Urban Forest Modern Retreat with Hot Tub!

Beautiful home, very spacious and comfortable. Awesome location and views were amazing. Enjoyed the decks and bbq. Brian was a very responsive host.

This place was very comfortable, spacious, and well organized! Very helpful labels throughout the kitchen. Everything we needed was available. Great TV service, a gas grill on the deck, and a hot tub. Very enjoyable. Parking was a bit of a struggle. For a place that sleeps 7 (?) people, only 2 parking spaces could be limiting for some guests. Street parking was far away, too. Other than the parking, I have no other disappointments.

Property is nestled in a cliff side with a great view. Close to grocery stores and great dining options. One very minute issue is coming and going from the property. Entering and exiting the driveway has its complications but again can be easily overlooked.

Loved the closeness to the soccer tournament in town. Stairs were a lil overwhelminf for my mom but she got used to it. Very nice set up and set up. Kids enjoyed watching the deer from the hot tub between matches. Close enough to town but far enough up the hill to feel away.

The house is in a beautiful location with a terrific valley view. There are huge windows and a lovely deck. The bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of room for everyone. After being on the road for nearly 2 days, it was wonderful to be able to unload and relax on the sectional in front of the large TV. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great girls weekend at this house! There are two flights of stairs down to get to the bedrooms so keep in mind that you will have to carry luggage up and down. The driveway is on a very busy street with low visibility of traffic. Just some things to keep in mind when booking but overall I would stay here again!! The views are incredible and it is in close proximity to things to do, grocery stores, and gas stations.

Very warm and inviting home, clean with plenty of amenities. Driveway is a little challenging but not too bad. Very close to all needs. Would stay here again. Thanks Brian.

Location worked out well for us. We traveled from the East Coast and attended a wedding in Spokane that turned out to be 10 minutes from our location. Kitchen is well stocked. Hot tub was wonderful. View was very nice.

This house is a great find in a good location, 2 min. from grocery stores and 10 min. from shopping/restaurants. Back into the driveway which fits 2 cars as the street is busy at times. There are several sizes of slippers to put on before going downstairs as well as towels to wipe your dog’s paws. The house is 3 levels so there are quite a few stairs. The house is spacious, open, very clean, modern and quiet. There is a book with a list of Spokane activities including festivals and locations/directions for water activities, hiking, biking & walking your dog. The kitchen is well-stocked and the cabinets and drawers are labeled which makes it easy to find everything. The kitchen table seats 6 with 3 bar stools for additional seating. One wall in the living/dining rooms is all widows with a great view. There is a gas fireplace with a remote and the sectional seats 4-5 comfortably. There are Roku TVs in the living room and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The bunk room also has a Wii with games. The beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding. The master bathroom is gorgeous with plenty of closet space! There are 2 decks, one with seating for 4 with 2 heat lamps and one with a sectional for 4-5 people. We had a minor issue with the Keurig and Eve responded within 5 min. and brought over a coffee maker, filters & coffee within minutes. Everything about this house screams quality and we will definitely be returning! Thank you Eve and Bryan for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This home is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous! It housed myself, my husband, my son & another couple with their son. The house was clean & the views were gorgeous!

This home was beautiful! We stayed with another family for a basketball tournament, it had a room that was perfect for the boys with a triple bunk bed, the kitchen/living was open and perfect for the adults and kids to hangout and bond. We enjoyed the hot tub which overlooked the mountains, treetops and and had an incredible view of the morning sunrise. This is house is very clean and has a good stock of extra’s like hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, and other kitchen staples that made preparing food at the house super easy! We really enjoyed this property!!

I was solo, so honestly only used one bed, and was there a minimal amount of time. But everything was clean, well stocked, and as described. Parking can be a little crazy as others have said, but for me was no issue.

The Urban Forest was a terrific home-away-from-home for our family. The architecture is delightful with soaring ceilings and huge views. Wonderful separation of living and sleeping areas, and nice outdoor space on the decks. Zen-like interior design is very comfortable and well-appointed. Thanks for a great stay!

Eve and Bryan, Thank you for allowing Tiffany and I to share your lovely home. We loved the modern layout of the house, the view and the master bedroom design is amazing. It was just the two of us but it made us feel at home and a wonderful last stop before headed back home. Directions were easy to locate the house and we had no issues Using the keypad entry. The view from the back deck was stunning. Coming from the mountains for 9 days all we could do is soak up the remaining time we had enjoying what Mother Nature has to offer. Visited this lovely home for a girls’ weekend, and we had the most comfortable relaxed time! Eve and Brian were communicative and responsive. They informed us of local events to check out during our stay, which ended up making the weekend all the more memorable! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house is very comfortable, modern and has a great view of the surrounding mountains and landscape. All the amenities to make you feel at home. The owner was very available. They went out of their way to make it possible to have flowers delivered and in the house before we got there. We were well cared for.

My family and I took a last minute trip, once I saw the views from this place, I knew we were gonna stay there. The owners were accommodating and so communicative. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was nice, quiet and safe. The parking was tight, and pulling out onto the main road is pretty sketchy if you don’t back in. But definitely not a deal breaker. The home is beautiful and well equipped.

Great location for exploring Spokane and adjacent ski areas!
