The cleanliness of the house and had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.

Can’t say enough about this property. It’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood close to everything we needed. The home was very clean and had lots of little extras that many rentals don’t va e like a fully-loaded kitchen, spices, coffee, extra blankets, fire pit and much more. Would def stay here again.

Very nice

Missing one if the tv remotes in the living room. We had an issue using the nest to cool the house when we arrived. I texted owner but did not receive a response. Dishwasher was not emptied. Table and chairs in backyard needed to be wiped down before we could use them.

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from CalPoly and were traveling with my brother and his wife. The house was very comfortable, really nice layout, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you would need and a large, beautiful backyuard. The only thing I would recommend is to maybe clean the backyard furniture before new guests arrive. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and would rent again!
