We had a delightful 5-week stay in Melbourne Beach. Location of the property was perfect for beach access and the ability to walk to stores and restaurants. The house was perfect!! Really nice pool area and backyard. The cleanliness was a 10.

The house is re-done, mid-40s bungalow style, with all the amenities. Erica was very communicative. The provided snacks were a welcome sight at the end of a long drive. Beach access was relatively close and we had almost completely to ourselves - maybe due to time of year, but really nice. All the beach amenities were provided which was great. Photo is of us at our ‘private’ beach. Only issue was air handler is in the close of one of the bedrooms and is quite loud. We tried to manage by running the associated A/C more during day, and raising temp at night to keep it from coming on..

House is clean and comfortable and is as advertised. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 2 young kids. The fenced in pool was a major plus! Erica was great in getting us a pack-n-play, and working with the cleaners to get us in a little earlier than check in. She was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We can’t thank Erica enough for hosting us last minute after our vacation plans on the west coast of Florida were disrupted by the hurricane. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in the perfect place. The house was immaculate, and every detail was just right. Wonderful place to stay for a family! Property manager provided two pack and plays which was extremely helpful since we had two under 1 year olds. Very clean and convenient. Many beach accessories, including toys for toddlers. Only 5 minute walk to beach.

The property was super clean and I really appreciated that after a long travel day. We were welcomed by some treats left for us by the host. The house was roomy and comfortable. We did not use the pool because the weather was cool and it was not heated. We would like to return when the weather is just a bit warmer to take advantage of the outdoor space and the water. The host was very responsive and check out was super easy. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

This was a great stay for my family. First, Erica is a very responsive and very accommodating host. She answered all my questions prior to our stay, and tried to have everything available for us with beach gear, info on places to go / things to do, etc. The house was as listed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great, and my kids used it almost as much as the beach. The beach was a short walk away and, while a public beach, it was not crowded at all even during our stay in July. The house had everything we needed and has been updated. Definitely a "highly recommend". I would not hesitate to say with Erica again. 5 stars plus!

We’ve stayed here previously, but this year the grandchildren visited for the first time. Erica provided 2 Pack & Plays, so we were able to have one upstairs and another downstairs for baby naps. We like the Melbourne Beach area, and while there are good places to eat out, we usually grill and make our own meals, and the house lends itself to family gatherings. The downstairs area offers a large table for sharing meals and ample room to gather and socialize. The patio/pool area is relaxing and has another large table for eating and gathering outside. The pool is not heated, so you need to depend on hot sunny days, but it is nicely cleaned and cared for. Erica did an excellent job responding to any issues we had during our stay.

This is an incredible home that is just as described. What a great time we had and I have nothing negative to say. The home easily accommodated the six of us. Everything was clean and taken care of. Loved all the beach stuff and bikes in the garage. Even had corn hole! We wanted a weekend that we could just chill by the pool and do nothing but relax. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be back! In fact, I’m trying reserve it now which reminded me to complete the review!

We would highly recommend this property to others. Everything about the house was great. Only a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. We had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Erica was always very responsive if we ever need anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our family (4 adults and 2 children under 6) had a wonderful time at this beautiful property right near the beach. The pool area was landscaped with many tropical plants and was very relaxing. The beach was a simple 5 minute walk to a private entrance where we sat next to no one the whole week. House was roomy, well taken care of and very clean. 10 minute walk down the beach to a beach dive restaurant/bar we went to multiple times called Sand on the Beach. Erica is amazing to communicate with and she provides of all the basics for our stay! (soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc) We have been to many rentals and this one was top notch and would definitely recommend it was a family who wants a relaxing stay near the beach with a private pool in the backyard. Thanks again Erica!

The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect for our relaxing weekend. Short walk to the beach and had dinner at one of Erica’s restaurant recommendations which was delicious. If ever in Melbourne Beach for vacation will rebook with her and her house. The house was beautiful. Great location and very close to the beach. Our family made ever lasting memories that will never be forgotten. We enjoyed our time and stay. The only thing we weren't happy with was that we found the house to be dirty when we arrived. There were fingerprints and smudges all over the windows, mirrors, refrigerator, and doors. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets that were put away with food stuck all over them (hadnt been washed at all). Needless to say i spent the first hour cleaning the house because i was grossed out. The microwave vent grill fell off when we tried to use it, wouldn't go back on. It was also challenging to cook dinner there, not very many pots and pans and glasses to drink from. We had to buy bowls, tupperware, and drinking glasses. We left the bowls and Tupperware for future guests. We also had to buy coat hangers because there were only 5 in each room. We also left those for future guests. The pool is really small, looks bigger in photos. Because the pool is small it stays really hot, like warm bath water, therefore it wasn't refreshing to swim in at all, was too hot! I think the owner should put more thought into the cleanliness of the home and families that are staying for more than a week. Overall it was a nice place.

The property was absolutely beautiful! It had more than enough room for the 8 of us that stayed. The beds, while not perfectly comfortable, were comfortable enough for our week stay. The linens and towels were fresh when we got there. The pool was a cool 74 degrees by mid day in early April, perfect for the weather we had. The short 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The beach was so nice and private. Erica was the easiest to get a hold of and responded quickly with anything we asked. We are definitely adding this to our list of places when we return to Melbourne Beach!

The house was amazing. The area and house give you that old Florida beach charm feeling with resort style amenities. The house is very spacious, clean and decorated with light beach style colors. The beach is just a short walk away and the private pool with the tropical landscaping was fantastic. There were also plenty of beach items that were available to use which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for all of us. The king suite was perfect upstairs. We had so much fun in the pool area. Short walk to the beach was great, using the wagon and all the chairs. I highly recommend this home.

We can not say enough great things about this house. It’s beautiful and so relaxing the pool was awesome and when we did have question on something, Erica was very responsive. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and had its own access to the pool area. Cant wait to go back and employee the area more. Erica was very accommodating and even left us special treat which was very appreciated.

The home itself was amazing, spacious and very well located. Very close to the beach as well as local grocery stores and restaurants. On top of this, the host was very friendly and communicative during our stay. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately and exceeded expectations. My family will definitely use this rental again in the future and I highly recommend it to others.

Each bedroom was very comfortable and felt private as they are all on different sides of the home. The private beach, while a quick 3-4min walk was perfect to enjoy the sand and ocean. Great location as well from Downtown Melbourne to Coco Beach. We loved staying here

Photo is of us at our ‘private’ beach. Only issue was air handler is in the close of one of the bedrooms and is quite loud. We tried to manage by running the associated A/C more during day, and raising temp at night to keep it from coming on..

This home will be forever in my family's heart as my family came here to surprise my husband for his 70th birthday. The house was perfect and Erica was an amazing hostess who was available for anything we needed. We can not say enough great things about this house. It’s beautiful and so relaxing the pool was awesome and when we did have question on something, Erica was very responsive. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and had its own access to the pool area. Cant wait to go back and employee the area more. Erica was very accommodating and even left us special treat which was very appreciated.

The property was super clean and I really appreciated that after a long travel day. We were welcomed by some treats left for us by the host. The house was roomy and comfortable. We did not use the pool because the weather was cool and it was not heated. We would like to return when the weather is just a bit warmer to take advantage of the outdoor space and the water. The host was very responsive and check out was super easy. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

We would highly recommend this property to others. Everything about the house was great. Only a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. We had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Erica was always very responsive if we ever need anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect for our relaxing weekend. Short walk to the beach and had dinner at one of Erica’s restaurant recommendations which was delicious. If ever in Melbourne Beach for vacation will rebook with her and her house. We’ve stayed here previously, but this year the grandchildren visited for the first time. Erica provided 2 Pack & Plays, so we were able to have one upstairs and another downstairs for baby naps. We like the Melbourne Beach area, and while there are good places to eat out, we usually grill and make our own meals, and the house lends itself to family gatherings. The downstairs area offers a large table for sharing meals and ample room to gather and socialize. The patio/pool area is relaxing and has another large table for eating and gathering outside. The pool is not heated, so you need to depend on hot sunny days, but it is nicely cleaned and cared for. Erica did an excellent job responding to any issues we had during our stay.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room, close to the beach, and grocery stores. Spent a day at Universal Studios, it was nice to leave the hustle of Orlando and relax in our private pool.

Each bedroom was very comfortable and felt private as they are all on different sides of the home. The private beach, while a quick 3-4min walk was perfect to enjoy the sand and ocean. Great location as well from Downtown Melbourne to Coco Beach. We loved staying here

The bedrooms are separated which make it nice for a family with adult children and/or friends meeting together. The pool is wonderful and the walk to the beach is easy and has very few people on that area of the beach. This was our family's second stay at this house and we would stay again.

Home away from home perfectly describes this vacation oasis! Our family enjoyed the very short walk to the beach, with all the included necessities right in the garage. Perfect kitchen for cooking and grilling out. Wonderful screened in porch for our morning coffee. The pool was our favorite spot to be - very relaxing & quiet. We’ll be back for sure.

Lovely home away from home near beach nice pool all the things you need are there. There was even an infant life jacket that we needed to go on an airboat tour. The host is uber responsive to questions or requests. Would highly recommend
