Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fithly from the get-go, my daughter and her family needed accommodation whilst waiting for their home to settle. Mid Coast are aware of the issues and unfortunately did not assist in any way except a so sad cant help u email....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our needs, the kitchen was excellent (once I had worked out how to turn the child lock off the stove top), living room and bedrooms were comfortable, and the back yard was suitable for my dog. There were a few cobwebs in the house, which is understandable if there was a reasonable gap since the previous guest and it didn’t bother us. Thank you for letting us stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for my daughter and I with a great kitchen and the added bonus of supplies in the pantry. We added a few nonperishables to the collection for future guests. Close enough to the beach that you could hear the waves even though you couldn't see them
