Denhams Beach House (with tennis court/pool/wifi!)

Great holiday house for kids and adults. Everything at your fingertips to ensure plenty of activities - indoor and out. Tennis court and pool well maintained and right at the back door. 5 Minutes walk to Denhams Beach.Host was friendly and all instructions very clear.

Perfect family getaway in a great location!Julie was an amazing host Easy to communicate with, friendly, and nothing was ever a problem. She really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect — her attention to detail and quick responses made everything easy and stress-free.The house had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing stay; just bring your bag, some food, and a few beers and you’re all set! The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family of seven. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, and we loved the thoughtful touches throughout — things like toilet spray in the bathrooms, tennis rackets and balls ready to use, and a washer and dryer for those mid-stay washes.The kids loved all the games, the pool table, and the short, beautiful walk to the beach. It’s such a great setup for families — plenty of space for everyone, games and activities to keep the kids busy, and that easy walk to the beach made every day feel like an adventure.We enjoyed relaxing in the spa bath after a day at the beach. The house is even better than the photos, and the location makes it a great base for exploring the area. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly coastal escape.

The house was lovely, spacious and well decked out for a family holiday. It was clean, the facilities all worked and the kids had a great time. The only downside was the pool was out of order, but this is not the owners fault and nothing could be done about it. Thanks for having us at your home and making us feel so welcome.

A lovely terrace with a comfortable homey feeling. All easy and everything functioned well. Julie was easy to deal with and was very understanding, helpful and flexible with our booking which had to be rescheduled due to health problems. The children (and adults) loved the pool table and games. The house is well positioned just up the headland and back from the beach - an easy stroll down to the beach. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.

The house was ideal for two small families, plenty of space for kids to play and adults to unwind. It had everything we needed for a relaxed, no-fuss stay. The location was spot-on for coastal walks and morning coffee runs, and the tennis court was a surprise highlight that got plenty of use. Julie was a lovely, responsive host and made everything easy. We'd come back in a heartbeat!
