The property needs a lot of TLC….the upstairs bedroom had a moldy rug and when we removed it mold spores on the floor. The vents had mold on outside of them. Trash can was broken. No broom at all and vacuum cleaner only and one wheel. We had an issue with water dripping down through the ceiling to bottom floor. The property is in a nice location but truthfully needs some money put back into it to make it worth the price and honestly safe for the guests.

Had all kinds of fun

Beautiful house and neighborhood but a bit of a walk for older people. I would like to recommend more than 1 bath towel per person when staying a week! And the bed on first floor really needs replaced. I felt very safe there and the people in the neighborhood were very friendly. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room!

We loved this property! The neighborhood was beautiful and everyone was so friendly. We chatted with several in passing, and it was such a great area to stay in for families. The beach was just a short distance and an easy walk. If you are a family who likes to cook a lot of your meals, you may want to bring an extra pan or two to cook with. We enjoy dining in, and we had slim pickings with cookware. Other than that, this house was absolutely perfect! We will definitely consider renting here again!

We had 10 people in our group and the house was large enough. A short walk to the pool and a short walk to the beach. But I definitely reccommend renting the golf cart. There was a maintenance issue with the air conditioning and maintenance was sent roght away. We would rent again
