Great property! The house was just as listed—clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We especially loved the proximity to Lookout Mountain; we hiked there almost every day. Only heads-up for future guests: the weather was cooler than expected during our stay over spring break (60s), so the pool was chilly and the jacuzzi struggled to stay warm in the cold. Not a fault of the property, just something to consider if you’re planning a pool-focused trip with kids. We ended up doing more off-site activities, which required driving since not much is walkable. Overall, a great stay.

Our hosts were super responsive and provided all details for our arrival very promptly. The house was just as described and our group of 7 had plenty of room to visit or just relax. The pool/hot tub area, grill, and firepit were perfect for our evening activities. We highly recommend this rental!!

Our stay at Matthew’s house was amazing! If you are looking for a clean, fully stocked private oasis this is the place! It is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. The pool is refreshing and clean. Everything is well maintained. We cooked meals and walked to North mountain for hiking. Matthew is a wonderful host with quick communication. We spent three nights in this beautiful home. I had some questions and Matthew responded so quickly! He was so nice when he came by the house to drop off a propane tank. This house is gorgeous! The pool and Jacuzzi are very nice. And the yard is beautiful. There’s games to play inside and outside. The ages ranged from nine years old to 70 years old. And everybody was comfortable and had a wonderful time. I cannot wait to go back to this house! Thank you, Matthew again for your hospitality. Thank you for the beautiful welcome basket.

We were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail Matthew provided during our entire stay. We were greeted with fresh fruit and quality snacks on the kitchen counter. The dining area and grill space at the house were so spacious that we ate many dinners together with our family with whom we were visiting. And the pool was a very welcome respite during the 100 degree plus days in Phoenix. We couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience!

This is an outstanding home and is well managed. The property is fully updated with all new spaces that are gorgeous. The master bedroom is incredible, including the spa like bathroom. The beds were also all very comfortable. The entire house was spotless and well cared for. The outdoor space is also very impressive. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked inviting. We did take advantage of the ping pong table, fire table, and putting green. The outdoor kitchen with grill also looked nice. The house was clean and comfortable, we would definitely book again.

The property was perfect for our group of 6, with good sized bedrooms (the 2 king beds were a major plus), a big kitchen and two living room areas to watch TV or relax. The outdoor space was very nice, the pool and outdoor TV were awesome. The host was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. The location was great for our group, it is more residential/private but close enough to drive/uber to all of the activities that we had planned. A park/hiking area were within walking distance however not much for shops/restaurants but this wasn't a problem for us.

Great location, prefer this area over the congested areas we have stayed in the past. Easy to get to all the golf courses we went to. Much better value restaurants in the neighborhood. Super clean, everything you need and plenty more( including kettle weights). Great pool and hot tub with lots to do in yard. Newly remodeled and done well. Matt provided much insight and information of all kinds in the manual and by contact. Left a really nice welcome basket with lots of goodies. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Myself and buddies go to Phoenix/Scottsdale every year for golf and this is the best spot we’ve found. No need to even look for next year, just hope it’s available.

This property is wonderful! The layout of the house is so clever and we loved the style and decor. Very spacious and comfortable with so many extras! The kitchen was totally stocked and featured a great coffee station and an amazing welcome basket of goodies! We have never experienced that level of generosity before! The prime suite was a delight with a gorgeous bathroom, huge walk in closet and very comfortable bed. Our son had his pick of three other well appointed bedrooms. The backyard was as wonderful as the house itself. Beautiful refreshing pool, lovely landscaping, with tons of fun extras. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Phoenix area! Close to freeways but in a quiet neighborhood. This listing deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!

The mountain view from the master bathroom is beautiful! The location of the property is in a nice neighborhood close to many walking trails. The property was very clean with spacious bedrooms. It was chilly in AZ during our stay so the hot tub was perfect! The host was very responsive and made the stay for my birthday week well worth it!

Location is prime! You are near everything. Views of lookout mountain from the back yard, and master which is a plus, plus!!! The house was spotless and had been sanitized properly prior to arrival. They have all the things you may need. The back door has two safety locks which we utilized. The pool is large, has a shallow end and a VERY deep end which we loved. The house layout is ideal. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor, and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. You can entertain here, host, it’s large and specious. The host was kind, responded promptly and was very helpful if we had questions. We will absolutely come back to this listing, our entire family did not want to leave, flying home was a sad day. Such a blast here! Great park up the road and shopping/dining/golfing/hiking. This place is the jam!!

We LOVED this house! It was a fabulous layout and very comfortable. We had a few small questions/issues and Matthew responded very quickly and took care of everything. We would love to come back again soon! Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the park and trailhead up Lookout Mountain. We had a wonderful stay over New Year's.

We spent three nights in this beautiful home. I had some questions and Matthew responded so quickly! He was so nice when he came by the house to drop off a propane tank. This house is gorgeous! The pool and Jacuzzi are very nice. And the yard is beautiful. There’s games to play inside and outside. The ages ranged from nine years old to 70 years old. And everybody was comfortable and had a wonderful time. I cannot wait to go back to this house! Thank you, Matthew again for your hospitality. Thank you for the beautiful welcome basket.

House was nice and clean and had everything we needed! Hot tub had issue during our stay, which was unable to fixed during our stay! But Matthew made it right with a partial refund! Note that did not have access to the garage which was a minor inconvenience in dealing with our golf clubs each night! Overall was a great stay!

The entire house was well-equipped with anything you might need and communication with the property owner was quick and easy. Only issues were with the breaker flipping when using the hottub or hairdryers but that was an easy fix. Will definitely reserve again when in town, hghly recommend!

House: Large enough for our family of 6, very clean, full of amenities, comfortable beds.Outdoor space: pool is well maintained, great seating options, etc.Location: close to nearby restaurants, shopping, walkable distance to Lookout Mountain which was great!We loved our stay here, I would highly recommend. Great location, prefer this area over the congested areas we have stayed in the past. Easy to get to all the golf courses we went to. Much better value restaurants in the neighborhood. Super clean, everything you need and plenty more( including kettle weights). Great pool and hot tub with lots to do in yard. Newly remodeled and done well. Matt provided much insight and information of all kinds in the manual and by contact. Left a really nice welcome basket with lots of goodies. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Myself and buddies go to Phoenix/Scottsdale every year for golf and this is the best spot we’ve found. No need to even look for next year, just hope it’s available.

Our stay at Matthew’s house was amazing! If you are looking for a clean, fully stocked private oasis this is the place! It is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. The pool is refreshing and clean. Everything is well maintained. We cooked meals and walked to North mountain for hiking. Matthew is a wonderful host with quick communication. We look forward to returning next year!

The mountain view from the master bathroom is beautiful! The location of the property is in a nice neighborhood close to many walking trails. The property was very clean with spacious bedrooms. It was chilly in AZ during our stay so the hot tub was perfect! The host was very responsive and made the stay for my birthday week well worth it!

Location is prime! You are near everything. Views of lookout mountain from the back yard, and master which is a plus, plus!!! The house was spotless and had been sanitized properly prior to arrival. They have all the things you may need. The back door has two safety locks which we utilized. The pool is large, has a shallow end and a VERY deep end which we loved. The house layout is ideal. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor, and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. You can entertain here, host, it’s large and specious. The host was kind, responded promptly and was very helpful if we had questions. We will absolutely come back to this listing, our entire family did not want to leave, flying home was a sad day. Such a blast here! Great park up the road and shopping/dining/golfing/hiking. This place is the jam!!

If was perfect for four of us going to the waste management golf tournament and other top golf courses are just 15-35 min away. Nice restaurants were near by as well. Didn’t take more than 10 minutes to get Ubers to where we needed to go.

We LOVED this house! It was a fabulous layout and very comfortable. We had a few small questions/issues and Matthew responded very quickly and took care of everything. We would love to come back again soon! Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the park and trailhead up Lookout Mountain. We had a wonderful stay over New Year's.

We enjoyed the place very much. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity of hiking at Lookout Mountain and nearby golf courses. Loved the house, lots of natural light and we loved the backyard setting and the pool, though the water was a little too cold (freezing!) to swim. We'd definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our group of 6, with good sized bedrooms (the 2 king beds were a major plus), a big kitchen and two living room areas to watch TV or relax. The outdoor space was very nice, the pool and outdoor TV were awesome. The host was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. The location was great for our group, it is more residential/private but close enough to drive/uber to all of the activities that we had planned. A park/hiking area were within walking distance however not much for shops/restaurants but this wasn't a problem for us.

This property is wonderful! The layout of the house is so clever and we loved the style and decor. Very spacious and comfortable with so many extras! The kitchen was totally stocked and featured a great coffee station and an amazing welcome basket of goodies! We have never experienced that level of generosity before! The prime suite was a delight with a gorgeous bathroom, huge walk in closet and very comfortable bed. Our son had his pick of three other well appointed bedrooms. The backyard was as wonderful as the house itself. Beautiful refreshing pool, lovely landscaping, with tons of fun extras. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Phoenix area! Close to freeways but in a quiet neighborhood. This listing deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!

Our hosts were super responsive and provided all details for our arrival very promptly. The house was just as described and our group of 7 had plenty of room to visit or just relax. The pool/hot tub area, grill, and firepit were perfect for our evening activities. We highly recommend this rental!!

We were here over Christmas with our two adult children and their spouses. The three bathrooms were a plus as every couple had their own. The beds are all very comfortable. It’s so nice to have all kings and queens. The rest of the house is also very nice. The kitchen space is awesome, had enough to make a big Christmas dinner. The host is very communicative, got back to me quickly every time. He also left us a small Christmas tree with ornaments which I thought was extremely thoughtful. The back yard is really nice. The weather wasn’t good (rainy) so we didn’t use the pool. We were tempted by the hot tub. It looked really nice but we were busy and never got around to it. I don’t think you can go wrong staying here. It was super.

This place has it all inside and outside! Plenty of room for gathering inside and out for visiting, eating and relaxing. Plenty of privacy with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Owners are fabulous communicators and just so great to answer questions. The neighbor even brought us fresh eggs for breakfast! He asked us not to tell the “girls (hens)” the night we were BBQing chicken on the grill!! 😎we really enjoyed the gas Firepit area each night. Love this place! Above and beyond expectations.

We were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail Matthew provided during our entire stay. We were greeted with fresh fruit and quality snacks on the kitchen counter. The dining area and grill space at the house were so spacious that we ate many dinners together with our family with whom we were visiting. And the pool was a very welcome respite during the 100 degree plus days in Phoenix. We couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience!

Very happy repeat customer! This home is ahhhhmazong and location is fabulous. Beautiful park and walking path just a block away. The home is thoughtfully accommodated with so many extra touches: games, cozy blankets and an epic welcome basket! So much seating outside and in! The backyard is an oasis - and My family and I enjoyed the outdoor fire pit so much!
