Stayed 3 nights

Cabin was attractive, sturdy and cozy. View of river from cabin lot was beautiful. Owners were helpful and attentive. Complimentary home-made breakfast was wonderful every day of our stay. Restroom and shower facilities were clean, attractive and well-kept. Would definitely visit again!

Stayed 1 night

We loved this spot. It was perfect for our overnight. The bed was comfy and the view spectacular. We took advantage of our fire pit and sat out and enjoyed the stars for a good while. The shower house was clean and had everything you would need. The location conveniently located to BV without all the traffic and noise hassle. We will be back, cannot wait to see Leslie's vision continue to unfold.

Stayed 2 nights

Overall, this experience was nothing short of wonderful. The campground is super cool and surrounded 360 degrees by gorgeous mountains, rolling hills, and the sound of the river. It is also just about 5 minutes away from Brown's Canyon Rafting and 5 minutes from good restaurants and the cute downtown area, so the location was perfect. We rented 1 of their 2 cabins for two nights while we rafted the Arkansas river, and it was just as nice as described in the listing. The cabin was super clean. The bedding was comfy and warm, which was absolutely needed for our stay since it dropped down to 30 degrees during the evenings. They equipped our cabin with firewood for an outside fire pit and a cute electric indoor fireplace heater as well. They also provided us with 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, a garbage bag, and a lighter for the fire. Everything was so well designed from the bedding to the cute radio piping in Hippy Radio, to the overhead garage door that we opened during the mornings while eating breakfast. So wonderful! There were two pretty big CONS to our experience. One, the shower house is covered, but outside and the water never got warm. Taking a cold shower in 45 degree weather after a day of early spring rafting is pretty tough. The facilities are so clean though, and the sink in the bathroom did get hot. The other Con was that we did not get check in information updated by the host until a couple days prior to arrival which actually would have been fine, except we were hiking and had very limited reception during that entire week. So, when we arrived late night to camp, we just had no idea what we were to do and the number on the confirmation email snapshot I had taken was the wrong number to another VRBO host who had nothing to do with this listing. We had to leave the campground to find an open restaurant to get wifi and find out details that were listed in the additional info. So, I would recommend getting all details prior to travels because cell service is pretty non-existent in that area.
