, unlike many units in the Park Shore Resort. Having two king beds was also nice for two gals sharing the unit. Each bedroom has a tv along with the one in the living room. And the lanai is perfect! It faces east (furthest building from Tamiami Trail) and is screened and shaded, making it a lovely place to hang out morning, afternoon and evening. No road noise whatsoever. We loved listening to the birds and the fountain. The unit is stocked with everything you could possibly need including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. An added bonus was having Hogfish Harry’s restaurant onsite. I lost count of how many times I had good food from there. I am already planning a return trip to stay here. It’s a true gem!!

My husband And I had the best time at this property. The place was spotless and freshly decorated. Its location west of Route 41 is a gift during peak times. The walkability has to be about 98: it’s close to the beach,stores,and groceries.The beds were more comfortable than the Four Seasons Hotel where we stayed in California last month. The kitchen is so well appointed we wanted for nothing. Josh left us welcoming refreshment and the basics were provided: laundry detergent, dish soap, beach chairs and towels. The shower heads and water pressure were better than average for Florida. The overall decor was so lovely: blues and whites with subtle references to the beach. The porch was great for sitting and looking out over trees and water and the landscaped grounds. There is Plenty of parking and a nice little restaurant as part of the resort. It’s a great stay I recommend it wholeheartedly. A+ thanks Josh

Park Shore Resort Bldg C Top Floor was outstanding! It fit 2 couples perfectly. Immaculately clean, fresh, comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen & beach necessities. Prompt communication with management. The lanai was the icing on the cake! Would definitely stay again.

This condo matched the pictures; very cute space. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, nice screened in porch area, and the pool on the property was also very nice. The property manager Josh was friendly, accommodating, and quick in his responses. We are very pleased with our stay and cannot wait to go back next year!

This condo has been nicely renovated with new kitchen and updated bathrooms. The unit is very clean and the king beds are comfortable. We appreciated the curtains in addition to the blinds in the bedrooms. Will definitely rent this unit again.

The lanai was very nice and brand new with comfortable seating. Everything was nice and clean and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t really need to bring anything except our clothing! Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.

As a first time VRBO user, I was a bit apprehensive, but this condo did not disappoint. I just completed a 14-night stay in April 2025. Where to begin? For starters, the unit does not have any funky Florida mold or mildew smells, like so many hotel rooms and condos in Naples. The rooms match the pictures, so no surprises there either. Josh, Laura and team answered my questions about the unit very quickly. The unit has been remodeled and is very clean and nicely furnished. It was very nice to have a comfy sofa and two nicely upholstered swivel chairs in the living room, unlike many units in the Park Shore Resort. Having two king beds was also nice for two gals sharing the unit. Each bedroom has a tv along with the one in the living room. And the lanai is perfect! It faces east (furthest building from Tamiami Trail) and is screened and shaded, making it a lovely place to hang out morning, afternoon and evening. No road noise whatsoever. We loved listening to the birds and the fountain. The unit is stocked with everything you could possibly need including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. An added bonus was having Hogfish Harry’s restaurant onsite. I lost count of how many times I had good food from there. I am already planning a return trip to stay here. It’s a true gem!!

The property was clean, neat and offered several nice touches like some complimentary drinks, a few treats on the counter, some toiletries and necessities that were very helpful! Communication was easy, check in was easy and like that of a hotel. The unit is on the second floor but it was not a problem for me. Just know that the pickleball courts are not playable…the ball does not bounce in them. Given that fact…I would still stay there again because this property and owner were great! It is close to some shops, restaurants and a grocery store too!

This condo matched the pictures; very cute space. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, nice screened in porch area, and the pool on the property was also very nice. The property manager Josh was friendly, accommodating, and quick in his responses. We are very pleased with our stay and cannot wait to go back next year!

We loved our stay here when we were in Naples! The place was perfectly clean and incredibly comfortable! We would absolutely stay again! Josh was a great and responsive host! We would love to stay here again when the lanai is finished with its renovations! The pool was a great way to relax!

Although the entire property is “old Florida” it is very well maintained. The condo itself is freshly redone and lovely. It is immaculate. The bathrooms are small but functional. We knew the condo was on the second floor (good for no one above) but we didn’t realize there are no elevators. This was not a problem for us, but may be for someone with limited mobility. We enjoyed our stay, the grounds are pretty, the pool looked nice and Hogwash Harry’s was delish.

Our stay was great . However my sister needed an elevator . We didn’t realize there wasn’t one. The place was clean and well supplied. We didn’t cook much but enjoyed the condo very much. Hogfish Harry’s was great. Beautiful pool area and great walking paths, and shops were all close! Very great spot!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Park Shore resort and this apartment. From the moment we walked in we were wowed by the modern look and even the lovely smell of the apartment. We thought the bottles of room and pillow spays were a really nice touch, as were the complimentary drinks left in the fridge. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for beach holiday. The beach chairs seemed like new and have an large umbrella to match. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The resort itself is lovely with very well looked after grounds and the pool is a good size. We really enjoyed the restaurant, Hogfish Harry’s, on the resort, great food and even better Mai Tai’s!! We would definitely return to this apartment and hopefully stay a bit longer than a week next time.

Stay would have been great except for construction. To be fair the listing said that there would be construction repairing the lanai, but did not realize that meant jackhammers and roving concrete. Construction continued even on saturdays. Was so loud couldnt even hear the tv when turned alll the way up. On the bright side hogfish hareys restaurant on site was phenomenal.

The onsite restaurant was a surprising find. Very good food and excellent bartenders. It was great to lounge by the pool and enjoy a cocktail.

The condo had a very comfortable king size bed and a clean fresh look. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including a blender, toaster and coffee maker. We watched several movies at night with the many options available to us. The complex is beautiful and the heated pool was the cherry on top. The condo is in an excellent location to Clam Pass Beach, downtown Naples and plenty of restaurants and Publix grocery stores near by. Communication with Josh and his team was excellent. This was my 3rd year at Park Shore and I will be back for sure!

For starters, the unit does not have any funky Florida mold or mildew smells, like so many hotel rooms and condos in Naples. The rooms match the pictures, so no surprises there either. Josh, Laura and team answered my questions about the unit very quickly. The unit has been remodeled and is very clean and nicely furnished. It was very nice to have a comfy sofa and two nicely upholstered swivel chairs in the living room, unlike many units in the Park Shore Resort. Having two king beds was also nice for two gals sharing the unit. Each bedroom has a tv along with the one in the living room. And the lanai is perfect! It faces east (furthest building from Tamiami Trail) and is screened and shaded, making it a lovely place to hang out morning, afternoon and evening. No road noise whatsoever. We loved listening to the birds and the fountain. The unit is stocked with everything you could possibly need including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. An added bonus was having Hogfish Harry’s restaurant onsite. I lost count of how many times I had good food from there. I am already planning a return trip to stay here. It’s a true gem!!
