VILLA JARDIN SUD Charming house with private pool and Mediterranean garden

We had a wonderful holiday in the house. The house is very spacious and is located on a spacious plot. Nice pool and well maintained. House is equipped with all necessities. Unfortunately, there are also downsides; the wifi is very mediocre. The house is offered with air conditioning, this turns out to be only floor cooling on the ground floor and finally there are a lot of mosquitoes. So much that we were inside in the evenings. We recommend the owner to purchase professional equipment for this.Finally, among other things, the knob of the oven was defective on arrival. We reported this and a mechanic fixed the problem. We then received the invoice for this because the landlord was of the opinion that we caused this defect. This was incorrect but the landlord easily points to the general terms and conditions.

This property was beautiful. They had everything you needed. Well equipped with beautiful surroundings. Our group consisted of 4 adults, two teens and 2 under 10's. The house itself was beautiful, with great outdoor space for shade during the day and evening meals together, or simply chilling. The Pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers and shade available. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is for you. A car is a must, as no town/village in walking distance. We really could not fault this property. The ONLY downside was the mosquitos. I'm not sure if we choose a bad week, but be prepared when staying.

Avec plaisir ! Voici une version plus enthousiaste :Un véritable coup de cœur ! Nous avons passé une semaine absolument formidable dans cette maison. Tout était parfait : un logement impeccable, très confortable, spacieux, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. On s'y sent comme à la maison dès les premières minutes.L'environnement est magnifique, au calme, et idéalement situé pour découvrir Les Vans, le Bois de Païolive, le Pont d'Arc, le musée de la lavande, de les vans et de la châtaigne, les villages de caractère et toutes les merveilles de l'Ardèche.Un immense merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leurs petites attentions qui ont contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir ! Nous recommandons cette location à 100 % les yeux fermés. Encore merci pour tout !

Ein tolles Haus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt!

La maison est tout simplement parfaite. Les équipements sont au top, l'emplacement est idéal et que dire des extérieurs ??Vraiment des vacances exceptionnelles à tout point de vue!Un seul bémol cependant : la villa est tellement agréable que nous en avons oublié de visiter ;)
