La Bellota Cabin - Secluded, Hot Tub, Sauna, Game Room, Massage Chair

The property was just as listed. All the amenities worked great, beautiful property. The kids loved the game room and sauna. They provide so much to cook with, spices, utencils, we basically only needed food and condiments.

We stayed 3 nights at La Bellota and our family had a great time! When we weren’t hiking at Hocking Hills, the cabin kept our family very cozy and entertained! We loved the game room, hot tub, sauna, massage chair, porch hammock swings, and exploring the property which included a very cute koi fish pond. The home is very well maintained and included everything we needed to make our own meals. Check in was very easy and communication was great!

We had such a great time here. The home had everything that was listed, my family had an amazing time with all the games, sauna, hot tub and exploring the property. The house was clean, only suggestion I have (I am a maid) would be to not use swiffer wet jet all the time, those beautiful floors could use a proper cleaning. The location is perfect close to everything. One more suggestion, whomever takes care of the hot tub should not use chlorine tablets meant for a pool it was way to strong and gave headaches, you could smell it with the lid closed across the porch. The coffee/tea bar was such a sweet touch.

Beautiful cabin, just as shown in pics, and helpful hosts. The hot tub was large and very nice. We saw a pileated woodpecker on the property and enjoyed the nearby hiking. Overall, a lovely retreat- with good Wifi!

Had trouble finding it. Couldn't use hot tub it was nasty, was told it was just cleaned and I could pay to get it serviced. Stray dogs hung around. No kept trails to hike. Showers had no pressure

This was an awesome place to stay. The house everything you would need, the screened in porch was awesome. Really enjoyed the garage with all the different games. The location was very peaceful, but still close to the parks. If anyone stays, they need to go to Laureville Pizza and The Spotted Ranch.

This cabin is amazing, everything was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna especially visiting in November. The fire place is very cozy and the location is close to everything hocking hills has to offer.

Everything worked !!! They had a bidet in the downstairs bathroom !! 2 showers the jacuzzi tub worked. It was very private and secluded. They had pretty much everything you needed to cook with and a drink out of they had a sort of tease which is really nice and coffee creamer. The gamer was really cool. The hot tub is very secluded also. Lots of privacy. The fireplace was amazing. I felt so comfortable here when usually when staying overnight at places, I get a little uneasy.

Had everything we wanted, the hot tub, sauna and massage chair were amazing, enjoyed the game room as well, bonus there is an electric fireplace in the game room!!!

We had a fantastic time getting away from it ALL. Didn't put on our watches, closed down our phones, and just relaxed. Hot tub, sauna, massage chair, and those AMAZING hammock chairs. I spent at least 1/2 our time here just relaxing in them. And when we wanted to get out some energy - AIR HOCKEY!! It's also close enough to great hiking that we did that for 2 days, but far enough from everything that we were completely at peace. LOVED IT.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was very clean and everything was fully stocked. All of the amenities were great, even down to the little things like the coffee bar. There was so much to do, we really didn’t need to leave the cabin. We plan to come back and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Linda was a very attentive host. Many extra amenities. Coffee bar was fully stocked as was Kitchen. The home was very clean and check-in/check out process was very easy. Would stay again. The massage chair and sauna were a lifesaver. We stayed during the colder season and after a long day outdoors it was a real treat to warm up and relax.

Overall the stay was okay. We had no hot water in the upstairs shower so showering became limited. I reach out to the property manager and it still never got resolved. The cleanliness of the cabin wasn’t the best either. It smelt of what seemed to be dog pee and there was excess dog hairs on the furniture and in the floor. Positive things was nice hot tub and games to enjoy with the family. I probably won’t book that cabin in the future.

Our stay in general was nice. But there are things which we didn’t like. The approach road was not very pleasing with junked cars and vehicles and no proper paved road. We were there in the month of February and it had snowed and there was ice. The pathway to the door was iced up and that wasn’t nice. The main door going into the garage which is fine but the main door to the cabin had no lock which made us a little uneasy. They have a wood burning fire place and we had taken wood with us since we have one in our house but I don’t think the chimney has ever been swept(cleaned) because the smoke comes in when you start the fire even with the damper open. The kitchen and floors were clean and smelled like sanitizer but bathroom only the floor is clean. The toilets have yellow rings and the jacuzzi tub was filthy, don’t think it has been cleaned in a long time. Also the shower wasn’t clean and the lining shower curtain was so nasty, we couldn’t use the shower. The bathroom upstairs wasn’t as bad but can be much cleaner. The kitchen sink was nasty and we cleaned it out before using it. Lastly the water smelled and we think it’s because the water tank needs cleaning. The hot tub was great although the cover for the hot tub on the inside has green fungus developing. The property is beautiful and if well maintained can be awesome. Attention to detail is key to having a great place.

Well to begin, you drive up Rental Cabin Alley which is lined with dilapidated homes and junk cars. You get to the top where the rental is located and you think you are at the wrong house because it doesn’t look like the pictures. The weeds are all grown up around the house, what seemed to be at one time flower beds and the fire pit. We enter the house and are completely over taken by the smell of pet urine. The first thing I did was remove the area carpet in the living room. The thermostat was set at 75 degrees which probably did not help. The couch in the living room was completely unacceptable for the cost of this rental. It was a leather type couch that had horrible scratch/worn marks and the back cushions did not match the seat cushions. My son in law took cold showers for two days since the hot water did not come on in the upstairs bathroom. Before I could give my two year old granddaughter a bath, I had to buy cleaner and remove all the mold in the jets of the jacuzzi tub. The patios off of the kitchen and living room looked as if they had not gotten a good cleaning in awhile. It reminded me of what it looks like in the spring when you need to give it a good cleaning to remove the winter dirt. We went around to look at the koi pond. The lights that were on the bridge were half attached and half on the ground. I wouldn’t really call it a pond but a water reservoir surrounded by high weeds. Front porch swing was broke. Only stayed 2/7 days.

Linda was great to work with on the booking side and communicated promptly and effectively. We felt the property could use some TLC/cleaning help…The blankets and pillows on the couches smelled like dog / slobber / pee. We tried to wash the blankets but it didn’t quite solve the problem. And the leather on the couch is disintegrating and flaking - it was all over our clothes/hair. Every dish we pulled from the cupboard was dirty, and though the description said dishwasher pods were provided, there were only 2 and it’s not enough with 6 of us there. The floors could use a good mopping and felt sticky. We didn’t have enough wash cloths for our 6 guests. The coffee flavoring was out. Outside could use some TLC on the grounds too. It’s out of the host’s control, but the homes at the entrance of the driveway aren’t well kept and gives you a bit of pause driving up the driveway. We had a good stay, but not sure we’d stay here again without some improvements.

This was our second time visiting Hocking Hills and our first stay at this cabin. We loved this cabin. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed the little touches and gadgets. Our kids enjoyed relaxing in their room and we all found the hot tub to be the best way to start and end our long days hiking. Linda was fast to respond with anything we had questions about.

The property is exactly as described and pictured. Well maintained and clean with all the necessary amenities. The property manager provided excellent communication with very prompt response time. Would definitely stay here again!

My group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend and we loved every bit of it. The screened in porch was a wonderful spot to hangout and relax, or play games at the table. Comfortable beds. It felt very private which was great for enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. The garage makes for an enjoyable evening in itself with the air hockey and other games. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting all you hear is wildlife. No cars, there’s some neighbors at bottom of hill but you would never notice

We had a great time. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the hammock chairs on the screened in porch. Our two dogs enjoyed the property as well. The games and puzzles were a great break from our electronics ( they still worked with the WIFI). The area was very peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. We look forward to returning to La Bellota again.

The hosts were incredibly communicative, and the whole process was very smooth from beginning to end. We had 3 ppl (2 adults and an 8 year old), and we had everything we needed provided. Very clean. The game room was so wonderful for rainy days (I’m obsessed with pinball now). The screened porch out back was such a cool place to experience nature (but not the bugs!) and listen to the stream. We spent time hiking the property when it was too rainy to drive to the popular hot spots. Loved this place!!!

This cabin was fantastic. I loved the small details the host was excellent.. check in was easy. cabin was just what my wife and i needed to get away. i can not wait to come back. i definitely recommend the cabin and the host.

The property was a perfect place for our Hocking Hills getaway. It was great to sit in the hot tub and in the sauna after a long day hiking in the State Park. Great location for access to all the park's attractions. And the house was great with fantastic amenities.

Cabin was really nice. Grill was out of propane and the properties on the drive way were a bit interesting, but overall a great place to stay and would recommend.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was very clean and everything was fully stocked. All of the amenities were great, even down to the little things like the coffee bar. We really enjoyed our stay here! Our two year old and nine year old always had something to do. I love that the game room is located right off the kitchen so I could easily keep an eye on them even while warming up food(we froze food the few days before leaving to easily reheat, making it possible to spend as much time as a family). We took a hike on the property before sunset which was great. The hot tub was amazing. There was no shortage of towels which I loved, even though they have a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. I just felt they thought of everything. All the cabinets were labeled to make finding things easy. Instructions to use the sauna, hot tub, anything you can think of, they thought of! We used the fire pit to make smores. They already had the marshmallows and things to roast the marshmallows on. There were toys in the bedroom closet my two year old enjoyed. We did go to old man’s cave but a lot of ice there still so it was a short trip. We were fine with that knowing there was plenty to do at the house. We brought popcorn and watched movies each night. The hosts were very sweet and responsive. Oh yeah the massage chair was a nice addition. I just recommend bringing a baby gate for young ones the stairs are a bit scary even though they even took precautions on those. All the beds were also comfortable and my fiancé is super picky about beds, he slept great. Also, the swings and little koi pond! Nice addition.We definitely would like to return sometime!

To Start the discription of the property is very accurate. It was bigger than what we needed but still fulfilled everyone of our needs and beyond. The kitchen is Fully stocked and even had a tea, coffee, hot chocolate bar that work for each member in our party. There was no shorted of anything in the kitchen all we beeded was there. It is conveniently locationed to both town and hiking. We spent one full day at the cabin and enjoyed the game room played air hockey, corn hole and pinball along with a couple board games. The host head every there and the check in and out process was smooth and easy. Plenty of parking and drive is not crazy like others properties we have stayed at. Overall 5 stars just wish we had a long stay...

The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway in the Hocking Hills this is the place. It’s close to the state parks where you can do some great hiking. Afterwards you can enjoy the sauna or take a dip in the jacuzzi. Be sure to wander into Laurelville and try the pizza at Larelville Pizza it was delish.

This is the perfect place to bring your best gal pals and celebrate your upcoming nuptials in a relaxed, yet entertaining and beautiful place. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and were able to cook great dinners, roast marshmallows, enjoy the hot tub, do some hiking, and explore the area. Our hosts were very communicative and everything was extremely nice. We had the best time and cant wait to go back!!!

The cabin was beautiful. It has everything you could want from games, to a hot tub that’s private, to a sauna The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. This cabin provides a coffee bar and many pots and pans and utensils for cooking. I would recommend you bring groceries with you due to being about 30 min from town. Overall the stay was perfect for a get away!!
