- Payment & Cancellation Policy For reservations of 3 nights or more, or for group bookings of 2 or more rooms under the same name, full payment is required in advance via our secure payment link to secure the reservation. Payment must be completed no later than 14 days before the arrival date. If payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. - Cancellation Policies You may make changes to your reservation up to 5 days before your arrival date. If you decide to cancel, you may do so up to 7 days prior to arrival. If full payment has been made in advance, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the full reservation amount will be charged. If full payment has already been made in advance, the amount paid is non-refundable. - Advise about arrival time Check in time: 14.00 p.m. - 23:00 p.m. Check out time: at 11 a.m. - Age Policy Our hostel welcomes guests up to 64 years of age. Please note that our shared dorm rooms are designed with bunk beds, and we are unable to guarantee lower bed assignments. For this reason, we recommend these rooms for guests up to 35 years old, in order to ensure comfort and a suitable environment for everyone. Guests who may prefer more comfort are warmly invited to book one of our private rooms, which can better accommodate different needs.
