The unit itself was great and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and the unit came with chairs and umbrellas you can borrow to enjoy. Great location and plenty of room for a family to enjoy. The one downside is that there is a an 8-bedroom short-term rental right behind the complex and a large group was there and loud until past midnight multiple nights we were there. The city has a quiet time starting at 10pm and we called the police one night but they were still lout until 12:30am so not sure if the police even came by. We had to leave the primary bedroom (which is the room at the back of the unit closest to this other rental), and sleep in the room with the bunk beds two nights just to be able to fall asleep because we didn't have earplugs with us. So bring earplugs if you book here - you may need them. Other than this unpleasant situation, everything else with the unit was great.

Exceptional property, cleanliness, and amenities. The photo of the building and surrounding area in the posting was a little confusing, as the walkable Main Street depicted isn’t around the property from what we could tell. Otherwise, it couldn’t have been better. Will definitely be using 30A seascapes in the future
