The entire experience was amazing. The hotel room feels new, big, has wonderful facilities, and is clean. Everything in the room was designed properly - it was really well thought off. Our room was even nicer than some 5-star hotel rooms we’ve experienced. Everything perfect. The manicured garden leads to a nice pathway that connects to the beach. The beach was so la la though. The staffs were some of the nicest staffs I’ve ever encountered in Germany. With the exception of one Japanese looking breakfast staff, everyone was exceptionally courteous and helpful. But even she was tolerable. The evening buffet receptionist is absolutely delightful. The buffet was very delicious. There was not a single food that didn’t taste good and there was a variety to choose from.

Spacious rooms for European standards, no air conditioning. Lots of mosquitos during the summer months. Friendly staff, but it all felt a bit dated.

Wundervolle Lage, wenige Minuten bis zum Meer. Das Zimmer war optisch sauber, aber die Toilette roch nach Urin. Leeres Duschgel, ich musste zur Rezeption, um es Auffüllen zu lassen. Zimmerreinigung steht 9 Uhr im Zimmer. Auflagen für die Liege auf der Terrasse muss man sich am Pool holen. Zigarettenkippen auf der Terrasse. Fenster gehen nicht zu klappen. 8 Uhr stand eine fremde Person plötzlich im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist einem 5* Hotel nicht würdig. 1 Kaffeemaschine mit Anstehen, kein Salz auf dem Tisch, verschmutzte Salzstreuer. Nachgelegt wird nur schleppend. Beim Abräumen gibt es entweder übereifriges Personal, was nicht weiß, was die Lage von Messer & Gabel auf dem Teller bedeutet oder das Geschirr stapelt sich.
