Coastal Club * 6 BR Beach House

Very nice property. Very comfortable for all of us, and laid out well. Sunroom and outside your back was an extra bonus.

This was a beautiful property in a fabulous community. We used the pool every day. The weather was bad that week so we didn't get to go to the ocean because the beaches were closed. But the bay was open and it's just a short ride from this home and it was a lovely place to spend the day.

Overall, the house was very well stocked to meet any need. The house accommodated our multigenerational family of 6 adults and 4 small children. The screened in party porch/hot tub and hardscaped patio are beautiful and were used extensively. If you are thinking or renting this house purchase the linen service, it was well worth it. The kitchen and living areas were very well appointed and everyone was very comfortable. Cooking at the house was a breeze and anything needed to prepare a meal was there. We enjoyed the Coastal Club Community and the everyone made good use of the pools and fitness center. The only shortcoming was the restaurant and bar were not available due to a change in food management companies. The house is a short drive to Lewes and Rehobeth beaches that made it very easy to come and go. The only shortcomings were: -The house was not cleaned upon our arrival and the cleaners came about an hour after everyone was at the house and unpacked. Thankfully the family before us had left the house in a very clean state. -The remote in the basement TV room was missing and we were not able to use the 70" TV and the TV in the King Master Suite was not hooked to the internet/cable. Overall, we were highly satisfied and happy with the house. With a couple minor tweaks it would make it perfect.

House is exceptionally designed and decorated. Plenty of room for our 9 family members. Sunken hot tub in the 20x32 screen room was a nice amenity which we used daily. Kitchen was well appointed although some frying pans showed wear and tear, but not a problem. A drawback for us was the bedroom with bunk beds. We did not have any young children. We required more bedrooms suited for adults. The outdoor grill was hooked up to a gas line eliminating the need for a propane tank. It was very hot during the week we were there and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. We were about 15 minutes from the ocean whether we went to the State park, Lewes, or Rehoboth. We utilized quite a few amenities at the resort; the pool, Tennis courts, and workout gym.

what a great vacation home. steve and his staff were attentive and a pleasure to work with. the house was beautiful and fit all of our needs. great location and plenty of amenities.
