We rented this home last minute for a quick trip to windrock atv park. The hostess truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home while you are there. We had everything we needed and more. We had a little difficulty with parking at first as we had a very large car trailer in tow and the ground was wet but the hostess reached out immediately to give us some pointers. We will definitely return to Oliver Springs and look forward to our next stay.

We had a great experience here, we have already booked again for July. Brooke thought of absolutely everything we could need. She was very responsive and accommodating. Ample parking for our groups trucks, trailers and buggies.We spent 5 days exploring Windrock and some day trips to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

House was cute and clean. Check in process was easy. Everything we needed was there except for a toaster (which maybe I just didn’t find). Great back porch to hang out on. Host was responsive when we reached out. Basement was available to store our bikes - easy in out access. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Wind Rock.

It’s the perfect location for us, and each year the host seems to add some new amenities. This was the perfect place for my son and I trip to Windrock Park. The house is so clean and welcoming as soon as you walk in. There were some goodies and coffee left to enjoy. Love the couch. There was parking for our truck and trailer. The owner is very communicative and recommended a great place to eat after a long day of riding. We will stay here again. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place for the night.

My son and I travelled to Oliver Springs to visit my daughter, who gave birth to my first grandson two weeks ago. We very much enjoyed staying at the Little House! The small size makes the home feel very cozy, but it's plenty large to accommodate several people. My son and I each had our own bedroom, which was great. We shared the bathroom, which wasn't an issue. Oliver Springs is a quaint little town with lots of charm, and the Little House is located very near the town center, convenient to both Oliver Springs and Oak Ridge. We had a great stay!

My husband daughter friend and I stayed for 4 days 3 nights for an event at WindRock. This little house was conveniently located to just about everything including a 5 min drive to the park. The beds were so comfy that sleep came easy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the stocked kitchen and enjoyed them on the back deck while listening to the sounds of nature. No hustle and bustle of cars and noise. It was nothing but lovely and charming. Hope to stay here again

Cute little house! It had everything we needed for our long weekend visiting family. It was our first time using VRBO. The whole process was so easy. Honestly Brooke was the best! She was super accommodating and left us a handwritten note upon arrival. Let us come by early to drop our trailer off to get our truck looked at as it had a bad vibration. She made sure to check in to make sure we didn’t need anything. 10/10 experience and will be the first option when we come back down! Highly recommend!

The beds were so comfy that sleep came easy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the stocked kitchen and enjoyed them on the back deck while listening to the sounds of nature. No hustle and bustle of cars and noise. It was nothing but lovely and charming. Hope to stay here again

This is an amazing little house! Super comfortable and convenient to Windrock Park and town! Brooke took time and paid attention to many small details making our stay comfortable! She also listened to feedback regarding a needed kitchen item and got it! We will DEFINITELY stay again!!! We had a fierce checkers tournament too ... games are under the TV.

This was the perfect place for my son and I trip to Windrock Park. The house is so clean and welcoming as soon as you walk in. There were some goodies and coffee left to enjoy. Love the couch. There was parking for our truck and trailer. The owner is very communicative and recommended a great place to eat after a long day of riding. We will stay here again. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place for the night.
