The condo was great and was very kid friendly, which was important to us (having two kids under 4). The location was exactly what we wanted! It was easy to access the pool(s). We never had to wait more than 5-8 minutes for a golf-cart, to or from the beach. Lastly, Stacy was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Had a great week staying at this Village condo! It was the perfect location with two small kids and having all of the amenities within walking distance. The golf cart tram to and from the beach was awesome! However, the beach was sometimes a little overcrowded so we went to the public beach twice during our stay. It was also a holiday week so probably more crowded than normal. Overall, a positive experience!

We enjoyed a week long vacation at this wonderful property! The condo is located above stores in the main hub of Seacrest Beach. It is located a stone's throw from Rosemary Beach, which was a short, shaded walk down the street. The area is magnificent, with wide sidewalks on 30a that encourage walking, bike riding, and morning runs. The unit itself was on the third floor and had access to an elevator. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and newer appliances. All of the TVs and extra amenities were functional, and they owner supplied beach chairs, towels, and toys for the renters. We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet during our stay, and the owner responded quickly and had it fixed the following morning.The complex itself was nice and clean. The pool was located directly behind the unit, which was convenient. There was also a shuttle service to and from the beach. My only complaint was that the deeded beach access for the complex was very small, so everyone was on top of each other. We ended up driving down to Inlet Beach, which had a public access and only 5 minutes away. It was a lot less crowded, and the sand and water was just as nice.There were a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance, but be forewarned, this area is expensive. A Starbucks coffee was 10 if that gives you an idea. Entry-level entrees at a lower-end restaurant was 20, so keep that in mind when planning your vacation.Overall, this was a great vacation!

Had a wonderful time staying in Seacrest for a Fall break getaway. We had plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 2 teens) and the condo was well stocked with beach bags, beach towels, beach chairs and anything else we would need. Location is perfect with bike rental, coffee shop, restaurants and sundries store on the property. Several other restaurants and bars just a short bike ride away. The Seacrest lagoon pool is very spacious and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit is within walking distance to everything. The tram that runs during the busy season is super convenient for traveling to the beach with little ones. You have to get an iced coffee and donut from Charlie's Donuts downstairs in the Peddler's Pavilion! We will definitely be returning!

Nice space for a quick trip, would be fine for a longer stay as well. It can be a little tricky to get to the beach if you like to bike, can only take a tram or walk; these are good options, but other communities allow you to take your bike. All in all, I love the area and am glad to see it grow and thrive, hope it keeps the small twon, laid back feel!

We had a wonderful week-long vacation with our family of six (two adults and four children)! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly and literally on 30A! We loved the location - close to Peddler’s Pavilion, restaurants, and shops - and especially appreciated the access to the beautiful pool and private Seacrest Sunset beach area that was a few blocks away.The beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler provided were a huge help. We also had a car and enjoyed exploring different public beach access points like Inlet, Grayton, Laguna, and Panama City Beach. We visited Seaside and PCB by car, and loved walking and biking around Rosemary Beach and along 30A.We cooked most of our meals in the condo and used the grills by the pool several times. A quick note for future guests: the unit includes a very small starter supply of essentials like soap, trash bags, and dishwashing detergent - enough for a day or two. If you're staying longer or plan to cook frequently, you’ll want to bring or purchase extras like trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, oil, spices, salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, zip-locs and plastic wrap.That said, we had a great experience overall! The 30A area is unique when it comes to beach access, but we found it easy to navigate - and it encouraged us to get out and explore even more of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Thank you for a great week!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the 30A condo. The space was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beautiful Rosemary Beach, cafes and restaurants, the Farmer’s Market, and a lovely pool area.We’re already looking forward to returning next year, and we’re even thinking of bringing a few friends along to share the experience. This property exceeded my expectations!!! Not only did it look clean upon arrival, but it smelled clean! Stacy provided so many amenities and it allowed us to travel with ease. I will absolutely book here again next year. I truly have never stayed at a property that is better in person like this one!

We highly enjoyed our stay here! Access to all of the amenities and everything you need is a short walk away. The tram was awesome getting to and from Seacrest beach! Condo was very spacious and clean! Beds were extremely comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a life saver. Below condo is an awesome grocery store with eventing you could need. Quick walk to Rosemary. Numerous places to eat within the complex and all were amazing! Hosts were great and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again.

Our only concern was that the air conditioner was not working when we arrived but the owner was great and got it fixed. The sofa really needs new cushions or new stuffing and the floors could use some rugs in the living room and bedrooms. Overall the condo was great for our stay and Stacy was great with all the communication.

This was the perfect location and perfect setup for our family. We loved the proximity to everything. We had planned to rent bikes but we didn’t. Just enjoyed walking everywhere. Tram was nice but very busy at times so we ended up walking to the beach and that was fine too. Feels closer than you think. Condo was super nice. Balcony was great for people watching! Kids were SO pumped when they saw the game stash. Thank you! We would love to come back!!

Our stay was perfect for my hubby and I. Its such a lovely place to stay in such a relaxing neighborhood. They had everything you could want for the beach so that made it super easy! The only thing I would recommend is blackout shades in the master so I could’ve slept in a little later on vacation but thats being nitpicky. Otherwise, perfect!

The condo is in a perfect spot for visiting Rosemary/Seacrest Beach and the rest of 30A. Great communication with the owner and easy reservation/check in/out process. The condo has everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The only downside is the master bedroom mattress and living room sofa. Both are probably at the end of life and need replacement to be comfortable.

This condo is in a great location right above Pedals Bikes and shops. It’s on the top floor, so no worries about noise! The unit is as described. The living area has only the couch with attached chaise, so small for more than 4 people. Our biggest complaint are the beds. The bunk bed needs to be replaced. It’s what we called rickety and makes lots of creaking noise when you move. We had a 11 and 8 year old in it, so not much weight. The queen and king mattresses are adequate but, in our opinion, need replacing. They have lots of things for the beach plus 6 towels, so that’s a nice perk.

Stacy’s property was exactly as advertised. Practically soundproof, with easy access to the beach, and a short walk to both Rosemary and Alys. We would gladly go again!

Our only concern was that the air conditioner was not working when we arrived but the owner was great and got it fixed. The sofa really needs new cushions or new stuffing and the floors could use some rugs in the living room and bedrooms. Overall the condo was great for our stay and Stacy was great with all the communication.

We stay here for one week with our two children, ages, seven and five. The place is very well outfitted for a family, including everything you need to enjoy the beach. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again ourselves. Host is very organized and efficient. Check in procedures, instructions and all other relevant information was very clearly communicated via email.

We enjoyed a week long vacation at this wonderful property! The condo is located above stores in the main hub of Seacrest Beach. It is located a stone's throw from Rosemary Beach, which was a short, shaded walk down the street. The area is magnificent, with wide sidewalks on 30a that encourage walking, bike riding, and morning runs. The unit itself was on the third floor and had access to an elevator. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and newer appliances. All of the TVs and extra amenities were functional, and they owner supplied beach chairs, towels, and toys for the renters. We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet during our stay, and the owner responded quickly and had it fixed the following morning.The complex itself was nice and clean. The pool was located directly behind the unit, which was convenient. There was also a shuttle service to and from the beach. My only complaint was that the deeded beach access for the complex was very small, so everyone was on top of each other. We ended up driving down to Inlet Beach, which had a public access and only 5 minutes away. It was a lot less crowded, and the sand and water was just as nice.There were a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance, but be forewarned, this area is expensive. A Starbucks coffee was 10 if that gives you an idea. Entry-level entrees at a lower-end restaurant was 20, so keep that in mind when planning your vacation.Overall, this was a great vacation!

Stacy was an awesome host. Condo was clean, we were able to check in early and everything very clean. The location was great for walking to rosemary beach and biking to other places. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Only feedback was the couch was showing some wear but otherwise all furniture etc was in excellent condition. Would def stay again!

The best location, right next to Rosemary and Alys beach, great view of 30A and the sunset. Short walking distance to the beach, food and tons of shopping. I have been coming to the 30A area for 20+ years and this will be our go to if available. The host was awesome and gave tons of helpful hints for our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Looking forward to future visits!!!

This was our first time staying in a condo on 30a versus a house and we couldn’t have been happier. The location was amazing for my daughter and her two friends (three 15 year olds!). Everything we needed was in the condo - beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, wagon, beach towels. We were able to pack so light. It was so convenient being above a shop where we could pick up bits and pieces as needed (a spare dishwasher pod, extra bag of chips, cocktail sauce!) and there was fun stuff happening all around us. Bike rental right out front, pizza place for the kids dinner, shops, and a cute little bar for my husband and I to have a nightcap. And yet it wasn’t noisy, just lively and fun. It was perfect for us this year with teens. Easy walking distance to Rosemary shops and the Seacrest beach access. We drove the car over to Inlet Beach one day for a quieter beach day than Seacrest. We had a great time. We’ll be back!

This condo is in a great location right above Pedals Bikes and shops. It’s on the top floor, so no worries about noise! The unit is as described. The living area has only the couch with attached chaise, so small for more than 4 people. Our biggest complaint are the beds. The bunk bed needs to be replaced. It’s what we called rickety and makes lots of creaking noise when you move. We had a 11 and 8 year old in it, so not much weight. The queen and king mattresses are adequate but, in our opinion, need replacing. They have lots of things for the beach plus 6 towels, so that’s a nice perk.

This was our 3rd stay in this condo and once again we had a great trip! Love that they have everything we need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, toys, you name it. So convenient to food, drinks, live music, pools and other fun. Looking forward to next year!!

We highly enjoyed our stay here! Access to all of the amenities and everything you need is a short walk away. The tram was awesome getting to and from Seacrest beach! Condo was very spacious and clean! Beds were extremely comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a life saver. Below condo is an awesome grocery store with eventing you could need. Quick walk to Rosemary. Numerous places to eat within the complex and all were amazing! Hosts were great and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again.

Had a wonderful time staying in Seacrest for a Fall break getaway. We had plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 2 teens) and the condo was well stocked with beach bags, beach towels, beach chairs and anything else we would need. Location is perfect with bike rental, coffee shop, restaurants and sundries store on the property. Several other restaurants and bars just a short bike ride away. The Seacrest lagoon pool is very spacious and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit is within walking distance to everything. The tram that runs during the busy season is super convenient for traveling to the beach with little ones. You have to get an iced coffee and donut from Charlie's Donuts downstairs in the Peddler's Pavilion! We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful week-long vacation with our family of six (two adults and four children)! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly and literally on 30A! We loved the location - close to Peddler’s Pavilion, restaurants, and shops - and especially appreciated the access to the beautiful pool and private Seacrest Sunset beach area that was a few blocks away.The beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler provided were a huge help. We also had a car and enjoyed exploring different public beach access points like Inlet, Grayton, Laguna, and Panama City Beach. We visited Seaside and PCB by car, and loved walking and biking around Rosemary Beach and along 30A.We cooked most of our meals in the condo and used the grills by the pool several times. A quick note for future guests: the unit includes a very small starter supply of essentials like soap, trash bags, and dishwashing detergent - enough for a day or two. If you're staying longer or plan to cook frequently, you’ll want to bring or purchase extras like trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, oil, spices, salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, zip-locs and plastic wrap.That said, we had a great experience overall! We had a wonderful week-long vacation with our family of six (two adults and four children)! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly and literally on 30A! We loved the location - close to Peddler’s Pavilion, restaurants, and shops - and especially appreciated the access to the beautiful pool and private Seacrest Sunset beach area that was a few blocks away.The beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler provided were a huge help. We also had a car and enjoyed exploring different public beach access points like Inlet, Grayton, Laguna, and Panama City Beach. We visited Seaside and PCB by car, and loved walking and biking around Rosemary Beach and along 30A.We cooked most of our meals in the condo and used the grills by the pool several times. A quick note for future guests: the unit includes a very small starter supply of essentials like soap, trash bags, and dishwashing detergent - enough for a day or two. If you're staying longer or plan to cook frequently, you’ll want to bring or purchase extras like trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, oil, spices, salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, zip-locs and plastic wrap.That said, we had a great experience overall! Great location! Can easily walk to Rosemary and Alys. Beach access was an easy walk, but very crowded! Condo was very quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. The restaurants in the village were very good and the candy store was a big hit!

This property is in the perfect location to swim, shop and dine, all within walking distance. The condo is very well kept, has a balcony for optimal people watching while drinking morning coffee and offers everything you'll need for a great stay. It is spotless and more than comfortable. We hope to return next year.

Great location, lovely condo! Had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Seacrest. So much to do within walking distance…. Shopping, bars, and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach access. Hope to return!
