We loved our time at Stelios Place. The property was gorgeous, the location was incredible (literally 30sexonds away from the beach), Stelios and his daughter Katerina were amazing hosts, and the room was very comfortable. I especially loved being able to take a nice relaxing dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. The property was about 20/30 mins away from Fira but the public bus connnectivity was great, with the bus stop being a 30 second walk as well. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to visit the island.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Hotel rooms and pool area were spotlessly clean! About a 2 minute walk to the beach where there are dozens of restaurants and shops. I would 100% stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel! Such wonderful owners!!

Excellent property owned by a lovely friendly family. Location is superb, withing easy walking distance (2 mins) of the beach, taverna, shops, bus stop etc. Spotlessly clean with maid service everyday. Always beds & seats around the pool. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

A great property in an excellent location with wonderful stuff! It’s about 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which is not only great for swimming but also offers a whole bunch of restaurants and shops. The facility itself is very nice and clean and has a nice pool, even a small kitchen for guests to prepare food if you wish. You can have meals at the pool or in one of the beach restaurants. The hosts is very friendly and most helpful and is happy to book excursions for you. We can highly recommend this place!!!

Stelios Place is located in the perfect spot just outside the hustle and bustle in the village of Perissa, next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The host, Katerina, and her family treated us like we were part of their family. Their treatment towards us, even before arriving in Santorini, was super special. Katerina coordinated our transportation from the port to the hotel; from the hotel to Oía Village; and to the port with no issues. About the hotel: The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower with hot water was spot on, and the pool was very beautiful. I highly recommend Stelios Place if you want to have a peaceful vacation in Santorini. I give Stelios Place a rating of 10/10 and an A .

I would give 10 stars. Everything was amazing from communication prior and post trip. Lovely family run hotel. Spotlessly clean. Quiet Beach and restaurants 2 mins away. Lovely bike/ quad rental family across the main road. Moto mania. Amazing bakery along the main road.

Stelio’s Place was perfect for our vacation!! The staff was wonderful and made you feel at home. The rooms were quaint, quiet and had that perfect Greek feel. The swimming pool was super clean and perfect temperature for July. It’s just a few steps from the beach, food, and all the local shops. I could not have picked a better place. We left there feeling like we had great friends down at the Wishbone Char Grill Restaurant and our morning coffee from Tutti Frutti.
Stelio’s Place was perfect for our vacation!! The staff was wonderful and made you feel at home. The rooms were quaint, quiet and had that perfect Greek feel. Abbiamo deciso di soggiorna a Stelios Palace per gli ultimi due giorni di vacanza dopo un tour nelle cicladi. Struttura nuova a due passi dal mare, tenuta benissimo, pulitissima con tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza in famiglia. La nostra camera tripla era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Cosa secondo noi non pubblicità abbastanza è la presenza di una cucina comune dotata di tutto il necessario. Unica pecca, assolutamente non ascrivibile alla struttura, è la zona; Perissa non è la zona più bella si Santorini ma è sicuramente un'ottima zona di appoggio per girare tutta l'isola soprattutto considerando che i costi sono quasi la metà delle zone più blasonate dell'isola.

Very basic, great option for people that don’t plan to stay in the room except to shower and sleep. Excellent location, 2 min walk to black beach with ample eating varieties of your choice. The staff is super pleasant and the place is very clean.

This hotel exceeded our expectation, the room is simple but well decorated. Very comfortable, a lot of storage place. Under 5 minutes walking to the beach. More importantly the staff is very friendly and helped us with booking tour and arranged the best for us. I will probably rate it as best budget hotel in Santorini!

This place was fantastic! The staff was accommodating and lovely, and overall it’s a great value. Our balcony was particularly excellent and the pool was relaxing as well. The beach, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance, which is an added bonus.

Where do I begin.... this property is top notch! The property and hotel is beautiful, nice rooms with balcony's and wonderful pool set up. The staff is amazing! Katerina was extremely helpful the entire time from booking transfers for us to and from the airport to having a rental car delivered right to the hotel for us. This property is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance from this hotel. If you are looking for a stress-free vacation to simply put your feet up, relax and not worry then this is the place for you!

The wonderful and efficient daughter of this lovely family business, called Katarina, was a huge assistance replying to my email enquiring if we could arrive in the early hours of the morning as our flight landed at 00:30. Arriving so late was no problem. It was a huge comfort and help that Katarina booked us transport from the airport to Stelios Place. The transport driver was an extremely nice person too. A brilliant first night in wonderful Greece. Thank you forever Katarina and Stelios Place.

Everything was amazing. Special thanks to Katerina for arranging transportation from/to airport and a boat tour for us. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Beach, they have a locker for luggage and showers you can use after check out. Everyone was super kind and friendly. If ever back in Santorini I’ll stay there again absolutely.

The hotel is 2 minutes from the Beach, they have a locker for luggage and showers you can use after check out. Everyone was super kind and friendly. It was a lovely stay, the beach is a minutes walk from the property with a lovely variety of dining options. Katerina was very lovely and they had wonderful hospitality and was very informative about the Island in general. Would highly recommend!!! A great property in an excellent location with wonderful stuff! It’s about 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which is not only great for swimming but also offers a whole bunch of restaurants and shops. The facility itself is very nice and clean and has a nice pool, even a small kitchen for guests to prepare food if you wish. You can have meals at the pool or in one of the beach restaurants. The hosts is very friendly and most helpful and is happy to book excursions for you. We can highly recommend this place!!!

We stayed at stelios place for a week and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The location is perfect, not even a minutes walk from the sea front with a large choice of bars, restaurants and activities to choose from. Also, just a minutes walk to a small shop selling drinks etc and a 24 hour bakery with very nice breakfast options. Also, just a minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which makes trips to the Fira bus station easy and stress free. The staff who run the hotel were extremely friendly, arranged transfers to the airport and were always available to offer advice on activities and trips. All in all loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we were to visit the island again.

Stelios Place is located in the perfect spot just outside the hustle and bustle in the village of Perissa, next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The host, Katerina, and her family treated us like we were part of their family. Their treatment towards us, even before arriving in Santorini, was super special. Katerina coordinated our transportation from the port to the hotel; from the hotel to Oía Village; and to the port with no issues. Where do I begin.... this property is top notch! The property and hotel is beautiful, nice rooms with balcony's and wonderful pool set up. The staff is amazing! Katerina was extremely helpful the entire time from booking transfers for us to and from the airport to having a rental car delivered right to the hotel for us. This property is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance from this hotel. If you are looking for a stress-free vacation to simply put your feet up, relax and not worry then this is the place for you!

We loved our time at Stelios Place. The property was gorgeous, the location was incredible (literally 30sexonds away from the beach), Stelios and his daughter Katerina were amazing hosts, and the room was very comfortable. I especially loved being able to take a nice relaxing dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. The property was about 20/30 mins away from Fira but the public bus connnectivity was great, with the bus stop being a 30 second walk as well. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to visit the island.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Hotel rooms and pool area were spotlessly clean! About a 2 minute walk to the beach where there are dozens of restaurants and shops. I would 100% stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel! Such wonderful owners!!

Abbiamo deciso di soggiorna a Stelios Palace per gli ultimi due giorni di vacanza dopo un tour nelle cicladi. Struttura nuova a due passi dal mare, tenuta benissimo, pulitissima con tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza in famiglia. La nostra camera tripla era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Cosa secondo noi non pubblicità abbastanza è la presenza di una cucina comune dotata di tutto il necessario. Unica pecca, assolutamente non ascrivibile alla struttura, è la zona; Perissa non è la zona più bella si Santorini ma è sicuramente un'ottima zona di appoggio per girare tutta l'isola soprattutto considerando che i costi sono quasi la metà delle zone più blasonate dell'isola.

This place was fantastic! The staff was accommodating and lovely, and overall it’s a great value. Our balcony was particularly excellent and the pool was relaxing as well. The beach, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance, which is an added bonus.

One of the best hotels I have stayed! Receptionist and staff were such amazing people! Helped with every and any questions, they also book or reserve tours which was so nice to just have everything prepared. The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay and always properly cleaned. You can find everything just 2 minutes away, bus station, super markets, reaching the sea/beach full of beach bars and amazing restaurants and bars across the coast. We contacted the hotel before the holiday to arrange a transfer from the airport, this was sorted for us with a driver waiting for us as we came through from baggage reclaim. Our room was spotlessly clean and was kept clean all week with fresh towels. They supply pool/beach towels as well. It's ideally situated a minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and a minute from the high street in the opposite direction for more restaurants and supermarkets and bakery. The pool is lovely with ample sunbeds. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're coming to Santorini..
