Fomos muito bem recebidos no check in, fomos orientados para o uso gratuito do estacionamento e tudo transcorreu bem. O hotel fornece água e cafés em máquinas no lobby a todo o tempo, sem custo. No quarto há pouco mobiliário, apenas uma mesa pequena, uma cadeira e as camas. Poderia ser mais equipado. Um dos pontos mais negativos é a localização, que fica muito distante de Lisboa. Estávamos de carro e tivemos que pagar o pedágio da ponte Vasco da Gama no valor de 3,20 euros por dia (ida e volta inclusos). Depois fomos passear por Montijo de noite e achamos o local bem agradável, estava tendo mercado de natale tinha opções para alimentação até cerca de meia-noite.

Who doesn't love free drinks that are available in the foyer of the hotel 24/7? A great range of drinks to choose from too. The room was a decent size and the bed is HUGE and super comfy. I think it's a super king! Loved the ethos of only using towels that you need and taking them out of the bag in the bathroom to save water. The shower was good and the cubicle big enough without banging elbows on the glass. A nice hotel with nice staff. Would stay here again.

Zimmer toll und groß, auch für 3 Personen, allerdings mit winzigem Schrank. Bad auch modern und groß, leider mit etwas Schimmelflecken. Das Frühstück war super, vom Müsli bis Wurst und Käse war alles da und die ganztägige Nutzung der Kaffeemaschine ist ein toller Service!! Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, das nur leider ziemlich abgelegen von Lissabons Innenstadt war.

Quite warm. Lobby was very cool but the floors were not cooled, and the rooms were not very cool as each unit had a split unit that was not powerful enough to beat the heat on the floor. Spent most of the time in the lobby as the room was way too warm. Quite an uncomfortable sleep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are sparce but super clean. Breakfast was ample and varied. The staff was very nice. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping, markets nearby. Scooters and rides are available through Bolt. Our only concern was the noise out the back - a barking dog (often early in the morning) and screeching kids in a nearby daycare.

Nous avions réservé pour une nuit du 15 au 16 juin 2025. En arrivant à la réception nous avons donc validé cette nuit et nous avons demandé dans la mesure du possible si nous pouvions réserver une nuit supplémentaire du 16 juin au 17 juin. La réceptionniste, après recherche, nous a affirmé que cela était possible. Les démarches ont été faites dans ce sens (règlement par carte de 113.00 € + parking). Donc nous sommes partis visiter la ville de Lisbonne sereins. A notre retour, vers 19 h 00, impossible de rentrer dans la chambre. Nous nous sommes renseignés à l'accueil. Et là, changement de personnel. Notre interlocutrice, qui revenait de vacances, nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à notre nom. Nos bagages avaient été mis dans une pièce sans prendre soin de les regrouper. Ils nous ont été remis à l'accueil. Quelle ne fût pas notre honte. Il a fallut décrire nos bagages pour les récupérer en totalité. Notamment, un appareil respiratoire qui doit être ranger dans une valise spécifique qui avait été dispersé par morceaux. Pour avoir déjà réservé dans d'autres B&b au Portugal et ailleurs, vous comprendrez notre déception. Une autre chambre nous a été proposée mais après tout ceci nous avons préféré changer d'hôtel.

Muito bom hotel. Critica vai para o café da manhã, não consigo entender a opção do hotel por servir os ovos em conserva, gelados, com aquele gosto de vinagre. Outro ponto negativo vai para a disposição dos talheres, onde a parte que terá contato com a boca, fica para cima onde todos tocam as mãos em vários para escolher um. Aliás, isso é muito comum na Europa. Pouco higiênico, nem parece que saímos de uma pandemia há alguns poucos anos. No mais, ótimo hotel.
