The Dewey House is truly unique with wonderful space and a fantastic view across the pond. Convenient to Dartmouth, Woodstock and other locations, we very much enjoyed the location and the experience. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill was perfect for dinner in one night. Thanks for a great visit.

We came up to visit friends in Quechee for the 4th of July weekend. The property is beautiful - wonderful views of Dewey Pond from the back porch. The only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the gas grill - it was not properly maintained and it was not functional. I'm sure this issue will be resolved for future visitors, but it was a bit of a bummer on a summer holiday weekend.

Spacious property with a history. Heating system could use some update as sound of heater overnight is not negligible.

We had a lovely New Years Friends Weekend at the Dewey House. The house itself was great, with plenty of privacy for each couple. Location was also great --near Woodstock, Quechee, White River Junction etc. Hosts were very responsive.

Located in Quechee, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Route 4 Glassblowing Studio and Briggs Opera House are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Vermont Institiute of Natural Science and Sugarbush Farm. Barrette Center for the Arts and Upper Valley Aquatic Center are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with mountain climbing.
