We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good. The complimentary shuttle service to the Mayo Clinic was a huge bonus.

The Aspen Suites was clean but a bit dated. The parking is underground which is secure. However, it is very tight for large vehicles. The breakfast was basic but served on time. The front desk staff and breakfast attendant were polite.

Property is excellent for St. Mary's Hospital. Underground parking is great in the winter. Parking is extremely tight and spots are very small. Tough with a large truck or SUV.

Nice location if you are going to the St Marys campus of Mayo Clinic. Less than a mile from the main campus of MC. Steps outside this location is Tinn's Philly Cheesesteak..delicious...try the Vietnamese sandwiches too. The Honker restaurant is right next door and very good. This location allows dogs, we had our two big dogs and it worked out perfect. There's a small amount of underground heated parking but unfortunately a few douche bags will park in the middle of two spots limiting how many people can park in there. The hot breakfast was a nice ammenity and saved us money.

This is a great place to stay when in the Rochester area. Parking is secure underground. Take the elevator behind a room key activated door. The kitchenette was convenient to have with a full size refrigerator and a smaller stove. Found several local restaurants that had great food and within short 2 block walk. On late afternoon check in Aspen Suite was serving a light supper Monday-Thursday to guests which was a nice perk. We had a 2 Queen Suite which id on the smaller side but still gave us plenty of room. Pool and Hot Tub was clean and used by the family. We will definitely be booking here again!

It was very welcoming. Not the bright lights when walking into other places. Evidently the hotel chain inspector was there and walked into our room unexpectedly. Also the room initially smelled musty and mildewed. Like the air conditioner needed serviced. They did offer to change rooms, but it would have been a hassle so we decided to stay and the smell did dissipate, but returned after being closed up all day the next day while we were at the Clinic. When I approached the desk the woman behind the desk was very defensive about both situations. I didn’t catch her name. The room was clean, loved the refrigerator in the room. All in all not bad, would probably stay there again just not room 306!!

Quite pleased with the size of the room! The cleanliness was outstanding. Don't know if i have ever stayed in a room that was cleaner. The lobby is very inviting and warm. Nice to have complimentary breakfast as well as light dinner. I will definitely stay again.

Could walk right across the street to St. Mary’s hospital. A couple different dining choices within walking distance. Very friendly and professional staff. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Clean throughout property and in good repair. Breakfast included in price and enough choices to tide you over until lunch. Great price for all the amenities. We spent our time at the hospital so did not use the pool or hot tub unfortunately

Specifically rented the room because the pictures showed separate living areas which we wanted for baby and toddler sleeping areas. We checked in, they were nice, but when we got to our room there were no separate areas as their pictures showed. The kitchen didn’t have the breakfast bar like the pictures showed, and instead of a shower/tub combo we just had a shower. I asked the front desk for the room they showed during booking and they said they were “sorry” and they are aware that the pictures don’t reflect what we payed for but they are working to fix this (it’s been like this since we booked 3 weeks ago) but of course they were “sorry”. Internet was very slow/unusable, took 10 seconds to load Google’s home page. Breakfast and nightly included meal was good. I cannot recommend this location just from the inconveniences we had.

I was impressed with the hotel lobby, 1st time here. room was OK. we had studio suite and it was right next to the other studio and could hear things going on in the other room. Otherwise is was fine.

Aspen Suites is convenient to St Mary. It is clean, quiet, and the linens are nice with a comfortable bed. The kitchen is nice and the restaurant next door is excellent.

I posted a complaint about the road noise. The answer was that i should have asked for a different room. So i did and was told nothing was available. So a lot of good that did. I definitely would rethink staying here at least until road construction is done.

Nice common areas, nice rooms, but no staff could be found when I attempted to check-in. STAFF member from other property finally came over to check us in. Then gentlemen that should have been there showed up and then was very annoyed by me needing better instructions on how to get in to the parking garage

My wife had extensive oral surgery at St Mary’s, and the surgeon asked that we stay in Rochester a few days until he could follow-up. We chose Aspen Suites, and coukd not have been more pleased. Everything about our room and the hotel itself was top notch. The General Manager was excellent, caring, and attentive to my wife’s needs. I give this facility a 10/10 rating

We had a great stay. The only negative was that the girl from house keeping tried to come in our room around 8am without knocking or identifying herself. It was kind of a long walk from elevator to our room. We did enjoy our stay and will be staying there again.

Front desk staff was super nice and friendly. We stayed 2 nights, didn't know they would clean while we were at breakfast. My adult toy was in a towel that housekeeping took. Was told the person in the laundry room kept it for themselves. So gross!!

Very convenient to St. Mary's campus as it is a walk across the street. Road construction in front of the hotel made it a little difficult to find, but that's temporary. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very pleasant. There was a breakfast, but I did not take advantage of this. It is conveniently located across from Mayo Hospital and a 20 minute walk to Mayo Clinic.

Nice location if you are going to the St Marys campus of Mayo Clinic. Less than a mile from the main campus of MC. Steps outside this location is Tinn's Philly Cheesesteak..delicious...try the Vietnamese sandwiches too. The Honker restaurant is right next door and very good. This location allows dogs, we had our two big dogs and it worked out perfect. There's a small amount of underground heated parking but unfortunately a few douche bags will park in the middle of two spots limiting how many people can park in there. The hot breakfast was a nice ammenity and saved us money.

Right across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We use Google Maps and it was up to date with the road construction around the city including near St. Mary’s.

It is difficult to find the entry point for Aspen due to massive road construction. We had to call twice to get very specific directions. The second time, we got accurate location and parking help from Rosie. She was genuine and very informative. The facility is great - quiet and comfortable. Well positioned for access to many highilights in Rochester.

This is a clean hotel, right across from St Marys hospital w/a free shuttle to Gonda & Mayo Clinic. It relieves the stress of driving. The hotel has awesome continental breakfast, coffee, tea etc at all times. Suites are clean, with kitchenettes, including dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & coffee pot. Microwave popcorn etc in room. If there on weekdays, a light dinner is served. There is a very good restaurant right next door & hotel also has a small shop w/many food options. There are laundry facilites for those staying longer. There is also guest storage if needed. The underground, free parking is awesoome, safe, well lit, to be used by guests. I've stayed a few times now & it was very enjoyable with friendly staff as well. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Limited parking, breakfast was constantly out of the hot food. Not much for choices for kids small pool no chairs and pool area but four.

Staff - Awesome/friendly. Breakfast - REAL EGGS. Eggs come from a carton (like a milk carton) and not scrambled by hand but I am nearly 100% sure they are real eggs. I have stayed at many hotels with 'powdered eggs' that I totally despise. These eggs were great. I asked for my bacon to be more crisp, guy was more than accommodating by throwing them in the micro wave. Drink selection was great - orange juice mixed with sierra mist was perfect. Coffee was hot and medium roast. Waffles with strawberry sauce! Great. Mon thru thursday they offer a light dinner free of charge. Hotel room - clean, smaller but even had a stove and full size fridge with real coffee pot! Bed comfort was ok that could be improved upon. Parking - free underground. Pool - Spacious, warm air, pool temp was good. Hot tub was nice, overall no complaints on the pool. Love the fact that the room temp was warm.

I’ve stayed at the Aspen Suites almost everytime I’ve visited Rochester. I like the property because of its amenities. First I like the Suite set up. More room and the kitchenette is nice. I also like the breakfast’s which are more than just cold cereal and coffee. I also like the snack at night, which can fill the eating void. Lastly, the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great service!

This is a great place to stay when in the Rochester area. Parking is secure underground. Take the elevator behind a room key activated door. The kitchenette was convenient to have with a full size refrigerator and a smaller stove. Found several local restaurants that had great food and within short 2 block walk. On late afternoon check in Aspen Suite was serving a light supper Monday-Thursday to guests which was a nice perk. We had a 2 Queen Suite which id on the smaller side but still gave us plenty of room. Pool and Hot Tub was clean and used by the family. We will definitely be booking here again!

Over the past 3 years we stayed at many Mayo Clinic area hotels but Aspen Suites was special. Each and every reception desk person was super helpful and friendly. The room with its comfy bed and couch and recliner was spacious and clean. I loved the roomy and inviting shower stall where I didn’t have to climb into a small bathtub to take a shower. The desk came with an internet connection and the kitchen was equipped for a long term stay with a full sized refrigerator. The food offerings were above every other hotel. I will come back here on my next visit to Rochester.

Gross place. Feels very old and dated. The only good thing is the location near Mayo Hospital. I felt like I was in a low-class nursing home. The elevator was small and slow. Parking was strange. They serve a "dinner," which was a chicken salad sandwich with potato chips; you had to line up for it, and a guy shoved it out a semi-closed door. The furniture in the room was uncomfortable and made of fake leather.

Place was adequate. Just not impressive. Ac is loud. Tv, while not important, worked in one room not the other The kitchen faucet was very particular. Dripped most of the time.
